    I have had many septic companies over the years. I switched to Norway Septic about 6 years ago. I was very impressed how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was. They really pay attention to detail. I will forever be using them for all my septic needs. Best price in town also. You won’t be disappointed. Give them a call.

    Norway helped me out with my septic tank for FREE! I gave them a call and even though I was outside their area, the owner of the company personally walked me through what to do and I was able to unclog a pipe on my own. He also educated me greatly on the tank and gave me recommendations of who to use in the future. This company went way above and beyond for me and my family.

    WOW! Matt just left a little bit ago, and my head is still spinning from the experience. The 1979 home we bought in 2019 had a new septic system installed in 2018, so we knew it was time to have it pumped out. I contacted the original installer, who then referred me to Norway Septic Inc. I looked at their website and was impressed with what I saw, so I made the call. Jodi was personable, knowledgeable and professional on the phone, and we set a date and time for the service. Which brings us to today... Matt arrived EARLY, we met and chatted briefly and then he went right to work. While he pumped and cleaned the tank I got quite the education on the installation, operation, maintenance and dos and donts of a septic system. Matt is VERY courteous, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me how to clean the filter, and gave me recommendations to keep our system operating at peak efficiency. The price for the service was extremely reasonable for all the work he did....remember, others pump...Norway cleans! I wish everyone treated their customers the way Norway treats theirs. I simply cant say enough about our experience with Norway Septic, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs this service!!!

    Matt did an amazing job. Very friendly, prompt and honest. The previous company I used did not pump and clean properly, Matt could tell right away as there was far too much sludge for one person in a year and a half span.     Our septic decided to back up with water leaking from the main pipe all over the basement at 5:00 on a Sunday morning. We had called numerous septic companies without any response. We called Matthew at Norway Septic and he came out without hesitation! I would highly recommend Norway Septic to anyone with septic issues without hesitation. He answered any and all questions that we had. He was very informative! He didnt just stay and pump the water out but he got everything out and stayed until he knew everything was in proper working order. Price was very reasonable.     We had a clog in our line and called Norway Septic Inc on a Sunday night at 6pm. Matt called us back about 7:45 and were totally willing to come out to fix our problem. However instead, he talked my husband through getting the clog figured out. Which in turn saved us a TON of money sense they didnt have to charge us the emergency fee. The next morning we called and they got us in for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning they called and asked if they could come earlier than expected; which was fine by me. Matt showed up and pumped our tank. He said it was really bad and the people who had done our last one didnt do a good job. They only pumped the liquids not the solids. So we had a good amount of solids in there. He spent about 45 minutes here and did a FANTASTIC JOB! And the price was SUPER NICE. We will forever be loyal customers.

    I needed my septic tank cleaned and called Norway Septic. JoDee was excellent and extremely helpful-despite managing a busy day she very polite and was able to get me an answer sooner than I expected-overall JoDee provided an excellent customer service experience.Matt was friendly, had a great sense of humor, and was passionate about providing excellent and honest service. Also took the time to educate me on my septic system.Overall Norway Septic exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

    Our family highly recommends Matt @ Norway septic. Our system was overflowing on a Saturday during a snowstorm. Matt walked me through the steps to take before having him or someone else come out to do an emergency pump. Matt had me send him pictures of our septic every step of the way so he could assess the situation. He was able to guide me to take out the clogged filter, which ended up being the culprit. This fixed the problem at no cost to us! Matt will be coming out to pump our tanks next week. Thanks to Matt, we didn’t have to have an emergency pump on a Saturday during bad weather, which would have been very costly. Matt was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He even instructed me how to effectively sanitize, so that I wouldn’t get sick after being exposed to the contents in our septic tank. What a guy! Trustworthy and knows his stuff. This was our first encounter with Matt and his company, Norway Septic. He treated us extremely well. Norway will now be our go to for all septic needs. We will also recommend Norway to our friends and family! Thank you, Matt!

    Matt and his partner were very good at being on time, being efficient and making sure we were well informed especially since this is our first time dealing with a septic system.     Mathew with Norway septic is an awesome person. We had our septic system fail and he was the only person willing to commit to coming that night or the next morning everyone else would try to make it, no gaurantee Matt offered to come the night of and use a flashlight because I was worried about our kids and animals trace threw the sewer seeping threw the grass.. he has done his very best to help us in out time of need. Pumping weekly is costly but Matt and his compassion make it manageable. I will recommend his company to everyone!!

    Excellent service and integrity. Hadnt had my tank pumped in 11 years was told up front that it would be in a range. Matthew showed up earlier than told! When he looked at the tank and it was much better than first thought! He could have just charged me what I was told over the phone, but I was only charged for a regular tank cleaning. I would never have known the difference. Thanks for the speedy service and integrity! Will definitely use from now on!

    I called multiple of companies asking for time and price for pumping. I left a voicemail asking for price and availability and Matt called back very promptly. He said he was in the area and came out within 30 min, while the others I would have to wait at least 2 days if not the following week. Matt did give me a break and some advice as well.     I am very impressed with this business. The owner, himself, answers the phone, is very forthcoming with prices and possibilities of problems and he desires to do the best job in the shortest possible time with the best price he can give. My septic tank was in pretty bad shape because it hadnt been cleaned out for many years. He told me up front that the cost would probably be more because of how long it had been since it had been cleaned and even gave me a very close ballpark figure. There were no surprises price wise or customer service wise. i definitely give them a 5 star rating.

    What a great guy in Matt! I had a complete shutdown in my septic system threatening to come back into the house. I called Matt and he called me back within 2 minutes. He talked me through it and in less than 18 hours, were back up and running clean as a whistle! I would DEFINITELY recommend Norway. Matt is a straight shooter and will tell you the truth about whats happening, rather than trying to sell you something you dont need. I will be using him moving forward for sure.

    If anyone needs septic service, I highly recommend Matthew @ Norway. Great guy, clean, fast and thorough service. Itd been way too long so ours took some extra cleaning, but he didnt charge extra. Has a super long hose so he could service our tank in the back yard without leaving the driveway.

    Norway / Matt is not about a quick easy buck. We have two (2) 1,000 gallon in-line tanks he could have pumped. However after inspecting both tanks he pumped #1 completely and 400 gallons of #2, stating it only needed skimmed down to clean water. This honesty saved us 30%. Plus hes a very nice person willing to answer your questions.

    I called Norway septic when I thought my tank needed pumped out. The owner/operator Matthew informed me that it wasnt necessary, and that my problem was the filter needed to be cleaned. I was expecting to spend $200+ right before Christmas, so I am glad I called the right company who was honest with me. I HIGHLY recommend calling Norway. They are one of the only septic servicers in our area with honesty and integrity.

    In the last 8 years Matt and his helpers have been out to Clean and pump our septic 3 times (small old system). Property floods very easily he has been nothing but professional, courteous and extremely helpful giving us pointers and advice(doesnt make you feel stupid when explaining things).     They were very professional when we made the appointment. Very punctual and upfront about pricing. Pricing was reasonable for pumping a1200 gallon tank.     Mathew really cares. He came out on a Saturday when we had an issue, took the time to do it right and tell us how to know when the job is done right.     We’ve needed our septic pumped 3 times in the past year (failing system) and Norway Septic came to our house within 1 day. The other companies were booked out for 2 weeks or more. Norway seems like a VERY busy company, but were able to work us in without making us feel bad or threatening more fees.     There arent enough adjectives to describe how amazing Norway Septic is. Unbeknownst to us, our septic system was not installed properly & the company that we had pump it previously had only done the bare minimum. We were having trouble over a weekend. By texting a picture of our tank, Matt tried to determine if we could wait until Monday to save us the emergency charge. They didnt just pump the septic tank, they cleaned it. Our system needed some repairs & Matt instructed us on what needed to be done for the system to work properly & how to avoid future problems. Our septic is something that just needs to work & its not worth saving a few dollars to hire anyone else. Matt is a true expert! We are so appreciative & will only use Norway Septic from now on!

    Had Matt out to pump our tank a couple months ago. Hes definately task oriented and stays working to get the job done and dosent stop until its 100% (sadly that was about 10pm that night). Hes a great guy (got to chit-chat while waiting for roto-ruter to clear a line) with great values and a head for business and customer service. He also is very willing to explain everything and why it needs done, and does so in a way anyone can understand. He doesnt talk down or sugar coat what needs done, either. I dont plan on going anywhere else for our septic needs.
