Dave did a great job! We had a bathtub leak and phoned Brothers. Dave arrived within an hour or so and it was after normal business hours (9:00pm). He was pleasant and efficient. We have a yearly contract (which I recommend to everyone from my experiences as a Real Estate Broker) so we only paid for a regular plumbing call. What he fixed seems to have worked!

Water or plumbing issue? ALWAYS call Brothers! We had an underground main leak from our city water meter to our home, which was 70 yards from the meter on our rural property. The water company alerted me that our water usage appeared to be excessive. I called Emily and she scheduled Grant to our home a few hours later. Grant wasted no time finding the soft spot on our property, began digging out a large area of soil…and found our issue deep in the ground, while he was covered in mud! All the while, Grant had a smile on his face and an incredibly positive attitude. After the repair, Emily immediately followed up to ensure all was well. The cost of our repair was very fair. We have been using Brothers for 3 years, since moving here. No matter who they send for repairs or routine maintenance, we can always expect top quality service. The same can be said about the office personnel who keeps us informed on scheduling services, and letting us know when the technician(s) are on their way. We also get a text alert who they will be sending, including the technician’s photo. At the end of each visit, we get a detailed report of services rendered, including photos of our equipment with digital readouts of their instruments. They are very thorough and meticulous in workmanship. They treat your home as if it were their own! I highly recommend them for your peace of mind when it comes to keeping your home in top working order! As a bonus, we get to know them individually each time they visit. Yesterday was such an uplifting and joyful visit with Chris! He made my day! You will feel confident with using Brothers for your HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cant say enough great things about this company! My daughter had two tires pop at the same time, and they came to her aid without hesitation. By the time I arrived, they had both tires off the car and ready for me to take to get replaced. They even left a jack and impact drill for me to easily put the tires back on once I got the new ones. The level of service and kindness they showed was truly above and beyond, especially for someone who wasn’t even a customer at the time! If they treat strangers this well, I can only imagine the exceptional service they provide to their actual customers. I will definitely be using them in the future! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! My first call was handled immediately with the service tech coming out the very same day!!! When you have no heat, that is important!!! Upon arriving Jeremy identified my problem in record time. I was amazed!! He checked under the house and found that a very large hive of bees ( 3 feet in length and triple stacked) were blocking access to the heating vent. Apparently, the gas heater shuts off automatically if there is an issue. This safety precaution was new to me. Armed with a can of bug spray and a broom he ventured into dangerous territory and resolved my heating problem. I can not possibly express how grateful I am! This company went above and beyond! Thank you both! A job well done! I have heat!!!

Great customer service with very efficient scheduling. Alex and the dispatcher were able to move around a lot of jobs in order to get the electricians to our house on a day when the concrete company needed them to lay conduit under the patio. Jack and the other electricians also very knowledgeable and kind. They fixed everything in a timely manner and for 1/3 the cost of other quotes we received. Everything looks great. Will definitely be using in the future.

I had my standard inspections and as a result, they found a problem. The problem doesnt matter, but what is impressive is they setup and immediate service follow up and Hunter laid out the options, coordinate with his office for specific parts to be brought out while he began the repairs. Very efficient workflow that resulted in the same day repair. He even cleaned up the consequences of the original problem which was outside of Brother Plumbing responsibility. I always feel like I get much more.

I called two other companies out to my house because my AC stopped working. First company said I needed a new AC unit and quoted me $18, 500. The second company said that what the first company said the problem was, is incorrect and that I needed a new unit and quoted me $9,000.A couple of friends suggested I reach out to Brothers. To be honest, after being given the run around twice, I didn’t have high expectations. Chad was the tech who came out. From the moment we met, I could tell he was a good person. He took the time to talk to me, actually assess the real issue with the AC (which I was told something completely different from the other two companies), and even offered some advice to help me with my job search! Jack-of-all-trades this guy was and we were even able to talk about how God has moved in our lives. It is because of Chad’s honesty and integrity that I will be a returning customer and will recommend this company to everyone that I come across. I really hope the owner of Brothers knows that they have an exceptional employee in Chad and if the employees are a representation of what the company is like and stands for; then that’s the type of company I want to support.

Brothers repaired my basement sump pump. They offered after hours service call if it was critical. I elected for a Monday service call as basement bathroom use was not critical. The tech quickly identified the issue and I received quote for the repair the same day. The office communicated next steps clearly as they sourced the part needed for the repair and the same tech was back on Thursday to complete the repair.

Brothers Saved the Day... AGAIN!!Six years ago in August, our air conditioner broke down. Brothers came out and installed a new system for us and we have been quite pleased with the equipment as well as the staff and service all these years.Well, here we were again, in the middle of a heat wave and our system was down again (at 9 p.m. on a Friday). I thought I would call and leave a message, hoping to get our name of the list for service the next day, but I got a PERSON!! She dispatched Hunter to our residence and within an hour and a half, we were back in the cool!We had not kept up with regular maintenance on the system and a drain line and gotten clogged. Fortunately the initial install included a device that would trigger the system to shut down rather and allow water to back up into the mechanics and cause further damage. Lesson learned. We are now registered as service partners.Thanks Brothers for looking out for us!

First and foremost I would like to thank Travis Melton. I reached out to him very early and ask if he could assist with an issue on my AC. He advised he would and once in the office he would take care of getting an appointment set it. WOW. He did for that afternoon. Emily reached out a little later in the day to advise my tech was in route and followed up with collecting all contact information. My tech Hunter arrived that afternoon, he was very kind and professional. I explained my issue and he seem to know the problem but stated he would inspect and discuss once finished. Once inspection was complete Hunter explained the details of my problem with photos to help me understand. Hunter provided me with a solution but also a correction to keep this from causing the amount of damage it did. I cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for their kindness and professionalism.

This company exceeded my expectations! 10 stars all across the board. From the first telephone call, the free estimates, the knowledgeable service techs. I had two crews, one for heating, Jordan and Haze, and Grant and Adam for the plumbing. Both teams were in my crawl space at the same time. They all worked well alongside each other, and they really seemed to love their job. The best part was the techs email you pictures of their work, so you dont have to crawl under there yourself. I had several plumbers do on-site visits and estimates in 2021 for a tankless water heater and associated upgrades. I decided to wait until my old tank unit failed, but Todd at Brothers made such a positive impression on me that I called the company back in 2023 when it finally did. Dave at Brothers did the install along with several others, and they did a fine job. Brothers was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but theyre professional, VERY responsive, and confidence inspiring. Were fortunate to have some good trades companies in this area and Brothers is definitely on my short list.

Brothers Plumbing ended my nightmare. I called roto-rooter, Taylors to clear my soil pipe of roots. About 40 feet in, their tool got stuck and they could not clear it. They located the end of it using a camera and said it would cost more than $5,000 for them to dig it up. I told them no and they abandoned their tool, a long, big, heavy 40 ft spring, inside my drain pipe with 3 feet sticking out. I could not close the drain. They also charged me $400 for the experience.I called Brothers Plumbing and they sent someone to take a look. Grant called another Brothers plumber and talked it over. Grant said his coworker thought he could get it out and would be coming over. His friend was big and he jerked it right out. Brothers Plumbing ended my roto-rooter nightmare for me and only charged me for the call.I cannot praise Brothers Plumbing enough.

As always, Brother’s responded quickly and with 100% professionalism. I was very please with the technician but I haven’t tried my Hest or A/C since he left so it’s hard for me to say I’m 100% satisfied until I actually use them. I will note a few things. When it literally takes a technician less than 30 minutes to fix an issue that was more cosmetic than expertise, it would have been nice to have not been charged nearly $200 but I guess that’s the price you pay for using a company with a lot of overhead vs a Mom and Pop- type business. Nearly $70 just to walk in my front door is a bit steep in my opinion but if my HVAC system is actually working properly, that’ll make it worth the cost. I was a bit disappointed that when I asked the technician to move my hot water heater setting up one notch, he suggested I call a plumber. I realize Brother’s has Plumber services but come on, the hot water heater is less than two feet into the attic and it’s new. It would have taken two seconds to turn the dial. I’ve attached pics because as bad as my knee is, I went up as soon as he left and did it myself. It’s not rocket science.And Brandon, I’ll always think you’re the best! I wish it hadn’t been your day off. The tech that came out was very polite but Brandon definitely goes above and beyond!

They were patient and kind with my blue Weimaraner who was so curious about them. They even interacted with him and that won my heart over. My 24 year old living room cathedral ceiling fan quit working. I had used Brothers before for a water heater replacement, and they were prompt and provided a good value. So I asked them for a quote to replace the fan. There was an upcharge for how high the fan was, but I considered it fair, because there was no way I could do it. I ordered the fan and matching down rod from Lowes, and the next day after I received it they showed up. The ladder they used was huge, and it took 2 people to set it up. Then they started to assemble the fan, and they noticed 1 of the fan blades was incorrectly manufactured and could not be assembled. The Brothers techs volunteered to take it back to Lowes, and exchange it for me. Once they returned with another fan, they quickly finished the job. I believe they went above and beyond. I will definitely used them again.

In February of 2023, we had Brothers PA&E repair several combined fan and light ceiling units where the fan motors had failed after 15 years. They provided and installed the new fan motors. Everything was perfect. Later, just the light bulb in one unit failed and we asked Brothers to check this problem. It turned out the light bulb failure had been caused by a contractor mistake in the initial installation. A litle paint had accidentally been sprayed by the house painters onto the electrical contact for the bulb. Since Brothers had just installed new fan motors in these same units, they were willing to come out and take a look at these. They discovered that the one unit where the light suddenly became inoperable because of a residue of paint on the contact. The service man, Mike, removed the paint from the contact and the light bulb worked again. They made no charge to us for their service check in this situation. They were on time and very pleasant to deal with.In December 2023, we had purchased a new Navien tankless water heater with recirculation and a new Western toilet from Brothers. Brothers installed both in one day along with a new kitchen faucet which we had independently purchased. Brothers wisely sent two 2-man crews to do the work so that everything would be done before 4:30pm when we had to leave that day. They were actually done by about 2:45pm which really helped. The big job was installing the new water heater. That installation was very professional and neat and works well for the heating. In addition, the service people, Dave and Caleb, could not have been nicer. They were very expert. Not only are the Brothers people at their work, they are GOOD PEOPLE who you are completely comfortable having in your home.

This is at least the second time I’ve used Brothers and I am a very satisfied and loyal customer so far.

Grant made quick service call and pointed me to actual cause. Awesome!
