In a recent storm, the alarm on my septic system activated with an annoyingly loud and continuous buzz. I was able to silence the alarm but the Red trouble light remained lit. I began combing the internet for assistance, notifying each service I spoke to that the alarm had sounded. Two septic system contractors were more than ready to put me on their list for pumping out my system, even though it was the weekend leading into Christmas, each quoting a charge upwards of $800.Chris at Doo Doo Bus was the only contractor I contacted that asked questions about the alarm activation: when it occurred, what was happening in my septic system at the time, and whether there had been a recent power outage that can apparently trigger an alarm. Chris was unavailable at the time of my call but said he would stop out the following morning which he did... on Christmas Eve! In the Rain. After testing the electrical feed to the pump and alarm, Chris was able to diagnose and make repairs in less than an hour that got my system working properly. Chris came across as a contractor that wants to provide service and to get it right, without running up an unmanageable bill. Chris will be my first call whenever septic system issues arise in the future.

I highly recommend this company. We had an issue with our tank not draining and our toilets were back up. Chris came out within 30 minutes of my call at the end of the day. No other company was answering phones at that time. Chris was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us and provide great service. He gave us a ton of information as we are new homeowners and aren’t familiar with septic tanks. Prices are better than any other company I called. Chris and Doo Doo Bus are a top notch business! Im a new homeowner that started having problems with my septic backing up not long after moving in. After the problem was identified, they were great to come in and dig down to fix it. They were great to answer all of my questions to help me understand the bigger problem of what exactly is happening, and my options to fix it. They then fixed it in a way that will make it easier to take care of in the future if it ever becomes a problem again, so that I hopefully can avoid digging up my yard in the future.They were completely fair in all of my dealings with them, very personable, and even helped me out with taking care of pumping out my black tank in my trailer! Chris and his team are fantastic. They arrived on time and VERY QUICKLY found an old septic that other plumbers could not. His knowledge of the tank and leach field conditions were spot on. On top of his professionalism he helped me with a flat tire. On my way to the house I ran over something and my tire began to deflate. Recently scheduled an appointment for a septic tank service. Customer service was very good. Hang on it does get better. Two days later, I receive a phone call, “Sir, we are available to move your appointment up to today, would that be acceptable”? Oh wow, heck yes. 35 minutes later the service tech arrives. AMAZING. More to this storytelling. I have never had a septic tank and the house I purchased 3 years ago from an estate sale has no documentation of the septic / sewage system. Called again, requesting a service to walk me through what my system layout might be. Next day, the service tech shows up on time, listens to my questions and then walks me through each and every step of our system. Winner! I am now 100% customer. Thank you!

The owner ended up going with another company to pump the septic, but went right back to Chris due to the fact he was more knowledgeable, cheaper and honest! I had a plugged up septic tank in my travel trailer and had a heck of a time locating a service that had the ability to pump it off. None of the othercompanies that I had called had that ability. I was stressed out and tired of looking. When I talked to Chris and told him of my problem he assured me that this was not a big deal. Very professional and responsive. Alarm went off on my septic system in the night time. They were there 1st thing in the morning to pump and diagnose our failed pump. Very timely. Alarm went off again last night, due to stuck float valve (which was not replaced or charged for), and he took my call at 8pm to try to walk me through diagnosis. Came this morning and got us up and running again. They care about people and are very professional. Highly recommend.

Chris and his crew are top notch. From permitting to installation on an effluent tank replacement, they handled everything and got our system working properly. These guys are extremely knowledgeable. They will be the only septic company that I call from now on.UPDATE: It has been a little over two years after the work above. No issues, but I started smelling an odor, so I called Chris. He came out the same day. Upon inspection, he found the clean-out lid was very loose (which I had done, but forgot to tighten back up). Its also possible that the smell was coming from my neighbors place. He has had issues. Chris checked the tank and saw that all was well and it didnt need pumping for about another year and a half. I expected a minimum charge for Chris drive time and diagnosis, but he didnt charge me anything. Another great experience with Doo Doo Bus. Thank you!
