Hi All, I just wanted to thank John from Pure Water Plumbing for fixing our hot water heather and to let everyone know what a great experience it was having him and his company to take care of this issue. They are fast, reliable, caring, knowledgable, great price of service, and most important very honest and reliable. I wish I had more words to describe our pleasent experience as we contacted few others and one other plumber to visit and all just said change the heather and would not even test to see what the problem was without $$$, however, John said they will examine it with no charge and when he came they examined the heather fixed what seemed to be not working and gave us a very fare price, then heather still had issues so they came back examined and found another issue fixed it and did not even charge us for the second visit. This is what I remember how people and services used to be and it is so great to see this spirit still exist! THANK YOU JOHN!

We were surprised to learn our well was contaminated by e coli, which brought the closing on the sale of our house to a stop. We consulted John at Pure Water who came out right away for a consultation and was able to adjust his schedule and install a UV unit the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Couldnt be more pleased. Highly recommended. Price was very fair and we (and the buyers) have every confidence in his expertise and the products he used.

John and crew were very responsive and did great work. They got in, got the job done well and checked in to make sure all was good. Will definitely be calling John again in the future.

I’m very pleased with the tankless water heater installation and a few other plumbing issues completed by John and his team. The 19 year old, 40 gallon water heater, was located In the attic above the master bedroom which was always a concern. John gave me several options, and I went with the tankless water heater in the same location. As for service, the crew was always on time and promptly completed the project. I will definitely us their services again in the future.

I needed some interior water line work done, as well as replacement of an abandoned water softener in the well house. I called Pure Water, and their staff were quick to respond. They were innovative in removing the old system and replacing it in a more accessible location. They worked efficiently as a team and the price was fair. I also had them install a reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink, and my water no longer has sediment and doesnt taste or smell like it did before. Im very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Pure Water Plumbing!

Over the last 5 years, Purewater Plumbing has made our water repairs much easier, and at a reasonable price. Theyre honest and totally reliable.
