CABO took on a complicated job (new boiler for 20 y.o. radiant floor heating system) that three other companies passed on because it was out of their league. Edgar and his crew of professionals installed a high-efficiency tankless combi-boiler and made it work with the existing manifolds, pumps and thermostats. Congenial, courteous, honest, prompt, well-informed, highly skilled = recommend!!

2 days before a planned trip to visit our Grandchildren, our hot water heater decided to quit working. I called Cabo and talked with Emilee . I told her the problem and she said she would get prices for me and call me back. She called me back within the hour and gave me prices. She stated Edgar could not come that day but could come the next to install. We set it up and Emilee was very sweet and answered all the questions I had for her. When Edgar & Bill showed up the next day to install they were very respectful of our home by putting down tarps from the front door, over the basement steps and all the way to the back room where the water heater was located. They installed the new heater, took away the old and was very nice. I would recommend them.

I had to have a new water heater installed and my sump pump was clogged. Called late afternoon on a Friday and he returned my call and came out the same day. He got me going for the weekend and returned Monday to complete the job. Would highly recommend this company. Very personable guy and down to earth. Would absolutely use them again.

My toilet tank spilt in half. Needed a new toilet ASAP since I only have one bathroom. They picked up a new toilet and I was good to go in just a matter of hours. That same week, I had a leak in my water line to my ice maker for my freezer. Was told that I had an outdated valve, so new valve put on, leak fixed. I have been using Cabo for several years and have never been disappointed.

I have used Cabo Plumbing for the past several years to address just about any plumbing issue, large or small, one can have with owning a home that was either not resolved or exacerbated by the previous owners: hot water tank installation, burst pipes, gas pipe leaks, remodeling a bathroom, shower fixture installs, water damage / mold, toilet installation, toilet flanges, garbage disposal installation, dishwasher installation, and water filtration system installation and maintenance. Everytime, they have been incredibly responsive. The quality of their work is great; Ive never had to call them back for anything they have addressed and/or resolved. The invoices I receive from them are always more than reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Hot water heater went out. Called Cabo that evening. They were there next day, replaced water heater, updated some connections, and replaced a few connections that were leaking. Pricing was upfront and they did more fixing of old pipes not on quote. Overnight pilot went out (my fault), after struggling to ignite pilot Edgar called after hours on weekend to assist. Pilot was lit, weekend saved, company has my recommendation and respect.

I was totally defeated; I couldnt get the water to stop flowing in order to complete a renovation project. It was at the end of the day and I was leaving town the next morning and feared Id have a swimming pool in my basement. Katie rallied the troops and got Edgar on the phone. He asked several questions to understand the situation and provided a couple options. After 24+ hours of frustration, Edgar had me squared away in 15 minutes. The lesson for me, CALL CABO FIRST!

Cabo Plumbing truly went above and beyond! We had little to no water pressure throughout our entire house + a Frankenstein of piping throughout the entire basement. So, we utilized their services to essentially repipe our basement and remove all of the old galvanized/copper piping.The job took an entire day of 2 guys working tirelessly to get the job done! Each person has been communicative and taken the time to explain the WHY behind certain changes or updates were needed. Each person has approached any issues or problems with a solution oriented mindset, rather than giving up at a road block. Any issues that arose were addressed ASAP. Cant say thank you enough! We feel so grateful that we utilized Cabo and will be calling again in the future for any plumbing needs.

We recently had CABO Plumbing Services install a new tub/shower in our home. We have used them for other plumbing jobs in the past and we have always been very satisfied with their work. Emilie is always friendly and courteous and gets us on the schedule as soon as possible. Edgar and Aaron did a great job with the demo and install. They were professional, very prompt and kept things clean and tidy during the process. The new tub/shower looks great and we will definitely continue to use CABO Plumbing Services in the future and we highly recommend them!
