    My central air broke down during the recent heat wave. I called Sandri. They sent over Rick Bukowski. He was friendly, respectful and very professional. He has great communication skills and explained everything he did. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. My house is comfortably cool again. I also use Sandri for my oil delivery and for plumbing problems. I highly recommend them.

    I had Rick Bukowski come today to service my furnace. Turned out there was an unforeseen problem with it. Rick was able to find the problem in an extremely short period of time and was able to repair it as well as service the unit in a short amount of time.     I switched to Sandri after years with another vendor. I spoke with Grace on the phone who was both lovely to talk to and informative. She helped create a new account with ease. The driver who came to inspect my tanks and deliver was also fantastic (I believe her name was Kathy?). Despite the other company stating they couldnt get up my driveway she assured me that she would likely not have a problem and would call if she did. Very happy thus far.

    When our boiler stopped working, we had Sandri come take a look. Rick Bukowski was punctual and very friendly.     I recently purchased a home in Greenfield. I contracted Sandri to service my oil burner and asked if they would send a technician who would take the time to give me a tutorial on my system. They said any of their technicians could do that. They sent Brian. He was fabulous. He explained everything in a way I could understand, was patient with my questions, and offered suggestions for how I could lower my oil use. He even figured out that my burner had been serviced recently enough that he didn’t need to do any work on it, saving me the cost of servicing. I expect this is the beginning of a great relationship with Sandri.

    We have had a hot water heater and mini-splits installed earlier this summer and are very happy. Most recently we had service on our gas furnace and I was very pleased with Rick Bukowski. He was neat, quiet, and thorough. He changed out a worn part and made sure I knew why he did it. When he finished I barely knew he had been there everything was cleaned up and closed up.     We just bought a new house, that came with an oil furnace that had been disconnected by the previous owner. Rick Bukowski walked us through the assessment of the furnace, answered all our questions, and was very upbeat and fun to have around. Though he was pretty sure the furnace would need replacing in the next 12 months, he managed to patch it together to make it through this winter, so we would have time to look at our options.     Rick Bukowski came to service our generator. We also had an issue with our fireplace insert. Instead of just brushing the issue aside he agreed to take a look at it. My only suggestion is you give technicians like TH $40 not $4!!!

    We were visited by Rick B and Samantha M today (08/07), as we required tune-up services for our mini split units, which Sandri installed 2 years ago, and additionally required cleaning & tune-up on our Empire propane heater units.     Rick Bukowski came to do a general inspection of our Gas heating system. We just moved into this house and we are unfamiliar with they system, he showed us what to do and what NOT to do, explaining every step of the way. During his inspection he found that one of the sensors is on its way out and ordered a replacement. I feel Rick went above and beyond what he was sent here to do and I really appreciated his tutorial on our system.

    Our deliverer is Josh Pierce and hes excellent: never crushes plantings, works around the chaos of our home renovations debris, leaves a tidy easy-to-find receipt, never honks the horn or tears screeching into the driveway (once did have a crazy deliverer in Connecticut who zoomed up our 1/4 mile driveway and every year ran over some rhododendrons!).     Ovi and Jeremy came to look at my heat pump hot water heater. Ive had it for almost a year and its never delivered hot water reliably at the proper temperature.     Today Jeremy Cartwright serviced our furnace and hot water heater. He was right on time, cheerful, polite, and wearing his mask (while I temporarily forgot mine). He even asked about entering through a bulkhead so as not to come through the house, but the outside entry to the basement was snowed in. After cleaning the units and replacing the furnace filter, he filled us in on the efficiency of our units, which was optimal in both cases. We were very pleased to make his acquaintance and pleased he took the time to explain the shape of our systems. Hope to see him in the future!

    Jeff Hall has been delivering wood pellets to me for a few years now. Its always great to work with him because I have a particularly hard location to have pellets delivered to. He was very knowledgeable and conscientious and did a great job figuring out how to get the thermostat working, in a complex heating and cooling application.     Ovi came out both just before Christmas day--when he quickly diagnosed the problem with our Buderus Boiler--and then again the day after Christmas--when he actually installed the requisite part. He was a model of efficiency--both in terms of the quickness of his diagnosis and of his actual repair--and of explanation; he clearly outlined what the issue was, and then led us through the reason behind the parts failure. If I were to describe him in a few words, it would be: personable, articulate, patient, efficient, and skilled. Altogether, working with Ovi was a great experience!

    Ovi serviced our gas furnace on Thursday morning, December 19th. He was very polite ad efficient, as he was when he was here before. He replaced the filter (providing me with the dimensions of the filter for the new furnace) and pointed out that the blower speed had been set on high, whereas it normally is set on medium for heat and high for the AC.

    We have a historic home in Sunderland that burned through an unimaginable amount of oil in the winter time, and only stayed just barely tolerable in the summer time with window ACs. Traditional mini splits on the walls and conduit running all over the outside of the house were not acceptable to us.Lauren and all of the staff at Sandri put together a ducted mini split system that so far has been heating our home beautifully. We use the system in conjunction with a solar array, and we also had a recent insulation upgrade through Mass Save.The final installation in the living spaces looks like a traditional forced air system with vent grates.Everyone we interacted with was great, and everyone was great with the kids and dogs.

    We own a 2 family home and Sandri has been phenomenal with their services. We utilize oil, propane and plumbing services. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs. I know my 82 yo mother wrote a Thank you card to them in the recent months. Just this week we had a plumbing emergency that Sandri thought they couldnt get to until the following day. About 6 hours later a Sandri van pulled up and the plumber fixed our issue within minutes! I wish I had his name because he has helped us before and is always wonderful! We usually deal with Cheryl on the oil end and she is always warm and friendly, helpful. We know others there have been great so a big THANK YOU from us on Harrison Ave. It means a lot when we know others care.

Dave and Peter were great, well organized and delivered a high level of craftsmanship and expertise. As an added bonus, the job was finished a day ahead of time.     Josh was at our new home yesterday. He was great! We asked to have a delivery by a driver who could explain to us our newly acquired homes heating system. He was through with his explanation of our radiant heating system. We are new to radiant heat. He gave us some suggestions of improvements we could make such as putting a coat of paint on our recently installed oil tank to preserve it. He was patient with our questions,through with his explanations and said, I dont know about that. when he didnt. He could have faked it and we would not have known. Wed recommend him to anyone.

    Ryan was very competent in his repair of our toilet. He also advised us about updating our shower and sink hardware in the bathroom which we will be doing shortly.
