    From start, came out to do estimate within two business days of calling, arrived on time, courteous and professional in the appraisal of the work that needed to be done.Appointment for install three days later. Had estimates from two other companies, H2Flo was most knowledgeable in understanding what needed to be done at a vastly better price.To finish, installed the new gas water into garage, removed old water heater from attic in just three hours. Their knowledge and expertise shows in their work. Very pleased.

    Phillip was extremely knowledgeable and came within a few hours of me having a ceiling leak issue, all other plumbers that I called could not come for 3-4 days! He isolated the issue quickly and since it was a small issue he did not charge me. He answered all the questions I had, and gave me a great quote for some plumbing work Iā€™ve been wanting to get done. Highly recommend!!

    It was supposed to be a simple installation of a new toilet and vanity in a powder room. Instead we had severe floor damage from an old toilet that caused wood rot and black mold. Phillip and Garret literally came to the rescue! Philip was very considerate to check-in for rescheduling after the floor as finally replaced. He offered solid and trustworthy advice to complete the job. Excellent service! Great company!

    Beyond grateful for these guys! We found out that our gas water heater was installed wrong, called H2 Flow and Philip came out right away! Their professionalism was great, they were on time (last person had us waiting for hrs), the price was reasonable and we had an overall good experience! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We upgraded to a tankless hot water heater and it looks awesome! So impressed!

    Ben with H2Flow Plumbing was prompt, friendly and informative. He inspected all of the plumbing in my home and immediately found the problem. He made suggestions for potential further needs but was sure to let me know what was most important related to corrections. I was quoted an amount and scheduled the time for repairs. When that day came, he arrived on time and was swift and thorough with his work. As the project went smoother than expected my bill was slightly less than the quoted price. These guys provide thorough, quality work. You know youā€™re getting the job done right! I wouldnā€™t call anyone else for my plumbing needs!

    H2Flow responded quickly and professionally to our concern about a leak that had already caused some damage. Today (a Sunday !!), they came to our home very soon after we called them, identified the source of the leak, fixed it, and also went to great efforts to discern if there was any unseen damage, particularly mold.     Great service and very reliable! Help came quick and during the last minute and I am very grateful for that.Ben was our technician and he knew exactly what he was doing. We had an issue with the water tank heater and it overflowed outside of our house due to a pressure system that failed and an aging tank. Ben explained the whole issue easily and why it happened throughly. The water tank heater and the pressure regulator was replaced and is now working very well. Thank you for your service!

    We had a pipe leaking on the wall behind the washing machine and needed help fast. Call several places but could not find anyone that could come out today. Called H2FLOW and they said they would get me in today and they would call when the tec was on the way. 30 minutes later they called said he would be here in 30 to 40 minutes. He made it in 30 minutes. Phillip showed up and was very professional looked at the problem gave me the cost of repair ask if we wanted to go forward. The cost was good and the quality of his work is great. He stayed to make sure no leaks after we turned the water back on and all was good. I can not thank him enough they got me out of a bad issue fast . H2FLOW gets 5 stars and I recommend them if you need help with any plumbing you need. Its great to find a company that does great business nowadays. They came through when I needed help and that means a lot. Thank you so much.

    Thankfully my electrician gave me a heads-up when my sump pump breaker kept tripping. He advised me to call a plumber asap. Iā€™m so glad I listened because when the plumber arrived the following day(today) the holding tank was full. The pump motor had burned up. Very unexpected in a not quite 5 year old house with one occupant.The plumber advised me of prices before he started working and kept me apprised as he performed the different functions. He continued working through a rain shower too. Iā€™m so happy I called this company and I cannot recommend them more! Even the office lady was as sweet as she could be. Whoever is reading this review please donā€™t hesitate to call them. I wonā€™t use another company from now on.

    Ben was great. He was able to come to the house and provide estimated cost, generate the contract for work, and schedule a time to resolve the problem. He was here on time and was able to quickly come up with a alternate solution to fix the problem when it was discovered the impacted vent pipe was inaccessible. H2Flow Plumbing can be depended on to be there when you need them. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue you may have. Very reliable and professional!

    Our home is on a well and we had low water pressure over the weekend. Contacted H2Flow from a Facebook group recommended and called them Monday morning. Thanks to a cancelation, they had a tech out within 3 hours of the initial call. The technicians were extremely polite and professional, were able to quickly diagnose the problem and came back the next day to complete repairs. The cost was what I expected for the issue and they offered a full 5 year warranty on parts and labor. I highly recommend H2Flow for all your plumbing needs. Thank you!

    We were recommended H2Flow by Alpha Electrical Solutions and knew it would be the company to work with. We received two additional quotes prior, and while H2Flow wasnā€™t the cheapest, the quality of work, cleanliness, and ease of communication made it the best quote we received and we are so happy we went with them. Iā€™ve gone the cheapest route previously, and now as a firm subscriber to buy once cry once, it has once again paid off to go with the higher quality, better company.     Philip was amazing. Super professional and timely. Honest work and priced fairly. Couldnā€™t recommend a better plumbing company in the upstate. Placed the original call for service (on a Saturday mind you) at 10:15am and Philip was at our home just before 11:30am.     As part of a recent service contract with an electrician, a contract with H2Flow Plumbing is also included. We had never used them, but they were recommended by our electrician so we called them when we were having an issue with our water heater. I left a message for the owner, Phillip, and he called me back within in ten minutes. I explained my problem and he told me what I could most likely do to correct the situation myself. However, he said to be safe, he should take a look. This was in spite of the fact that there would be no service charge due to the contract we have with his company. He came on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. As expected, there was no charge since no parts or supplies were required. I would highly recommend H2Flow to anyone who needs a plumber.

    If you have any type of issues with your hot water heater this is the place to call . I called Monday morning for an appointment ASAP to have my hot water heater to be checked after being without hot water all weekend. The receptionist was very nice, understanding, and professional and was able to book an appointment that day. The service technician , Ben, was on time , professional, understanding, and courteous as well. Ben took the time to find the appropriate heater for my home and after calling several places was successful. Was able to come back the next day to install a new heater . Again Ben was great !!!     When I contacted H2Flow due a leak with my water piping, they sent their plumber Benjamin in a very timely manner. Benjamin performed an assessment and provided options and cost for repair. Once signed, he immediately began working to repair the leak and address the root cause which was the water regulator. He was very professional and timely including having the water heater sent while he worked on the repair. I was very happy with the overall service from H2Flow Plumbing!

    Phillip arrived on time. Was very friendly & professional. Took the time to understand my concerns and fixed my problem and only charged me their dispatch fee.They also offered me a 1 year service plan that was too good to pass up. With this plan they will not charge me a dispatch fee during normal business hours and I can schedule a time for them to inspect all my water connections & drain my water heater. In addition, this plan also incudes diagnostic/inspection of my electrical system by Wired Right electrical Services.

We started with an in-home consultation where Philip Waters thoroughly explained our options and helped develop a plan of attack. They are pleasant, professional men who are very focused on doing an excellent job.     I had a water pipe break under my house last night. Called H2Flow first thing this morning and as before they worked me in. Ben came out and went to work right away, finding the leak and letting me know what was wrong and how he could fix the problem.     Ben came out on a Sunday and assessed the issue as a partial blockage. He blew out the line and checked afterward and there was still some backup after running lots of water. He came back the following Friday with the camera and found the issue is beyond my property and we called the sewer company. He explained to them what he found and what they need to do to follow up, then they scheduled a work order. Waiting for them to arrive to complete their work. Ben also replaced the pressure regulator on the second service call. He checked on some things for me that I inquired about and was extremely helpful with all of the items he checked and took care of. The staff was very courteous on the calls from the office as well. Definitely recommend this company!

    We HIGHLY recommend H2Flow Plumbing. Phillip was very thorough on his initial survey of our plumbing needs. We ended up needing a complete plumbing renovation for our entire house. We werenā€™t suprised necessarily because he was our 3rd quote and all of the plumbers basically gave us the same review. The renovation took 3 days but included replacing our exterior lines from the street into the house as well as repiping the line to our septic tank. The lines under the house and up though the floors/sinks were replaced as well. During the 3 days Phillip and Ben were courteous, honest, and kept us abreast of everything they were doing or would be doing. They didnā€™t rush the job or cut any corners. There were no unpleasant surprises financially or regarding their work. We all understood the scope of the job and how much it would cost to complete it.They also have a 5 year warranty compared to other companies that donā€™t give any or a mere year to warranty their work.If youā€™re looking for a plumber, do your homework and put him against the rest. Donā€™t pass this company up.

    We called H2Flow and the owner answered the phone talked to a real person. They came that afternoon to give us a estimate. The next day they were at our house early worked 7 hours without a break and fixed our problem. Our work was done outside but our shower was still not working properly so Phillip did above his job and fixed our shower.     I called Phillip from H2Flow the night after Christmas to check my water heater as it was leaking. He showed up about 20 minutes later, quickly diagnosed the issue.     After discovering that I had a major water leak I called in a few contractors to find the leak and give me an estimate. The first company that came to my house said he would charge $700 for the leak detection, but he was 100% sure the leak was under my slab. He quoted me at about $15,000 to install new pipes in the wall and to dig into the slab. The second company offered to do the same for a smaller price. Finally H2Flow came out to take a look.He was able to determine immediately that the leak was in the front yard. He brought out his crew and had the job done in a few hours. My cost was about $1500, and that includes all new pipingFrom the street to the house, a new pressure regulator valve, a new cutoff valve, as well as digging up the yard and cleaning it all up. He even went as far as to remove the tree stump and roots that had damaged the first pipe.He showed me everything that he had done with a great explanation. He also showed me that there was no leak in the house. I now have full water pressure and no more high water bills.I would for sure recommend this company. Honest work, clean work and very professional.

    Philip was aware of a situation I was having at my home and contacted me personally. He felt the problem was serious enough for him to re arrange his schedule and attend to my problem. Not to mention we have a second bathroom so we could get through. When Monday came... It had been explained to me that a worker would be out to my home first thing... By 8AM. When no one showed up... I called to find out what was going on. The worker was having car issues and could not come til the afternoon. Because I had paid for the service the following Friday... The toilet was not fixed... And we had gone through the weekend... I was a bit upset. I asked for the owner to call me. In no time he phoned me... I explained the situation... And he said that he would be out to fix the issue within the hour... The owner! I explained that wasnā€™t necessary and any of his workers could come out... He insisted. Within the hour the owner was at my home... Fixed the issue... Showed me it was fixed and handled it at no additional charge. To top it all off... The owner called that evening to see if everything was working OK. To say I was impressed is an understatement... What could have turned very bad... The owner was on it in no time. He displayed a level of customer service you just donā€™t see anymore. I would call this company back for my plumbing issues... No question. He went above and beyond to make things right. Not to mention... Their prices were fair and affordable. Highly recommend!

    Im a little late in writing this but let me say that I liked the service from the get go. A little context. I had put down the kitchen drain too much rice which clogged it. I personally ran a very old snake down it which snapped. At this point its beyond my expertise. Called up and scheduled an appointment for 4 days from the time I called. Then I got ahold of the owner via FB Messenger and he squeezed me in a day ahead of the appointment. +5 points there. When he arrived he was very careful not to cut into the back wall of the cabinet. He cut away the PVC to get access to the broken snake line, pulled it out without it breaking more, and then augured the rest of the line free. Then he re-piped the drain line from the wall to the pea trap. All this time he was very professional and he understood my predicament. Im usually pretty good at fixing this problem I caused, I do that a lot, but this one was a little over my head with the snake breaking. He was also very nice to try his best to save me some money for this effort.I liked the service a lot and I will definitely look to them in the future. Hopefully when something else breaks not caused by me.
