Brian, Ryan, Jeff, and Vickie were all a pleasure to work with on my new tankless water heater project following the failure of our second 50-gallon tank system in the life of our home. They also quickly identified and fixed an issue we had with hot water coming out of the cold side of our faucets by replacing faulty shower valves causing significant bleed through. I have used Superior a couple of times and have been extremely happy with their service. One problem they quickly fixed, I had contacted two other local plumbing companies to repair and they both were unable to fix the problem. Brian figured out what was going on and repaired it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Plumbing repair is never cheap but worth it when they know what they are doing. The other was an emergency flooding pipe and Brian and his assistant got there quickly, turned the water off and repaired the leak and even showed my wife where the main cutoff was for the next emergency. I will always recommend them.

Brian did an excellent job! I had a water leak in my wall that got my entire floor wet and even ended up leaking outside for a few days. When I called, he came out the next day early and got it fixed within an hour! He explained what I needed to do to dry out the wood and make sure it would not rot and to replace the wood panel on the floor. He was so nice! Great experience! Second time I’ve used Superior and the service is excellent. Vicky is always helpful scheduling the appointment, ans I really appreciate the time that Bryan and Ryan took to install an ice maker line shutoff. All prices for the work done were quoted up front so that there were no surprises and the prices charged were reasonable for the work done. Also appreciate the extra time they took to patiently answer all my questions! Great company and great people. I highly recommend!

My Hotwater heater leaked on us very late at night, I called Superior Plumbing for morning appointments, and both Vicky and the plumber David were outstanding in getting my replacement hotwater heater installed in no time. Vicky was helpful with direction on the warranty with the unit and pulled resources to get me a plumber ASAP!David - the plumber was outstanding in removing the heater that was in a tight small closet and installed the unit in a better fit than the bad heater was setting.That you Superior Plumbing, your work is phenomenal. About a month ago, I discovered, to my horror, that my shower had been slowly leaking behind the tiles. The whole wall was water damaged and was growing mold on the inside.We have always disliked our bathroom. The shower was tiny and ugly. Jeff and his team took out the old, damaged shower and the wall, made a new wall, expanded out the shower, replaced the floor with vinyl plank, and replaced/moved the toilet. We LOVE our new bathroom. The tile work is amazing and so much prettier than our old shower, the floor is a dramatic improvement, and the entire room feels more pleasant.The price for this whole operation was reasonable, the work happened ahead of schedule, every day they cleaned up after being there. Everyone we interacted with was kind and pleasant. The whole experience was surprisingly good.This was actually the second time we used Superior Plumbing--the first time was when we bought the house and they replaced all of our polybutylene pipes. When I was doing quotes for this project, I searched through my emails to find them again because I remember being happy with their work the first time. Highly recommend.

Coming back to update since last review. Got these guys in to look at a kitchen sink that had a slow leak into my cabinets. I couldn’t find the source, but they located it right away. Also had them do some preventative maintenance under other sinks in the house. I have called them for all of my plumbing needs. Toilets backing up into shower, stuck shower handle, tray to catch water under the washing machine. These guys are trusted in my neighborhood.

I just want to say Superior Plumbing is the BEST.. I especially want to do a big shout out to Ryan and Bryian. I live in Woodruff SC. These guys were here and were very professional but laid back. Brian came out for minor things and then realized I had a slab leak. Thank goodness he was knowledgeable and caught the real problem. I shopped around for quotes to repair a broken drain pipe and a water heater a few months ago. Had a few companies come out for an estimate but my research made me feel like I could get a better deal. I got around to calling Superior and Jeff came out next day to look at it and gave me a quote that I was able to agree to on the spot.Came out the next day to get the drain fixed and installed a new water heater. The water heater started leaking (defective) so I called and Brian and Alex came out a couple days later to replace it. This heater’s doing much better and everything’s been good so far!The whole team was really nice, super personable, and the work is solid. It’s not fun dealing with busted plumbing but they gave me pricing and quality I could feel good about.

Amazing service! I cant say enough about the team of Brian and Ryan. These guys were professionals who clearly knew what they were doing. Super easy to work with, informative, incredibly fast, clean, and respectful! Just bought a 60+ yr old house and they cut and replaced some old cast iron pipes to modernize the plumbing for a basement bathroom and cleared the sewer line in no time, and without making a mess. I highly recommend them!! In fact, I just called them back to work on another job for the upstairs bathroom. Great work!

Jeff was very focus in providing exactly what I needed done, i.e. supply a gas line to my new gas range. His material cost went up, but he stuck to the quote he gave me. And his price was the most reasonable of the four quotes I received. BTW, he doesnt charge to come out and give you a quote. I like that. He and Aaron worked very hard. They finished the job in a timely fashion, they picked up their debris. Jeff walked me through his work, making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. I cant say enough good things about the guys at Superior Plumbing Services. I had two bathrooms remodeled by another company and there were major problems with the plumbing that had been done. Jeff and Aaron came to my house and gave me a quote on Thursday and were able to come back and do the work on Friday. They explained everything they would be doing and kept me informed during the entire process. They replaced all of the plumbing that had been done incorrectly and gave me confidence that I wont have any leaking issues in the future. They go above and beyond, theyre professional, and they are completely transparent about repairs and pricing.The first time I spoke to Jeff we were in the process of putting our home on the market and had a plumbing issue. He answered my texts immediately and was willing to come out on a Sunday.Ive since used him at our new house for a few projects, big and small. He recently handled a water and mold remediation problem, and he and his associate went above and beyond. He managed the project, stayed in touch daily, and worked really hard to complete the job at a fair price. I’m glad I found superior plumbers in Google this week. We had a sewage pump failure and these guys came to my place inspected and pin point the issue in no time. Best pet is that they already have a network of business they contact for additional help. I had the restoration team in the house same day. Everything was cleaned, sanitized and ready for the plumbers to come and do their part. They don’t try to sell you things, they explain well the situations and also give you enough info for you to make a conscious decision. I’m so pleased with their service that now I’m also going to use them for any issues that happen on my rental properties. I’m also using them to move pipes in the house from one location to the other. 100% RECOMMEND them!!!

The pipe that was broken was buried under ground and I really thought I would have to get a second mortgage to pay for this repair. I am so impressed with this company, and I really appreciate them! I noticed my water heater leaking a couple weeks ago and knew that wasnt normal, so I started looking for someone to fix it. Im normally stressed about home repairs as I work for a nonprofit and have a very tight budget, but every single person I spoke with from Superior Plumbing was so helpful and kind that I wasnt stressed. In my process of requesting quotes, I called four different companies. Jeff, the owner of Superior Plumbing, is the only person who called me the same day (on the weekend, no less) and the only one willing to offer a quote. He had me send photos and a video of the leak, and he immediately offered me a very reasonable quote range. I was able to get on their schedule as soon as I was ready and at a time that was most convenient for me. On the day of the service, I received a call from Vicky in their office to let me know Brian was on the way, and he was right on time. Brian is so kind, respectful, and friendly, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. While he was working on the problem, I received a call from Jeff saying he was sorry he wouldnt be able to come personally, but that Brian was on the way and that Brian is really great. I told him Brian was already here and working on the water heater, and how much appreciated the follow up. Brian had the repair done in less than 30 minutes, and the work looks great. The entire process from start to finish was so wonderful, and I found Jeff, Brian, and Vicky to be transparent, helpful, and friendly. I had never met any of them before, but I felt like I was treated like a valued friend rather than a stranger, and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind who will be my go-to for any of my plumbing needs.
