We had two over 50 years old furnaces from when the house was made into a 2 Family from a 1 Family (but is back to a 1 Family since we bought it). We needed just a single new furnace and duct work etc., to tie in with the existing duct work. Mr. Dowd came out promptly to give us a free estimate and understood what we needed, and didnt try to sell us on anything that we didnt need (as money is tight and heat is not a luxury item in Wisconsin during the Winter). The installation was to take 2 Days (most of it on the 1st Day). The 3 Technician Crew came out on a Wednesday morning when they said they would be here, and proceeded to work incredibly fast and efficient. We had heat for the first floor before they left on Day 1. They came back the next day on time and finished the job in just two, to no more than three hours and explained everything to us (including that K. Kelly would take care of filing the Warranty for us). The final cost was exactly what we were quoted. The Technicians were friendly, down to earth, and highly skilled regarding the installation. The two other quotes that we received from of HVAC Contractors were incredibly (and one insanely) over-priced!!! Its now the day after the installation, and everything is working quite well thus far. Well certainly have K. Kelly perform our annual Tune-Ups on our new system, and when we need a new Water Heater (as we also have two of those as well), which hopefully will last at least as long as it takes until we can afford to replace them with a single Water Heater. So far, my wife and I are quite pleased with K. Kelly! They know and understand that not everyone can afford a brand new and optimum whole house system (including all existing vents replaced, which were doing the job well enough). We just needed a new furnace and connecting work, which they gave us. We now have a New Two-Stage, 96% Efficiency Gas Furnace and accompanying Thermostat. The furnace in incredibly quiet and well no doubt see a reduction in our natural gas bill over however many months and the piece of mind of having one less major household system to worry about! What a life saver. Of all days, today being 89 tomorrow 94 we called K Kelly and mentioned our problem. They were out in less than 20 minutes to fix my AC. Took him less than 15 minutes. Brandon was absolutely friendly, fast and did the job perfectly. Ill never call anyone....only K Kelly!!!

The ignition on our boiler system went out. Apparently our system is rare and K. Kelly was able to service it. Their receptionist was very friendly, through (checking to ensure they would be able to handle our boiler system), and answered all my questions. The tech was amazing, pleasant, drove to get the replacement part (last one left in the city) and waited through a full cycle to ensure the repair completely fixed the system. Our part was under warranty and they worked with the manufacturer so that we did not have to pay for the part, only service. This company was our savior and finally a company that is pleasant through the whole experience!

Technician arrived ahead of schedule and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the part needed. Issue was resolved and AC unit is working perfectly now and didnt cost an arm and a leg. Great customer service when I placed the service call and they even offered to come after hours if it was an emergency. Will definitely use this company again for our heating and cooling needs.

TL;DR - K. Kelly saved me $8,000.This story emphasizes the importance of getting multiple estimates before going forward with a project. The company I originally had in mind nearly convinced me that I needed to replace a large section of my cast iron sewer line. Based on drain cam video, there was an obstruction we thought might be a broken section of pipe. The first company said if one section is damaged, then the rest will be going bad too. And then I get hit with an estimate that threatened to eat my wallet.Do your due diligence and research your problem and your options. I found cast iron should last 50 to 100 years - mine shouldnt be going bad! Armed with better understanding, I reached out to other companies with photos and a summary of the expected problem.Mike with K. Kelly reached out fairly quickly. Ill admit, I think Mike may be a bit rough around the edges; I can see why some folks dont get a good impression of him. Hes very to the point and I get the feeling he doesnt take a lot of ship (kind of odd for a plumber). However, he also came across as honest and, while he may not want to be your best friend, he is a professional and wants to help solve your problems.Mike was gobsmacked when I told him of my first estimate. Having an idea of what my sewer line problem was, he immediately knew what company had given me the first estimate. He told me hes been hearing similar stories from other customers about getting outrageous estimates and scopes of work. Based on his experience, the sewer line only needed a small section repaired or replaced. He gave me an estimate and it was my turn to be shocked. Assuming Mike was right, Id save so much money.Even then, I didnt immediately decide to go with K. Kelly. Again, do your due diligence. After a week of getting similar estimates and scopes of work, I was convinced the first company did not have my interests in mind. In the end, K. Kelly had the best estimate and elicited the most confidence, so I scheduled a day with them.Tom was the technician who came out to do the work. Tom was friendly on arrival and easy to talk to. I showed him the area of concern and he let me know how he was going to proceed. He had no issues with me checking in with him during the work and didnt mind sharing progress updates. Even with a few surprises, Tom managed to pull the job off with no issues. He cleaned up the area well and was happy to chat a bit as he wrapped up.I was impressed by how everything played out with K. Kelly. I felt compelled to leave a review because they just saved me from flushing $8,000 down the toilet. The fact they were honest and professional was just icing on the cake.

I was very impressed with both the customer service and plumbing work we had done. Mike was quick to answer my email questions and schedule our service. Jason did a great job installing our new faucets, sinks, shutoff valves, sump, and sump cover. He also did a great job cleaning up when finished; I was surprised I had no garbage or parts to pickup after he left. Everything looks and works great! I would definitely recommend their company.

Great work! My husband and I recently purchased a new sink, faucet, and under sink water filter. We wanted the job done quickly. I called K. Kelly, Inc. And they were able to get a guy out next day. He took a little under 3 hours to complete the project. Was it pricey? Yes. Was it worth not having the headache of figuring it out ourselves? Most definitely!

Pat from K Kelly was very helpful when we met with him and talked us through all of our options and help explained the implications of each decision we were making. Called another plumbing service on a Monday morning and was given a Thursday morning appt. On Monday afternoon, called K Kelly, looking for an earlier appt. Their tech was in my kitchen in one hour, took care of everything, including cleanup, was very courteous, and we paid alot less than I imagined. Will definitlely use K Kelly again!

Upon my request, K. Kelly communicated with me promptly. The service representative lined up a visit per my first of top three requested appointment times. A field representative came out ahead of time to review my request and it turned out I didnt need the appointment which saved me money.I did make different HVAC inquiries while the field agent was at my home. He professionally listened, suggested possible options and stated he would send me estimates. He encouraged me to do the work when items needed to be replaced; he did not even suggest doing work now! Integrity!I have worked with K. Kelly in the past at another address. I will continue to contract with them and refer them to others.

Weve used K. Kelly several times over the last 5 years for plumbing issues. They installed our tankless water heater, our sump pump, performed routine maintenance, and saved us when we had a plumbing emergency and water was gushing out of the shower faucet. From the time I place the call to the time the representative leaves our house, it is a positive experience. Jason has been the person who typically shows up for our appointments and I cant say enough about his efficiency and work. I have a level of trust with K. Kelly that has been built up over time and they are the first call I make when I need a plumber.

Robert the technician was an absolute boss, working as Superman in disguise while doing an entire Central Air Conditioning system install entirely by himself. On top of that, we had a freakish monsoon-type of rainstorm that day (June 15th, 2018) which didn’t deter him at all. He was extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and very skilled as I now have a very cold house on this 90 degree day only 2 days after agreeing to the work.The price was EASILY $1000 less than anywhere else I had looked into, and even the diagnostic fee ($65) is cheaper than anywhere else (usually $75 or more).Thank you for everything, once again!

My experience started with the lack of hot water as a family faced their evening showers after a hard day of moving into a new home. An emergency call to K .Kellys 24 hour service line was placed. In less than 60 minutes the courteous professional had responded and walked me through a solution. Hot water restored, family happy. Next, our family faced multiple leaks and smelly water. A second call was placed to K. Kelly. I received an immediate call back and the next day a team of professional courteous plumbers were solving our water issues. Once again K. Brad installed an ice maker line for our new refrigerator. I was just going to get a quote, but the price was fair and he had the time to do it immediately. He did great work, cleaned up and was an all around nice guy. I would recommend them for any needs you have. It is nice that K Kelly is a one-stop shop for so many service needs. I am working with Trent on a gas line install for a new range and an estimate for a range hood/vent installation as well. He was thorough in walking me through the project and explaining options.
