I had a backed up sewer line with sewage coming out of the clean out this morning, and Comfort Plumbing was able to schedule me in within only an hour or two of calling. They were incredibly friendly over the phone and it was obvious they genuinely care for their customers. The gentleman who came out to the house was efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using their services for any plumbing needs in the future.

I called on Monday afternoon with a non-emergency plumbing issue and they were able to come out less than 48 hours later. They gave me a reminder call the night before and called the day of to say the previous job was finished early and asked if the could come to our house earlier than planned. The plumber, Allen, was very polite and got the job done quickly. The invoice had lots of detail about what he found and how he fixed it. I definitely recommend Comfort Plumbing.

After nearly a month trying to solve my plumbing problem, and three different companies involved, which kept finding other faults and show up just to say we can’t help you, Comfort plumbing finally fixed it all, went above and beyond checking the lines with a camera and fixed the broken pipe, and now I can finally shower and use the toilet and not be worried. Having trouble with our water heater not staying lit. Called on a Friday tech was scheduled to come out nest Tuesday and was on time. Checked the problem and needed to get a part that needed to be changed out and he went and got it returned the next day and changed it out. Had a tankless water heater issue at a rental house. The first plumbing service I called could not fix it and recommended a new heater. Called Comfort and talked to Cathy. She managed to schedule the work within 2 days. Matt came out and did a tune up and it now works. He was great, explained everything he did and gave us some tips to try if it happens again. Very impressed with his knowledge, work and customer service. Cathy was great also, I think I have found a plumbing service to use in the future.The heater is 9 years old so I will probably need a new one soon, if so I will call them.

After Matt from Comfort Plumbing solved our 2-year long sewer line nightmare, which a competitor failed to troubleshoot and fix FOUR times, we decided to have Comfort do our custom outdoor shower design and implementation. We couldnt be more pleased with the result. All copper and brass, custom fit to our rather unique architecture. And Comforts rates are 2-3X lower than that competitor and the results superior. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We were replacing a toilet and had always had drain issues. Our floors are concrete so redoing the plumbing was no easy task. We had a plumber who was going to fix it, but because it was so involved and he didnt have time, he cancelled on us. Comfort Plumbing literally rescued us. We were a little out of their area, and very booked up, but they we able to help us. On a Monday we scheduled a Thursday afternoon appointment that they were squeezing me in. About 45 minutes later they called and said they had an opening come up that afternoon if we were available. Good to their word, a nice repairman appeared on time and ready to work. He was pleasant, professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to make the inground repairs and set our new toilet. Thank you, Wes. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I got several quotes from local plumbers for several plumbing jobs and found Comfort Plumbing. I worked with Kathy to get a quote and we set an appointment. Allen arrived right on time, and went right to work. A job to replace a sink in our washroom, a task we thought would take four hours, and Allen amazed us with finishing the job and disposing of the huge old cast iron sink in just under two hours. He was friendly, worked efficiently and showed us the installation and it was done extremely well. We just had another task pop up and we are having Allen take care of that job too. We previously had use them for an irrigation project and Matt was the person of that job and it was done very well. The work and pricing was great. I have a new favorite, go-to plumbing company to meet the needs of maintaining our home and property.

If you are looking for a plumber for repairs or clogged drains, Comfort Plumbing is the company I recommend. Great service, good rates, really nice people.I have several rentals in Grass Valley and have tried a number of plumbers for repairs in recent years. I wasnt thrilled with any of them - hard to contact, slow response, expensive!I had used Comfort Plumbing Systems for new construction with great success, so I recently called them for a clogged plumbing drain. They were there within hours and the rate was the best I have found. I have since referred them to friends, and they were also happy with the result. I will definitely use them again, and couldnt recommend them more highly.

I must say, I am very very impressed with Comfort Plumbing Systems. I live in Grass Valley, and unfortunately my sewer got clogged on the day I had visitors coming to stay! I called Comfort Plumbing Systems explaining my situation...they were booked fully for that day and the next, but said they would try to squeeze me in somewhere. They communicated throughout the day updating me as to a possible time they could come. Somehow they were able to send someone over the same day...he spent time working on it, and found that a jetter was needed to clear the clog. So, another person was sent out with the equipment needed, and the work was completed the same day! They did an excellent job...very professional and knowledgeable...and cleaned up everything neatly before leaving. Wow...above and beyond service! I will definitely use them again if needed, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to all my friends.

I recently hired Comfort Plumbing to install a gas line for a new range in a Grass Valley house. They were immediately responsive to my request to first check out the house to make sure this could be done, and then the town faced a week or so of power shutdowns. Rhett went ahead and installed the gas line as scheduled and returned soon after the shutdown ended to complete the electric work still to be done. He ended up doing a few tasks that the delivery team was to do, and we are very happy with the end result. From beginning to end, the office staff (Cathy) was responsive, understanding, efficient, and reliably communicative as we went through the ups and downs of this particular week of inconveniences for all.

They responded quickly making an appointment that worked with our busy schedule, and most importantly - they showed up on time! Comfort Plumbing was the only one of three or four firms I contacted willing to undertake a fairly complicated setup of a generator at our home. Two others came out and balked at the complexity. Comforts initial rep at our home said hed have to get the boss (Rhett) involved to see if it was possible to put the generator where we wanted it. Rhett came as soon as possible and met with our electrician to come up with a plan. Cathy, their operations/marketing manager, stayed in touch with me during all phases of the project and everyone at Comfort understood that time was of the essence because we have an ill housebound senior who doesnt do well when electrical outages disrupt his routine. The whole operation is very professional.

We had a complicated problem that required the repair of a Noritz tankless gas water heater. It was a situation where the unit would work for awhile and then would stop working. Parts were ordered, installed, and the manufacturers tech service was consulted a couple times. Bottom line: It was worn out after 15 years! Service from Comfort Plumbing was prompt, friendly, professional, and to get it fixed Rhett installed a Navien Tankless Gas Water Heater. So far, there has been no reason to repair this Navien gas water heater and it is working great! Thanks too to Cathy, the office manager, who really keeps on top of the service calls and insures all their customers are taken care of promptly. Comfort has also repaired our Solar Panel roof washing system and corrected a pipe placement error on the washing system by a previous contractor. So this is a professional, reliable company you can count on to fix your plumbing problems.
