    I would highly recommend H & H Plumbing. They came out and fixed a leaking valve on my refrigerator and planned to come back in a week to put in needed part per my request., but when a leak developed that was going into my basement, Justin rearranged appointments to get me fixed quicker.     We are so happy with the work that Travis at H&H did for us. In the process of selling our home, the buyers decided to scope our service line and the inspector thought he found a break in the line. We found H&H on a Google search and Travis was so helpful. He looked at the video from the scope then came out to our house to give us an estimate of what might need to be done. His plan was very logical and he explained every step of the process very clearly. He then came back with another contractor to do a second scope and get a better idea of the problem. That was when they realized there was no break in the line and that our service line just has a strange configuration. From getting us estimates for insurance to a final write-up he was prompt and thorough. Travis made a very stressful situation feel much more managable and we are so thankful for his diligence in evaluating our system before jumping in and digging up our driveway and yard.     We’ve had H and H put twice in the past two months—once to change a valve and hook up a refrigerator water line, and once to change out the valves and some copper tubing on our main water line.     I was referred to H &H by Heartland Heating and cooling when my water heater went out.They were on time and tried their best to fix the issue - after trying everything possible they recommended getting a new one which they fixed the next day.They were on time and replaced the heater and hauled the old one away.I highly recommend them for any plumbing work

    Called Monday morning for service. Receptionist indicated all technicians were busy, but would see when one would be available. Shortly after lunch a return call made indicating a technician was on the way. Very positive response time as I have never used H and H before. Technician was impressive.     I had a broken seat behind my shower valve that would not allow me to shut off the water at the shower, and my shut off valves also would not shut the water completely off. This was on a Sunday evening. They arrived on Monday and was able to get the water shut off, and fix the necessary things to have me resting with ease. Unfortunately I had more issues that needed to be addressed, in conjunction with the leaking shower, and they did not have the parts on hand. (Not their fault, they didnt know what all needed done)However they quickly returned on Wednesday as promised and got it all taken care of in a fast, efficient, professional and economical way. I couldnt be happier with my experience, and Id recommend them to anyone. Im likely a new lifetime customer. Our service tech, Jeremy L. was amazing, and went above and beyond what was expected, even leaving a package of Girl Scout cookies for our family to enjoy. Amazing service. 5 Stars all the way.     I contacted H&H with the fear that our sump pump was not working. They had a technician out incredibly fast and we found out it was working, however it was most likely the original to the house. After speaking with their technician and Chris and heaving threw explain sump pumps and when they should be replaced, we determined that it was time to replace it. We scheduled the appointment to replace the sump. The installer arrived very timely, was very polite and worked very efficiently. Once he was finished he had come down to the sump pump where he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend H&H over and over again!!

    The plumber who came to the house was smart, clean, friendly and professional. He fixed the outside spigot. I would recommend this company for plumbing needs.However, since Im still pretty upset about this, Im gonna air it......My appointment was at 2pm. Not 1pm. He showed up at 1pm. I was not wanting him here until 2pm, thats why I scheduled the appointment for 2pm! He woke up my dogs who woke up my sleeping child who was NOT feeling well. It really inconvenienced me and ticked me off that the company didnt respect my appointment time or even call me to see if they could come early. Now, I could have answered the door and said come back at 2p....but at this point he already woke the dogs & my child, and this guy just wanted to do his job and be on his way. The office and technicians needs to be better about respecting peoples appointment times. You really inconvenienced me.

    After a long day of kids’ practices, work and a sick husband, I walked by our furnace room hearing running water. Peeked in to see water spewing from our pressure valve covering the floor. After getting it as ‘under control’ as we could, I googled for a plumber. H&H was the third place I called and the first place to answer. I got a call back very quickly from the tech on call. He didn’t have the part needed on his truck so gave some tips for immediate help and offered to run to the hardware stores to find the part and drive the 30 some miles to our rural home. He had to go to 2 stores before finding the part and came out to save our night. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. This was 8pm and I am sure he had somewhere he would rather be but never showed it. We were very grateful. Wouldn’t hesitate to call H&H for any future need!

    Had a few natural gas fittings in my house that were leaking - they came out to fix them and were very nice and professional. Unfortunately after putting them all back together a couple days later I noticed one was still leaking a bit of gas. Called them back out and they fixed it for no charge and fixed the leak.     We called HNH plumbing to look at a shower leak, a problem with two of our stools and our dishwasher wasn’t draining properly.Tony Littleton was a service technician from H&H. Tony arrived and fix the shower leak and found that both of the stools needed to be reset. He also looked at our dishwasher and determined it was just a small part that needed to be replaced rather than purchasing a brand new dishwasher.Tony wasn’t able to perform all of the work in one day so was coming back the next day to finish up. In the meantime, our water heater went out. I called Tony and gave him the information he needed to replace the water heater. Rather than returning the next day to fix the remaining items on our list, he brought a new water heater and installed it - which was much more important to us to have done.Tony made a return trip to finish up the jobs that he initially started. I can’t give enough credit to Tony for the fine workmanship and professionalism he gave us.In the future, any work we need done related to plumbing we will definitely call H&H and hopefully Tony will be the technician assigned to the work.

    We highly recommend H&H plumbing. We needed to replace our sewer line after it started to collapse (we live in an older house that had orangeburg pipes.) We talked to Chris on the phone and then Travis came out to help assess our problems. They were both very professional, easy to talk to and easy to ask questions of and they both reassured us their company does a lot of sewer replacements. That was particularly reassuring as we had Roto-rooter out first and they made us feel very bad about how difficult the job would be. Which the job was difficult but Toby and Brian completed it amazingly fast. We really appreciate how hard they worked and the great attitudes they had about it. Our new line is working great. We really hope to work with them again for any of our future plumbing needs.Update: We appreciated the great job H&H did replacing our sewer we had them back out to replace our old sump pump the next week.
