Thomas was very particular and made absolutely sure the floors were perfect. He also hung a set of blinds so my daughter would feel safe sleeping at night. The other men that hung her barn door were so polite, helpful and patiently answered any questions. We have used Top Quality Maintenance and Construction several times. Stephen and crew came out the day we called when we had a water line for refrigerator bust. He handled the job from new line to water damage and repaint.Stephen and crew removed our old tub and popcorn ceiling in the bathroom. They replaced tub with new shower and fixtures and painted ceiling. Wow, what a beautiful job. The crew were conscious of putting drop cloths down on stairs and then making sure they cleaned up leaving our house like they found it.
