My garage floor was installed by Brandon and Craig last week and I am incredibly pleased with the result. They were superb from start to rapid finish and left no mess or clutter. I love the surface bella treatment on my patio! It is beautiful, but the best part, the very best part of this company and its product, is the customer service. In chatting at a trade show I mentioned how satisfied I was in spite of a small problem, and I was told that the problem would be addressed. In short order men were here, went to work, and it was corrected. I had never even complained! When I asked how much I owed, I was told, “No charge.” Their customer service is superior!

We are very happy with our new patio cover. The installation went smoothly and only took 1 day. After our first heavy rain we noticed drops of water on the underside of the cover. The next morning we called and explained what we were seeing and it was taken care of the same day. We were looking for a cover to help protect our patio doors and give us protection from the sun. This cover does both and looks good. It is nice to be able to sit on our deck now and listen to the rain. We wish we had this installed years ago. I would highly recommend this company.

Met Surface Bella at a home remodel show in Greenville. Like the product they use, which is The Onyx Collection. The negative with Surface Bella is lack of communication between the project manager and the customer. There were some hiccups in our renovation that were resolved. I would have liked a professional drywall company finishing the drywall installed. If you decide to use them but first want specifics, please get me your contact info. It had become a medical necessity to get this finished. Would we use them again? Yes, with the firm understanding, for the price paid, we would want better communication. We will eventually update the 2nd bathroom.

We hired surface bella a year ago to coat our garage floor with polyurea. The communication was excellent, they had a variety of samples to choose from and also allowed us to do a custom blend. Due to rain they sanded the garage floor and came back next week to finish the job. The job was completed in half a day and the finish looked great. It still looks brand new after a year. The floor cleans easily, and it also resists oil, gas, and paint stains (cleans up easily with acetone).

I don’t know where to begin, but I will say that Surface Bella is like no other general contractors you will ever meet. They are a customer focused company with an emphasis on beauty and customer satisfaction. Russ, the contractor that did my bathroom, is the best tile man in the area. Choose Surface Bella. It will be the best decision in home remodeling that you will ever make. I could only give them 5 stars for the job they did at my house, but they deserve a much higher score.

We had a fairly extensive bathroom remodel. Removed a garden tub, small shower, vanity top and three outside windows. And had installed a huge Onyx Collection shower with matching vanity top with two sinks . Converted the small shower area to an alcove with shelving for storage. We had two very talented craftsmen that did the entire project, which included the plumbing, sheetrock work, vinyl siding work, shower installation and vanity top replacement. We did have some problems with materials that were damaged in transit. This caused several weeks delay as the factory had to replace these, but as usual nothing goes perfect. Since completed we have gotten compliments from neighbors and friends as they all seem to like the results. The remodel makes the entire bathroom space now much more usable than before. And in the end my wife loves and is enjoying her new shower!

Highly satisfied with the major remodeling work done by Surface Bella. As major DIY people on most other projects in our home, we were hesitant to hire a contractor but knew that remodeling two bathrooms, moving walls, etc. was probably more than we wanted to handle. Surface Bella worked extensively with us on the planning, communicated well throughout the project, were present here when expected, kept a clean work site, and completed the job to our total satisfaction. They transformed two 40 plus year old bathrooms into beautiful spa like retreats that add greatly to our home value. We will not hesitant to use them again.

First of all, my dream has been fulfilled! I have been wanting a Deck with a Hot Tub since I bought my house 4 years ago, which had a 10x10 wooden porch. With COVID locking me inside, I sketched out my ideas, and Surface Bella tweaked and made it happen. I now have a 16x30 deck, with a sunken hot tub, vinyl railings with metal spindles, solar lights, and set in stairs to the back yard. I did have to order the hot tub myself, which due to COVID, delayed the final touches, but I could not be prouder of my new backyard retreat. While waiting on the hot tub delivery I spent as much time as possible on the completed portion of the deck, morning, noon and night, listening to the birds, squirrels and children. My peaceful backyard retreat is perfect. Many thanks to Sean and his patience; Jose and his team of dedicated skilled craftsmen. You have made me so happy with the detailed work and attention to details (this means a lot as a retired military instructor) and all for a more than reasonable price. Salute to Surface Bella.

**EDIT**When I first left this review, things were not going well (you can read below the dotted line to see why.) I left that review at around 10 pm on a weeknight. The next morning, Sean – who owns Surface Bella – called me at 8:30 AM.I could tell immediately that Sean was apologetic. Not just because his business received a bad review – he seemed upset that the quality of work was repeatedly not up to par, saying that he prides his team on quality and service. I listened, skeptical that anything would change, but I was grateful to have heard from him so promptly.After that phone call, things changed. Communication improved x 10, which honestly covers a multitude of sins. The manager of our project, Danny, put in extra hours by himself, often when most others would be at home eating dinner. Our main issues were a seeming disconnect between contractor and subcontractors, and those issues were being addressed.Danny even added custom-made craftsman-style trim to our kitchen project as a personal consolation. It elevated the whole project, and did a world of good to repair the broken trust and disappointment. Its now one of my favorite features.In the end, Surface Bella listened to my concerns and made big strides to adjust and improve. The finished product speaks for itself. This is the kitchen of my dreams – from the counter to ceiling tile to the custom cabinetry, everything is just *lush*. Im proud and happy to make meals in here now, and Im thankful to Surface Bella for working with us to make things right.(the photos I included are from right before the pot-filler was installed, but its there now :)------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**ORIGINAL REVIEW**This is my first-ever, intentional negative review of a good or service. I’m leading with that to introduce myself as someone who doesn’t easily find fault, who is patient, who understands that every project that involves humans also involves some good old fashioned mistakes and snags.This has not been one of those projects.It started so well. In June, our salesman — Bruce — patiently walked through the details of our major kitchen renovation with us. He understood the assignment, was so pleasant and communicative, and set us up with renderings, plans, and a payment we felt really great about.It’s December now. Since that deal-sealing time with Bruce in June, we have experienced:- mis-measured and mis-installed electrical- mis-measured and mis-installed lighting- mis-measured and mis-installed cabinets- mis-measured and mis-installed countertops- mis-measured cutouts for appliancesBefore I move on with my list, let’s get one thing clear: contractors should be really good at exactly one thing: measuring. It stands to reason that if the first thing is measured wrong, one should go back and measure twice next time to avoid future issues. Not the case here, my friends.Each of those incorrect measurements was, unsurprisingly, followed by another slow week or so of fixing the issue, adding to an already unthinkably long timeline.The hardest part of this is knowing that everyday that I feel frustration, i am screaming into the void. I am under no illusion that Surface Bella will do anything to make this process faster, to ensure that all the still-existing and un-listed issues are fixed, or that they will at the very least discount us for this atrocious and embarrassing service they’ve provided. That’s not how contracts work. They are likely protected. They’re out there gaining more projects and collecting down payments (like mine — a big one, already paid) while not following through on the promises made at the sales table.

We were very pleased with the building of our back deck and the screen enclosure of our front porch. The guys were very friendly, hard working and professional. This company was easy to reach when we had a question and gave us a follow up visit to ensure we were satisfied. They did a thorough job from beginning til end even hauling off the old deck, screen and scraps from the job. A big shout out to the young man that did the work on our front porch screen project. He was very polite and knowledgeable and finished the job in one day. We would recommend Surface Bella for any of your home remodel projects.

The garage floor surface is easy to clean and very durable. After a year it still looks brand new. Everyone who has seen it comments on how nice it looks. It also has a lifetime warranty.After the floor was done it looked great. On closer inspection after it had dried I noticed a couple of minor imperfections in the finish. There was no way to see them without getting on the dry floor in the light. I called their office and they had a crew out within a few days and fixed everything.The floor coating is an excellent product, and Surface Bella provides excellent customer service.

Surface Bella recently remodeled 2 bathrooms for me and I couldnt be happier. Sean is the owner and if you research on line reviews its obvious he cares about his company and the quality of their work. I see some complaints about cost but the estimate was reasonable and turned out to be a bargain after I saw the quality of the work. Tom was my first contact followed by Tim and.I was comfortable and impressed with both of them. Ricky and Joshua were the men that did the work. From the first day, they were friendly and professional. By the last day, we were like old friends. I have the knowledge and skills to do the job myself but it was just too much for me at my age. I kept a close watch at first as there was several places to cut corners and, knowing how contractors can be, I kept a close watch on everything they did. After watching them for 2 days, I finally relaxed. Their attention to detail was great and they went over and above my expectations. I would recommend Surface Bella to anyone.

We purchased new windows from Surface Bella in December 2021 and they were installed in July 2022. They were reasonably priced and easy to work with. We had one window moved and they worked with us on everything from custom designing and installing the new window to removing and closing up the old one. We were very pleased with the whole process starting with the salesman coming to our home through the installation. We hope to work with Surface Bella again soon on another up coming project.

What a great experience. I was experiencing low air flow in my HVAC VENTS and my Heat seemed to be running more than normal. I called Surface Bella for a quote on my A/C unit which had some age on it but come to find out my duct work work was destroyed. They did inspect my system and all was ok. Gilbert explained and showed me photo of the open holes in the system and wow I had no idea. It was obvious not repairable and 47 years old. They replaced my entire duct system and wow what a difference. Plenty of air flow and 101 degrees coming out of the vents. Power bill dropped and entire home Constant 69 degreesI will call them when time for a new unit

Surface Bella replaced the roofing on our house and choosing them was the best decision we could have made. The entire experience was exceptional. The products used and the process were thoroughly explained, we were given a timeline for when we could expect the work to begin and how long it would last. The work began in a very timely manner and was completed in one day. I have never seen a work crew more dedicated to doing quality work without wasting time. They were careful about protecting shrubs and anything else that could be damaged and when they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up as though no work has been done. The finished product is one we are completely happy with. Everyone we have dealt with at the company have made us feel they appreciate us as customers and really care about our satisfaction with the job.GREAT COMPANY and GREAT JOB.

We had a tub shower in our master bath in our lake house on Lake Hartwell and used the shower frequently after swimming in the lake. Since we are seniors, it got a little harder to navigate the high entrance to the tub, so we decided to do a tub-to-shower conversion. Surface Bella was our choice because they were reasonably priced and their product was of very high quality. Although they estimated the job would take 1 or 2 days, it actually took 4 days, which was acceptable to me because of the work involved. The installers did an excellent job, were neat and cleaned up after they finished. I definitely would recommend them if you need a tub-to-shower conversion.

Surface Bella recently completed a full master bath remodel for us, including removing garden tub, shower, and old tile floor They reconfigured the floor plan to install a gorgeous new shower, vanity tops and fixtures, installed a new floor, new toilet and new doors. We are very pleased with the results.This is our second remodel project with Surface Bella. The first was a guest bath redo. On the basis of the good results we chose them for our master bath.We had 4 other bids on this project. Surface Bella provided very good quality and value by comparison. We really like the upscale look and durability of the Onyx product they install for tops and showers. Sean is super responsive, and we really appreciated how conscientious the install crew (Matt and Clint from MJH Construction) was. Knowledgeable and workmanlike quality.We’d highly recommend you give Surface Bella a chance to take on your project. We have and will use them again!

I had windows installed by Surface Bella and I would like to say the windows that I ordered were even better than I expected. Due to COVID the manufacturer was behind schedule but that was not fault of Surface Bella. The laborer that came to my home was polite, very professional, and completed the installation of my windows in a timely fashion. I bought a double wide home and it was in need of window replacements. In the winter it was quite cold in my home and in the summer, here in SC it got very hot in my home. With my new windows it stayed warm in the winter and it has kept the heat down when it is hot outside.The windows are very easy to open and close (using only one hand) and they are tinted which helps with the sun. I am very pleased with the windows (I think they are better than other brands) and am very happy that I purchased these through Surface Bella. I would recommend Surface Bella to all that ask where I purchased these.

I recently discovered Onyx from a relative who had two showers installed and was very happy with both of them.I then contacted Surface Bella and spoke with Mr. Sean Twitty. From the very first phone call Sean was absolutely professional, friendly, and enthusiastic to work with me!!! His quote was reasonable and he visited a couple of times to work out the details of my requests. He brought along one of his installers, Matt, to answer some of my technical questions. Matt was also very professional, kind and patient with me as he explained the installation process.During the ordering period I spoke with Sean a couple of times and he was always professional and courteous as he answered my questions and concerns. He always answered immediately or returned my calls in a timely manner.Upon installation, Matt and Clint were timely, efficient, extremely professional and kindly answered all of my questions. Because of their skill the installation went smoothly, quickly and ended with an extremely nice looking finish!!! They completed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up all of the mess and trash.The entire experience with Surface Bella, Sean Twitty and his staff was over-the-top professional!!! They were very professional. Sean designed my bath remodel on the spot. He promised a range of 3 to 5 weeks to complete the project including manufacturing the walls which took 3 weeks, they finished in four. I did not expect them to follow up after the job was complete, but they did. Kudos to Matt for cleaning up, and completing everything in less than two days, would highly recommend. We are so pleased! Tom Diffenderfer (Sales Representative) came out to our home in Boiling Springs on a Friday evening and thoroughly introduced us to Surface Bellas idea of product quality, product value and exceptional customer care. Tom spent a couple of hours talking with us and explaining in detail our porch from inception to completion. Tom was knowledgeable and after talking with him, we felt like this was a company with integrity and sincerity. Our porch is lovely and we couldnt be more satisfied. We contracted for a walk-in shower in March 2023. The materials arrived in early June. They suggested the work would would take two and a half days, but it took six. We felt it was expensive, but you get what you pay for, and although it took much longer to finish than expected we were very happy with the result.

A very professional company. I would highly recommend them to complete any of your outdoor projects.I contacted Surface Bella to pour a concrete patio in the back of my home. Their sales rep (Derek) came on-site at no charge and provided me with a competitive price. Their engineers visited the site, reviewed the plan and scheduled the work. The job started on time and was completed in 2 days. They came back the 3rd day to remove all the forms, make sure the site was completely cleaned up and reviewed the completed job with me. The communication was excellent. They were all very responsive to both text and calls.I did shop around. Bella had a competitive price, were highly reviewed, has a great web-site and did quality work. I would choose them again.

I had two double windows replaced. 4 stars was only due to something beyond their control. They had trouble with the manufacturer and had to switch manufacturers causing a huge delay. Windows ordered 9-3-20 were installed 1-4-21. I would use them again.
