I cant speak more highly about them. My parents have used them for all shapes and sizes of projects. Really professional guys came out to give us a professional and detailed written quote and scheduled an appointment to fix and repaired all the shoddy work and damage caused to our septic system from previous Contractor who did not know what they were doing and caused a lot of damage to our system. Had a 1000 gallon septic tank pumped.The two man crew was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, and were really nice guys. Their equipment was spotless. Cleaned up everything afterwards, and restored the gravel above the tank to its original condition. I will definitely use Navo in the future, and without reservation, recommend them for septic services.This is a three generation company, and it is clear why they have been successful this long!

Navo & Sons saved us 4 days before Christmas. Our septic backed up into the showers, sinks and toilets. Ewww, we know. I called them and they came out THAT day! Checked out the issue and came back the next day and pumped out our septic. We then learned we had a blockage. After calling our home warranty co, there were no plumbers available till the 28th of Dec. So we called Navo & Sons and they sent a plumber out within the hour, (Brian, the septic guy told us Navo & Sons owned 1/2 of Rotor Rooter!) he cleared the blockage (roots) and we are up and running. The office people are the nicest on the planet. They took care of our many phone calls with grace and compassion. I called so much I just said Its your stalker calling and they knew who it was! LOL We recommend Navo & Sons!

As I am beginning a remodel of my home built in 1981 I was told I had to have my septic tank leach field traced. There was only a drawing no existing map. Navo & Sons had this specialty listed on this web site, but were recommended by another plumber who knew of them. I called and booked the first available day, and was reminded by a text the day before.The workers arrived on time with the equipment needed. They wanted to make sure I was prepared for different services and the costs. They broke down how the pricing would go. Because, these things are under ground and the old map I had was incorrect, there are unknowns about the out come. They gave me their best opinion of what to do and the costs.They kept me informed and provided insight as they proceeded. And they gave me a new quote, rarely does the map reflect what we find. This was true about the job and in life.They asked me if I wanted to check areas they discovered about the leach field. I was counseled by the gentlemen to the most cost effective method to use for getting the leach field traced and mapped.It was hard, smelly and grotesque work. They made look like no problem.They were COVID compliant and respectful. I can highly recommend the company and should I find a need for an additional septic system needs I will call them.

They had replaced the on/off float switch twice ( second time for free under warranty) previously but alarm still came on after a month. Had clogged leach lines in a 50 year old system and d-box damaged beyond repair resulting in sewer odors during periods of high volume water use (multiple showers + laundry loads with 25 year old washer +- 40 gallons per load). Chris spent 40 mins on the phone with me explaining why my situation was a good candidate for the Terralift process given location, expected future load on system and soil composition. He explained everything in detail and broke down all costs and why they were recommended. He was patient, answered all of my technical questions and was obviously very knowledgeable. He laid out potential alternatives (replacement of system) and was not at all pushy. The crew was professional, respectful, prompt and answered my on-site questions. I recommend Navo.
