The Radon Pros are really that, Pros! Dan and Dimitri were very knowledgeable, friendly and 100% reasonable on pricing. The install looks great and comes with a 5 year warranty. Can’t beat that! It was an absolute pleasure to do business them and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for Radon mitigation!

Daniel did an amazing job installing the system in our basement! He was friendly, professional, and did very quick/clean work. We went from a radon level of 24.5 down about 4.5 in a few days after the system was in place. That wasnt low enough so Daniel came out the very next day to seal up some of the cracks in the basement floor which brough it down to below 1. I would highly recommend using the Radon Pros to help out if you have Radon in your home/building.

Daniel was phenomenal to work with and I HIGHLY recommend using The Radon Pros for your Radon Mitigation.After performing the Radon test with charcoal canisters during a home inspection, we received very high results: 15.7 and 14.5 pCi/L! We purchased the digital home Radon reader online that was recommended to us by Daniel and found even more alarming results.. 30-32 pCi/L. The Radon Pros installed a single port active subslab suction system in just a few hours in our fairly large basement.I decided to test the efficacy of the system after it was installed, so I left the house vacant with no ventilation and returned each day to check the readings. Within four days, the digital reader that showed us with 32 pCi/L is now showing 0.00 pCi/L and has been ever since.Im attaching a picture of the digital reader... the 1.29 pCi/L is the lifetime average since it was turned on, so that includes the 32 pCi/L readings.The Radon Pros do excellent work, install quality systems, and Daniel went above and beyond.

Basement tested at around 14, called and spoke to Dan and they installed a mitigation system in a few days. Within two days the reading was .64. System was professionally installed and is extremely quiet.It was a pleasure to work with Dan, was responsive to my questions and the installation was completed in a timely manner with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Radon Pros!!!

The very definition of PROFESSIONAL - I called Daniel based upon the reviews others had left, and I couldnt be more happy that I did. Daniel took the time to answer my questions and listened to my concerns upon our initial contact. I scheduled an appointment and Daniel arrived promptly and with everything he needed on hand as he had already taken the time to look at my house and the existing system (there when I bought the house), using Google Earth. He assessed things in the basement upon arriving, and instantly realized that it had been rigged to appear as though it was working when it in fact was not. Daniel had everything fixed within the hour and never tried to upsell me. In fact he did everything he could to keep my costs down. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable, about not just radon systems but state and federal laws pertaining to it, and he took some time to educate me about this. He also took the time to direct me an electronic product that continually scans for radon levels and then gives one day and weekly averages. I purchased one online and will now use it continually to ensure that my home remains consistently safe moving forward.Just a work about scheduling an appointment with this company. You schedule via their website and naturally have to plug in your name, address, and telephone number. Doing this felt a little odd to me having had no contact with a human being yet. (Daniels phone rings off the hook throughout the day and he cannot answer it while working. I witnessed this first hand). In this day and age its only prudent to be a little wary of any site that requires personal information, but one need not worry in the case of Radon Pros. Things could not have worked out any better, and I cannot recommend this company enough. If your in the unfortunate position of having to struggle with unsafe radon levels, Daniel and Radon Pros are who you want to call.

The absolute best. Hands down. Daniel is ultra professional and thoughtful and highly skilled. He created a perfect radon mitigation system that dropped levels (which were previously sky high). The only thing that youll be disappointed by is that they cant help with every single thing, because they are the best. They treat your home like its their home and they do excellent work.

Dan and Dimitri are the best. Super knowledgeable, fair prices, show up on time, clean work, etc. They explain everything to you as they work, making sure that when they leave the system works well and the homeowner understands what is happening. Definitely call them if you need help with radon!!

We can’t thank Dan and his team at The Radon Pros enough for their patience, insight, and professionalism. As first time home buyers, we were very concerned when the radon level came back high. Dan answered all of our questions and never pressured us. A system was installed and a second radon test passed with flying colors shortly after. Highly recommend this company!

I’d give 5 stars but nobody should get 5 stars. I don’t give 5 stars. But these guys were pretty much excellent. I did a lot of research before I decided on The Radon Pros. I originally was going to go with [a bigger company] but neighbors were burned by them via the old bait and switch. [The bigger company] quotes the job at $1100 complete, but the day they finally show up to do it they start nickel and diming the homeowner. And by nickel and dime-ing I mean HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! It’s how they do business and it should be illegal. They quoted $1100 and by the time they finish and add up all the “surprise” additions it was nearly $2000! That’s BOLOGNA.I didn’t want that happening to me and it didn’t. Radon pros quote was not the cheapest [the Bigger Company quote was $120 lower] but when they finished the job the bill wasn’t a surprise. This is big for me because I HATE feeling like I’m being taken advantage of. Daniel is a straightforward no nonsense contractor and I’m super happy with their honest billing AND high quality work and the warranty and all that. My radon was way high and radon causes cancer and we’ve had enough cancer issues I don’t care what it was gonna cost me I wanted it OUT OF MY HOUSE! My basement was not difficult because the floor was pretty solid and they built it right with gravel and a heavy plastic vapor barrier under the cement. Anyway, they came when they said they would, the Radon Pros did, they were polite and professional and they installed the system and there were no surprises with my bill! Oh-another thing that drives me CRAZY is when these contractors come in and make messes! Leave muddy footprints and construction garbage strewn all over the place! Not the Radon Pros. Dan and his partner left my basement CLEAN. Maybe even cleaner than it was befor they started! Really! I’m very happy with their work and the results (I’m now at a 2.1 down from a 6.9!) So happy to not have this invisible carcinogen flying around my house! I really should give these guys 5-stars. They were great
