I would like to express my wonderful experience with Apex Roofing systems I am so delighted to say I am so glad I made the choice to use them in replacing my roof. They sent their team to put the roof on and then cleaned up everything and was done in the same day. The team did outstanding and I thought they deserve some recognition for their part as I was really amazed by their service. As for Kelly Mann he is the greatest person to interact with for he is a blessing and great asset to the company as a contractor he sure knows his job and does it very well Everyone is so very nice and I had the pleasure to meet Astrid she is in the office and she was very nice and offered to assist me if I needed anything see would oversee getting it done. I met the owner Chris he was so very nice to me enjoyed talking to him also. Kelly Mann with Apex roofing came out inspected my roof met with insurance adjusters for my new roof replacement and did all the work on my behalf. Then the roofers showed up around 7am put on a new roof cleaned up and was gone on the same day. The new roof was done professionally, clean up was excellent and just a great experience. Apex Roofing kept me updated throughout the entire process, Raven, the young lady who scheduled the dates for the install, was very polite and apologetic because we had to reschedule several times because of the weather. The roof looks great and was installed with meticulous attention to detail. The workers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. They get a five star PLUS! Christian was excellent to work with during the inspection & insurance process. When the day came to replace the roof, their crew arrived at 7 am and had our roof completely finished and the yard cleaned up by 6:45. Michael stopped in several times throughout the day to ensure everything was going smooth, and walked with my husband and I through the yard after the cleanup. We could not find ONE piece of trash or shingle debris, and did not notice any nails as of yet. They used two very large magnets and rolled it over our yard and flower beds several times. If we’d known it would be this seamless we’d replaced it a long time ago! Excellent job by Christian, Michael & his whole crew. We highly recommend them. Thank you

I saw an Apex Roofing Systems vehicle driving in my neighborhood and decided to message them after noticing that Hurricane Helene had ripped off a shingle from our roof. Adrian Reyes came out to our house the same day that my husband contacted Apex Roofing Systems. He went up on our roof and fixed the shingle. I asked him how to pay and he said no charge. Apex Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters on a 2500 square foot ranch house. Before this project, Christian, the salesperson and point of contact, volunteered to inspect the roof for hail damage. He found substantial deterioration. He met with an insurance adjuster to point it out and to recommend a remedy. The adjuster approved complete replacement of the roof and partial replacement of gutters. Apex offered to perform the job within the insurance-approved budget and upgrade several aspects, such as shingle quality and complete replacement of gutters. Christian kept me informed of the project status every step of the way. He responded quickly whenever I had a question or request. He showed genuine motivation toward satisfying my needs and preferences, including referring me to two recently completed jobs to assist me in choosing shingle type and color. Christian’s thorough knowledge of roofing and insurance procedures streamlined the insurance company reimbursement.The installers made the job convenient for me in ways such as avoiding blockage of the driveway, collecting debris from roof removal, and employing a large team that finished work in less than two days. The result is good-looking and was leakproof through a major storm.

We recently had the largest hail storm ever in Rock Hill SC. Christian Carman came through a day later and put our hearts and mind at complete ease. He had all the details we needed to assist us in our roof claim with insurance. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns. He had a plan and made it flawless . The crews arrive changed roof in 6.5 hours. They cleaned up the area around the home better than it was when they arrived. This was a 10 out of 10 job . Thank you Apex and Christian for everything.

Although the property manager did not notify me that Apex was coming. Christian and his crew made me comfortable. They offered to assist with moving my vehicle out of harms way. Assisted my childcare parents in and out my home to assure they wouldnt get hit with material falling down from the roof. I also ordered food from door dash and one of the guy brought it to me. Very nice crew and professional.

Worked with Apex to replace hail damaged roof. Michael was awesome and followed the job from beginning to end. Christian was great, popping in for the formalities of contract signing, etc... The day of was so much better than what we expected. The crew was amazing, got here and knocked the job out in a day. Mike was on site most of the day to point out things that were happening and answer questions.Follow up for some insurance related stuff has been great.Overall, just a terrific experience all around. I would highly recommend them for any job.

Christian at Apex Roofing did a FANTASTIC JOB on my house and my moms house in Powdersville!!!! He also did several others in the same neighborhood and all of the home owners were extremely happy with the service he provided. He inspected our house, met with the insurance adjuster and had my roof, gutters and all the debris removed within 2 days of our agreement. I have referred him to a doctor friend who had his new roof installed this past Monday. Another friend that lives in Powdersville had his roof installed yesterday. Apex Roofing did not damage anything in my yard, including my pool. He also installed a roof on another one of our (properties). This is a busy time for them, if you text Christian, Im sure he will contact you as soon as possible. Christian is one of the most honest people Ive ever done business with.A+ Business
