I installed my kitchen sink myself a couple months ago and did the plumbing. I realized it’s been leaking under the sink this whole time! Bill with Grants Pass Plumbing came out within an hour after I called and fixed everything quickly. I had put the metal rings that screw the drain on upside down. He had to take it all apart and rebuild them. I had an extra plumbing piece too that he removed and everything fits and looks better now. Very professional, great price, good company. I’m retiring my “do it yourself” skills! Thanks -

Well the fabulous family run Grants Pass Plumbing did it again! My old corroded/rusted galvanized pipes were breaking so I had to have the entire house re-piped - ugh. I really dreaded the whole ordeal but knew it had to happen. I feel like Linda’s a good friend even tho we’ve never met & have only communicated by text or phone. And Jordan & Dustin were fantastic. Very efficient, happy to answer my nine million questions & even quickly fixed an issue w one of my toilets. They completed the entire job in 3 days (was expecting maybe 5)And I was only out of water for a few short hours today.For friendly, professional service, use GP Plumbing!! -

I made an appointment but since they we very busy it was over a week out. I got a call in the morning only a few days later & would have a plumber there in 15 minutes. Arrived when expected, very professional, warm and friendly. I explained my problems, needed hot water in the kitchen and hot water for the clothes washer and the bath room faucet replaced. He immediately knew what to do and started working. The job was finished in record time and he managed to do several little extra things that increased my respect. His bill was a pleasant surprise, reasonable not too much, not too little, just right! I recommend this plumber and his company without reservation to anyone looking for a plumber that is a highly capable professional. He performed an ordinary service in an extraordinary way. Of all the plumbers in Grants Pass this one answered all the questions, before they got there ! Rich told me basically that they were trustworthy and I wasnt going to be bamboozled into spending more than I need to that earns a lot of respect in my books and when they were done they really treated me with respect so Im one happy camper I would highly recommend to anybody because of the way they did everything fast professional respectful operation and they leave all the garbage all over the place when they were about to leave they finished everything up cleaned sparkly nude I can take a shower again thank you for being such great Plummer and for respect Im not overcharging me in todays society that is a huge Plus for basing everything on the good old days a very very very happy customer -

A friend discovered a toilet leak this morning at her business where there are often clients who need to use the restroom. I was going to replace the fill valve which was sticking, but discovered the shutoff valve leaked a lot when turned off, so it went above my paygrade.Called Grants Pass Plumbing around 10:30 and the lady said theyd be out between 2 and 4. At 1:30 they arrived and were finished by 1:45. Tightened the wall valve nut and repositioned the fill valve so the float wouldnt drag on the tank wall. No parts necessary. Its nice to have people who know what theyre doing.Thank you, Grants Pass Plumbing. -

The best person ever! This guy came first thing in the morning for us and took care of the problem in a very timely manner (even needing to go grab a part!) Then the pricing was insanely affordable. The part seemed to be most of the cost on this one. Needless to say that my mother and I were very satisfied by the professionalism shown and speed in which it was accomplished.
