I called them with a warranty issue on a water heater that they did not install. They confirmed the water heater was under warranty and what the terms of the warranty were. They told me their hourly rates and when they could get to my house. Work was done promptly. Everyone was easy to work with. -

Went with Sinclair plumbing when I built my house and found Rich and his team to be highly capable and easy to deal with. When I added a full bath in the basement they were my one and only call. I am a customer for life and highly recommend them. -

We couldnt be happier with Rich and Heather at Sinclair. Both have gone over and above to complete our work when requested. Rich personally installed our fixtures and helped us to trouble shoot some items with our remodel. They are pleasant to deal with and do great work. I would highly recommend them for any job- large or small. -

Sinclair pit a new water heater in and really did a great job. The old one started to leak and Sinclair got it out and had it replaced in an hour. They even cleaned the half bath that had water on the floor. Highly recommend. -

Hired them to install a sump pump and garbage disposal. Brody came out and was fast and efficient. These people that gave one stars for one incident are bringing the rating down. Hiring them a second time to install a dishwasher. Would recommend to all my friends if I had any. -
