I woke up on my birthday to find my sewer backed up and being 2 days before Christmas I was afraid I wouldnt be able to get anyone here to take care of it. I called ASAP and they were able to get me in the same day and he was even able to make it here even earlier. Nik was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. As a single woman, there is always some fear when having men coming in to do work at your house but Nik never made me feel uncomfortable. Highly recommended company!

Had a kitchen sink clog. Was able to schedule an appointment online. Nick showed up exactly as scheduled. Got the clog cleaned up. Then I asked about a loose faucet and he took on the challenge to tighten the faucet. We worked hard, but the facet aged poorly and he gave me all the information I needed to get a replacement. He was kind and friendly thru the whole process and spent way more time trying to help me than I expected. A great professional. Thanks to Bruce who came back later in the day to install the new faucet that I bought to replace the 40 yr old rusted faucet that had seen its day. So, clogge sink…fixed. New faucet…replaced. Great service ease of scheduling.

We have teenage girls. So we had some plumbing issues over the weekend. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and they even called on Monday morning to come early! When he arrived, he was patient with my giant puppy, and quickly got to work. It was a bit of a workout to get the job done, but he was amazing. Took the time to explain what he found and how it was corrected. We have and will continue to use ASAP for all our plumbing issues!

We have had an ongoing issue with our bathroom sink draining properly. I was able to book an appointment with ASAP online, which was very convenient. They sent out Nick the next day and called to see if he could come earlier than the time I selected, which worked out really well. He came inside the house like a ninja since I told the receptionist I would be putting the kids down for nap and would leave the door open (5 stars, right there!).Nick listened to me attentively as I explained the issue we had been having and what a different plumbing company did to fix it. He explained everything he planned to do and made sure that I understood why it has been an ongoing issue, which I really appreciated. At the suggestion of a local Facebook group, we contacted ASAP and within an hour they had two very helpful guys here to help. Previous plumbers told us we likely had an extremely costly repair to take care of, but ASAP was able to drill through whatever was clogging our drain preventing us from using our kitchen sink, dishwasher, or washing machine. We are extremely grateful for the quick and successful service, as well the financial help the company provided to my partner who is a disabled veteran. Both of the guys they sent were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions.

Just had a sewer line cleaning as a yearly maintenance routine to avoid issues. I have had 25 or so cleanings in the 34 years that I have lived here. The young man who did the job was courteous, professional and got the job done in good time. He cleaned up after, something his predecessor did not do! This was a night and day experience from the last service. It seems the company has turned a corner and, I have no doubt, they will do well in the future if they continue hiring and retaining folks with this kind of work ethic! (tough these days....)

Nick arrived quickly and went above and beyond to resolve my plumbing issues. He was clean, courteous, communicative, and knowledgable. I had several issues and it was a big and dirty job. Nick fixed every issue, including a sink that’s been clogged for three years because nobody else could fix it. The amount of gunk Nick pulled out of my pipes was unbelievable. He even found a whole t-shirt! No wonder I’ve had recurring plumbing issues for the past 10 years.. This is the first time I feel like my plumbing was thoroughly cleaned and I’m hopeful this will be my last plumber visit for a while. Thank you, Nick!

My appointment with them was for 2pm. At 2:30 pm I called as they hadnt arrived yet. I left a message that I would wait until 2:45pm and then move on. They arrived at 2:38pm but there was no call to let me know they were going to be late. Nick was exceptional!! He got my Mother in Laws three drains cleaned out and running smoothly again. He cleaned up afterward, tested his work, and was so personable and diligent! One drain he fished out a makeup brush which was part of the drainage issue. I was then made aware of the bill and was a bit surprised but in todays world it was probably appropriate.

Every other plumber said they were open 24-7, but none of them actually send out plumbers after business hours. We had water leaking into our basement due to a broken sump pump. ASAP sent Nick out; he got here around 9PM, fixed our sump pump (which was installed incorrectly with the last house owner), and now were rocking. Nick was the man, explained everything well, and overall did a great job.

I was on the phone with several other plumbers for a dishwasher replacement. The Big Box store was about 30 days out for installation, so i had to find a plumber quickly. We had a kitchen sink that was backed up. ASAP had a technician available immediately and was at my home within 20 minutes of calling. The technician not only cleared the drain (after another plumber could not clear it), he educated us on how the drain system works, how to prevent future clogs, and how to properly use a disposal. He played with our cats and cleaned the kitchen floor after he was finished! THE BEST!!

Asap stopped out at my mother’s house this morning on a Sunday for an emergency call due to a fair amount of water in her basement around her floor drain. My mother being in her 80s was extremely worried that she had a serious problem with a broken pipe or a severely backed up pipe. My mother contacted Asap at 7:30 am and by 9:30 am Eric from Asap showed up. Within 15-20 minutes of arriving, Eric ruled out any serious issues and identified the problem as something very minor. Specifically, he concluded that the issue was the result of a backflow preventer on the floor drain being gummed up. In the end, the fair amount of water that collected around the drain was not from a broken or backed up pipe causing water to come up from the floor but instead from water from the air conditioner overflow that wasn’t being allowed to flow down the drain properly from the top side due to the gummed up backflow preventer. All is well that ends well and my mother is extremely grateful for Eric’s professionalism and especially his honesty!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! I had an emergency late night call for water leaking into my basement. It was around 10pm and we had called about 15 other plumbers that advertised as 24 hours. Nobody answered any of our calls that night and even after all of the messages we left for a call back none of the companies even called us back the next day! When we called ASAP Sewer & Drain Cleaning that night someone answered right away and came out to my house within the hour. The issue was a main line in the street so unfortunately the plumber couldnt do anything and explained to us the best next steps. Since he couldnt do anything for us he didnt charge us anything!!! To have a customer service experience like that was completely unexpected especially with calling so late after hours. I HIGHLY recommend this business to everyone! They follow through with what they advertise and they have outstanding customer service! I will definitely be using them in the future!

I called ASAP on a Tuesday night with toilets that werent flushing and drains that were gurgling. The owner had someone out (John) at 830 the next morning. John was extremely knowledgable and very likable. He had our septic clog diagnosed and unclogged within an hour and a half. He cleaned up after his work very well too. My husband and I are very happy with the service and will use them again for any other issues or maintenance. Great company..dont hesitate to call! Oh..And the price was great as well!

I’ve never used a drain cleaning service before. I had sewer back up coming into my basement if I used water too fast. I called around noon and a man named Eric was here at 3. He came in and cleared out the blockage and ran a camera down. He found the problem and explained to me how to fix it and who to call. He was cleaned up and gone within an hour. The price was much lower than I expected. Very good service and Eric was great.

Brian said they were to arrive between 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm. John arrived at 12:15 pm. Looked at the pipes. Took care of the issue. We have lived here for over 11 years. Never had an issue with the pipes. So glad my landlord called them. Very polite and respectful of property. We would recommend them to everyone. Very knowledgeable.

I had a clogged shower drain caused by hair buildup. ASAP was easy to schedule online, and was able to be on site within hours, and also arrived on time. The technician was friendly, considerate, knowledgable and did what was needed to be done while making sure what he was doing was safe for the pipes to clear out my clog quickly. This was money well spent and now my shower drains better then it ever has before. I would highly recommend ASAP to all my friends and family. They are very affordable and I will be contacting them again with any future drain clogging problems.

Eric and john just cleaned the sewer in my house Im very happy and pleased that they came tonight. I had another company at my house earlier this week on Thursday and they wanted me to go without plumbing until they could come back again after the weekend. Asap is 24/7 I called and I told Eric my problem they came and cleaned my sewer. It took about an hour to do, they showed me some roots in the pipe that the last company left behind. I will only call Eric and john with Asap. Its nice to have someone give a crap about the customers.

I called Asap on a tuesday night at about 8 pm because i was having some shower drainage problems. They came to my house first thing wednesday morning and I couldnt be happier with my service. Lee was so nice and he went above and beyond to figure out what the main root of my problem was. I for sure thought that it was going to to cost an arm and a leg but it was definitely fairly priced for what he had to do. We then put the camera through the system and found a compromise in the piping heading to the septic tank that could easily cause obstructions. I would use them again for future drain needs.
