Andrew, and the crew of Palm Industries, did an amazing job drying out my flooded basement. They extracted the water from the carpet and used special equipment to dry out the walls. They kept me informed of the process and updated me on when they were stopping by to check the progress of the drying equipment. They even worked with me on pricing after my homeowners insurance rejected my damage claim. Palm industries really helped me through a difficult time and I highly recommend them.

I was very fortunate a friend recommended Andrew, Caleb, and the entire Palm Industries team to help us with a bathroom leak we fortunately caught early before any catastrophic damage had occurred. It was a difficult fix which involved tearing up our bathroom floors, using industrial fans and dehumidifiers, and a plumbing professional to come fix the problem. Palm handled everything for us, including working directly with our insurance company to make the entire ordeal as quick and painless as possible. Communication with the entire Palm team was exceptional, and everyone was highly professional and very good at their job. If you’re ever unfortunate enough to experience a home disaster these are the guys you want on your side and in your corner. I’m very happy to have met and worked with them and I sleep better at night knowing they’re out there should I ever need their assistance.

Our manufactured home flooded while we were on vacation. The whole house was totally destroyed. The walls were growing mildew, the floors and subflooring, even the duct work and insulation were badly damaged. The cabinets in the kitchen and guest bath room were a total loss; in short, it was a catastrophic loss. Palm Industries was called in and took on our remediation and renovations. We now have a beautiful, completely rebuilt home. They worked directly with our insurance company and kept us apprised of the daily progress. If you are unfortunate enough to experience a disaster in your home Palm Industries are the people you want to call. The crew did a great job and our home looks like and is a brand new home! We feel blessed to have had this company take on our disaster!

I can’t say enough about Palm and their people. After experiencing water damage, I called Palm and left a message. Within 10 minutes I had a call back from Caleb and he was at my home the next day. Within the week, a crew was at my home removing the floor and cabinets and had brought in their drying equipment. Apparently Palm folks are very well known in related industries: my insurance adjusters knew them, as did my flooring company, granite fabricator and cabinet maker. Palm handled just about everything with my insurance company. Where I was most impressed was with their reconstruction staff and capabilities. They found me the best cabinet maker in southern Oregon (JBL Fine Finish in Grants Pass). They acted as general contractor with the flooring company, the electricians, plumbers and HVAC guys. Surprisingly, they allowed me to act as GC with the cabinet maker and granite fabricator.Palm has a highly qualified team of carpenters and craftsmen with decades of experience. They went well above and beyond what was in our basic agreement. For example, they located 2 areas where my floors had sagged and should be jacked up. They gave me the choice on whether to repair or ignore (I chose to have it repaired). While it did cost me extra, I respected that they didn’t just consider it as being beyond the scope of our contract. I’m not sure all contractors would have done that. Donald, Gerald, Nathan and Sean, among others, are very personable and took the time to explain issues and to listen to my concerns. I know they’re in the restoration business, but my home is way better now than it was 6 months ago.They communicate well and frequently. I always knew when they were and were not coming over. They are deliberate and careful, taking precautions when performing their work (ie, putting down plastic and padding the floors before setting things down). They always asked if I was happy with each piece of work, and if I wasn’t, we discussed it, and it was always remedied to my satisfaction. Always. They stand by their work, even coming to fix small issues after they had completed the contract. Several times over the 6 month project, a project manager would stop by just to check on progress. I’m sure they were being kept up to date by the construction crew, but they still took the initiative to come and see for themselves, and more importantly, ask if I was satisfied. They really care about what they do.Full disclosure: I knew nothing of Palm Industries: they’re not one of the 2 huge restoration companies you see advertising on TV. After determining we had a water problem, I did a google search for restoration companies. The first company I called didn’t answer their phone. Palm was second, and though it was on the weekend, my message was returned promptly and Caleb was at my house the next day. I’m really fortunate that I hired them not just to dry the place out, but to “restore” my home as well. I thought I’d have to find and hire a general contractor, but fortunately, Palm does it all, and they’re really good at it.The work has been completed and I’m as happy as I could be. My home is way better than it was. Sean continues to reach out to me to find out if some non-Palm related issues have been resolved. He’s been an awesome resource, very conscientious. Everyone that worked on my home was awesome. Special thanks to Gerald and Donald, senior members of the team who were just fantastic to work with. And thank you to Nathan: the lines of my backsplash tiles are perfect! And Caleb, who first reached out to me and worked with me on pricing, thank you so much.If you are considering hiring Palm Industries for a restoration project, do it! They will not let you down.

The water hose to the ice machine on our refrigerator sprung a pin hole leak. When we discovered it, we contacted Palm Industries and Nathan came out the same day and started the drying out and removal of drywall that was damaged. After a week of fans and heaters drying out the mess, we had them do the rebuild also. Since the original flooring was 20 years old, and the manufacturer had discontinued the style, we had to replace the flooring in three rooms and a long hallway. Palm Industries sent a moving crew to move all our furniture out, ( which was a blessing due to our advanced age) replaced the floors, the drywall, all of the baseboards , painted where needed and then moved all the furniture back in. Kudos to our crew: Jordan, Nathan, Don and Michael…they were very pleasant to work with, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a pipe break in the wall between the kitchen and garage. I had just come home from the hospital and in no shape to deal with this on my own. While working with the plumber that stoped the leak he mentioned a restoration company named Palm Industries. So I called them and they came out and told what they could do. He was very likable friendly and confident so I decided to hire them. And I’m so glad I did. This company does things the old fashioned way they did things the right way and in a professional manner.every person that entered our home was kind courteous and knowledgeable about what they needed to do. These people were extremely carful with our belongings and extremely respectful to us. I haven’t seen a company that’s performed their duties in this way in years. They are a true breath of fresh air and our home looks better than ever. I cannot speak highly enough about the very well run company. They are true professionals and I would highly recommend them anytime.

We had a water leak at our vacation home. It was underneath our bathroom vanity. It was not discovered for a month. The vanity was covered with mold, the floor and sub-floor were damaged, and a closet that backed the vanity was full of mold. Palm industries came in and removed all of the damage, made the repairs, and made things right.

If you need a great team of guys, who work quickly and efficiently to get things done Palm Industries is definitely my first option. We had our flooring in the back of our house flood. Babies nursery, closet, laundry room all had the floor flooded. We contacted Palm Industries and they were able to come the next day to diagnose the problem and get started. Not only did they quickly fix and solve the problem, they’re a great bunch of guys. I’m a stay at home Mom and I’m home by myself with my son all day. These guys made me feel comfortable, with them coming into my home. Great service and professionalism! Caleb and Dan are quick to answer any questions you might have, and fix any issue that arises while they’re working the job. Donald put the flooring in, and was very efficient with his time. I loved their work so much, I asked them to do my whole front living room, and it looks amazing!! Overall I give their business a 5, I would give more if I was able!Thank you so much Palm Industries!

We had a pipe burst in our shower wall, at 8PM on a Saturday night. No one in my county answered to help. ONLY Palm Industries located in Grants Pass answered and were at my house in under two hours to help us make sure we got the water turned off and let us know what the issue was. Then they came back two days later to tackle the clean up and were at my house everyday afterwards to make sure the house was ready for a plumber and the buildback. It was a manager (Shout out Sean M!) who came that first night, told me to contact my insurance company, and then helped me understand the process the whole way. Completely solid and professional. Every person was kind and worked hard. Palm Industries sets the standard for how this works. I am beyond thankful!

My washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my house. Caleb showed up within hours of me contacting Palm and took care of the situation. From clean up to repair to talking with my insurance and renegotiating the bill! The work that Donald did was precise showing his years of experience. They both turned a terrible situation to one that I look back upon fondly!

Palm Industries was fantastic when our dishwasher leaked. Jordan arrived within an hour after we spoke, and he had a team begin drying things out within an hour or so after that. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, helpful, very skilled, and hard working. Donald, the carpenter did a beautiful job on the new floor. We could not be happier with their work. We would most definitely call them again if needed and highly recommend them to others who may find themselves in a similar situation.

I would, with no hesitation, call Palm Industries again if we ever have flood or fire damage.Last August we had a water line burst overnight, discovering more than half the house flooded come morning. It was 5am and they had a team member there in half an hour, followed by about a dozen+ workers by 8am.Looooong story short, they obviously knew what they were doing...extracting the water, drying things out, assessing damage, carefully packing up contents, removing furniture to their climate contolled storage, etc.Was it fun? NOOOO!!! But their crew was such a positive, helpful team that (somewhat) reduced the stress of the situation. They obviously cultivate a very positive work culture within their company.Build back took longer than Id have liked, (Id have preferred everything to be done yesterday!) but they worked so well with our insurance adjuster, and they were very professional and detail oriented (Details: so. many. details!) Communication was also excellent. They pulled workers off our job a few times, due to an emergency mitigation elsewhere, and what could I say? I remember the morning of our flood, Caleb was calling other (scheduled) jobs to postpone them.The first time the insurance adjuster came out, he asked me why I chose Palm Industries. (Thanks, Google!) He told me they are NOT one of their preferred providers...but...(and he leaned over, and quietly said, Well, you chose the right company- theyre the best, they do things right!) and said he enjoys working with them. Fortunately, not being on the preferred list, did NOT rule them out from the job!I later asked Palms manager WHY they arent preferred. He said the insurance companies put too many restrictions on duration of time they can use the drying equipment, etc. They prefer abiding by industry best practices, rather than arbitrary timelines set by the insurance companies.Kudos to Sean, Caleb, Zeb, Ricky, Austin, and ALL of you!

We had a water leak in the roof and it was pretty extensive. Caleb and his crew stepped in accessed the damage and went right to work with the cleanup. They were kind, professional and took the time to explain the process and approximately how much it would cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Palm Industries for your home or business.
