Outstanding work in replacing a leaking 17 year-old Bradford White water heater, after hours, the night before I was to leave for a five day Christmas weekend. The leak was discovered around 6:30 PM. Mitch, the technician, had a replacement A. O. Smith water heater here by 8:30 completed the difficult installation around midnight. A congenial guy who definitely knows his stuff.

Trustworthy and honest, we even entrusted the guys with a key to our home.The guys ran into a few issues because our home is old and they addressed the issues and powered on. These guys are top notch! We bought our house 2 years ago and it had plumbing problems immediately. We had five different companies come out and try to fix the issue. They tried hydro jetting, snaking(auger), and ran cameras down our lines and nobody could fix the problem. We wasted thousands of dollars. We were afraid we were going to have to spend over $10,000 on a whole new plumbing system. Finally we got lucky with this company and they knew exactly what to do. They were able to do the work for $1,500. They are honest and do good work. We havent had a single problem since they came out and fixed our issues. Thank you Muegge for all that youve done for my family!

I received a call from Amy at 8am the following day. By 5pm on 5/24/2018 I had a quote from Zach and the job scheduled for the next day. Today I have a new AC unit installed and working. The crew showed up around 8:30 in the morning and were very professional and polite. They worked diligently and were as quiet and inconspicuous as they could be. They hauled away the previous equipment and even hauled away an extra air conditioner pad from my back yard at no charge.I was not home when they completed the work but they called me to let me know that they were finished and locked the door they had been using.They left my house very clean and the new furnace and a/c unit look and work great! I had a fantastic experience with Muegge Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and Kurtis, the service manager. We initially called a large company for a simple seasonal maintenance on our HVAC system, but their tech turned it into an unnecessary diagnostic. He claimed our disconnect switch had been “stolen” (even though the AC worked perfectly the week before), said the board was wired incorrectly, and quoted us outrageous prices, including replacing the entire HVAC over a $12 disconnect switch. His knowledge of AC and DC wiring was also questionable.Thankfully, Kurtis at MUEGGE came out within 15 minutes, checked our system, and gave us an honest, straightforward second opinion. He was professional, efficient, and his quotes were fair and reasonable. If you need HVAC or electrical work, I highly recommend the MUEGGE team—they’re trustworthy and truly local!

We have a natural gas fireplace in our detached garage, but I was unable to get it lit. Turns out the gas line was no longer connected and was abandoned some time ago. Muegge was able to locate the line, pressure test and reconnect the gas line. …and now. I HAVE HEAT! It’s amazing and I couldn’t be happier. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Had a drain clog affecting entire house. I had tried to clear using an electric snake, but was unable. They dispatched Seth quickly, and he was able to get to the clog and clear it. However, Ed came out less than two weeks later than the first call (after again it wasnt functioning properly) and did a complete thorough service. Was very knowledgeable and personable. And he did everything free of charge since they had been out so recently. Definitely made up for the first call. Always prompt arrival.

Our 25 year-old air-conditioning unit decided to give up the ghost on Memorial Day weekend 2020. We procured 3 quotes for a new HVAC system and chose Muegges as the best overall. We accepted Zachs quote late Thursday afternoon and by Saturday morning our new Bryant HVAC system was installed and ready to use.Zach was very knowledgeable about their products and didnt try to sell us more than what we needed. The well-experienced installers were prompt, courteous, and worked very efficiently as a team.
