The online appointment scheduling option from their website was great! Very simple to book the appointment, text confirmation when they were on the way, arrived on time, simple quote process and excellent repairs!Overall amazing communication and reliable work makes me highly recommend this company! They are coming back to hook up a generator cutover switch and looking forward to working with them again!Update. More work done. they came back and installed a generator cutover switch so now we have the ability to hook up essential circuits to our generator. Super impressed with the quality of the install! Thanks again!Update! They came back and setup our portable generator cutover switch. So great to have 8 critical circuits with power during a storm now! I think Im in love...From the start,The young lady on the phone was very professional and showed empathy over my issue. I called around 3:00 P.M. on a Friday, and I wasn’t really in a rush, but she offered for someone to come between 5:00 – 7:00 “the same day.”The gentleman was very professional and explained everything well. I recently had my home rebuilt, and I’ve had dealings with an abundant amount of contractors (10+)some pending litigation as I type.Rudins electric is the Cadillac of electrical services.Lastly, if the prices seem steep, do not let that hinder your decision, you get what you pay for, and tonight I got what I paid for!TOP SHELF!

Daniel was an outstanding PROFESSIONAL Electrician. I explained I needed to add some plugs in the garage that needed to be on their own dedicated circuit. He was able to accomplish this job the day after he provided the estimate.He needed to move some storage shelves to install outlets and run wire. He moved the shelves himself after he asked permission. He did impeccable work and put all shelving back in their designated spot. He cleaned up all of his trash and left the Garage cleaner than he found it.For the amount work he had to the cost of the job was very reasonable!Very highly recommended this Company!

Had an outside receptacle added for a hot tub. The service person was excellent. The work was perfect. The cost seems high, but the fact that they come out right away and take care of the job right then is an added value.I called a couple of electricians prior to calling Rudin and one did not respond and the other said it would take 3-4 months to come out.I would use them again.

Daniel was extremely helpful, transparent and easy to work with. We had him out for a 2nd opinion after another company quoted us 6k for a new electric panel. He performed a diagnostic and was able to resolve the issue for much cheaper without replacing the entire electric panel. He then when out of his way to come back by and install a part that he didn’t have that we were going to have to go out and purchase. Overall, I highly recommend going with Rudin Electric. They are a trustworthy and honest company and aren’t out here trying to upsell you on unnecessary repairs.

Great service from Andre of Rudin Electric! Estimate received same day of request and work started days later. Andre installeda number of new switches and outlets, including relocating existing, installed new and relocated existing recessed lights, installedlight in utility room, corrected several wiring errors by previous owner which required troubleshooting, installed new breakers,corrected electrical box neutral wiring issues, and installed a house surge protector. All accomplished with professionalism, speedand for a fair price - well definitely be using Rudin for any future electrical needs!

When my scheduled appointment fell through the cracks, Rudin Electric recovered admirably and dispatched Andre to our door within the hour. First thing, he apologized for the mistake then went to work correcting our issues with a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. We had no device to modulate the fan speed nor the light, so the fan ran only at top speed. A switch set with toggles to handle both dimming and acceleration had been left with the house. No problem. Andre swapped out the installed switches for the appropriate kit and was gone in an instant. As he worked, Andre offered several tips and recommendations that we will weigh, and I imagine if we add a fan to another room, he and Rudin will be our first call.

If someone is going to be making alterations to your homes electrical system, you should really want a competent individual on that task. Andreys knowledge of his craft is unquestionable, but beyond that he is committed to getting the details right. I could not be more confident in his work and sure appreciated the professionalism. He installed an interlock kit and new dedicated generator breaker for usage of our generator during power outages. Andrey gladly took the time to explain some totally new concepts to me and did it in an easily understandable way. Ironically, less than 2 weeks after his install we had a 7 hour outage from a thunderstorm and fallen tree... everything worked flawlessly and just as hed described. He also wired a basement heater on a new subpanel. Even the extended wire run he had to make across our basement ceiling joists is a thing of beauty... totally neat, nothing is done without care. Lots of peace of mind for power outages now, and highly appreciate his professional manner & expertise... no need to call anyone else!

Rudin came to my rescue after fell trees, caused by hurricane Helene, knocked my power lines down and took my power/meter box and weather head with it. Rudins electrician, Andre, arrived promptly and worked diligently to repair and remount the box and weatherhead so the utility company could do its job to restore my power. Andre even went the extra mile to stop and inform the utility technicians that his work was complete so that they could return to my house and put the power lines up.I have more electrical work to do once the trees have been removed from my house and yard. I will be hiring Rudin to do this work.

Trustworthy! This company fixed in 20 minutes what Upstate Elecrical Solutions wanted over $3,000 for. Initially paid Upstate Electrical Solutions over $100 to diagnose and they fixed nothing. The problem ended up being 2 bad connections at the switch and the 3rd issue was reversed wiring. All of which this company fixed in 20 minutes with no extra fee on top of the diagnostic fee. If you need electrical work done, choose this company!!! Thank you, Rudin Electric!!!
