    My 40 gal Hot Water heater was leaking water from the top. I called Chris one day and he came out the very next day & installed a new Hot Water Heater. He was very professional, informative and takes great pride in his work, clean-up and customer service. The first plumber I had out told me I would have to have someone come out check out my vent pipe as it was not drawing air up & out properly. Chris was able to quickly diagnose & replace a small section of vent pipe at the proper elevation which solved the problem. I probably saved hundreds by not having a Chimney person out. I was shocked that the prices have gone so much in the last 12 yrs. like everything else. I really appreciated the Senior Discount!! Call him you wont be sorry! Highly Recommend

    Chris did a very good job on our water heater replacement. Replaced the copper pipes and shutoff to the heater and new vent pipe and took out the old one. On time, did the job same day as the estimate. Even found and fixed a loose connection to the softener. Cleaned the floor like new. Its the second time I had Chris for repairs.     I have used Chris from Eagle Plumbing more than once. He does a great job, lets me know if he finds issues Im not aware of, and always leaves everything immaculate. He is generally very busy, but Im willing to wait until he can get to me. I dont want to try another plumber because I know I will get the best service from Chris. I had some issues with my plumbing and replacement parts on this past visit. (Nothing that Chris had anything to do with.) He was patient with my resolving the issues, and he stuck with me until the job was done. Thanks, Chris.

    Chris at Eagle Plumbing was able to come out on the same day after hours to help with my flooded basement. He stayed until 10pm to make sure everything was fixed properly. Not only was I impressed with his pride and professionalism for his work, but also his kindness and empathy. This was my second time calling him for plumbing issues and I will certainly call him first in the future.

    Ive been in construction for 40 years. If there is a better plumber in Michiana I have not met him. Came when he said he would, exceptionally clean, professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and customer oriented. Chris does his work like it was his own house. On a 10 point scale it would be criminal to give less than 11.

    We had sump pump fail at 7 pm. I called the listed phone number, left a message and got called back within minutes. We were pressed for time because of the holiday, but Chris willingly offered to come out to fix the problem that evening because he was full the next day. He had everything he needed and replaced the pump promptly.What great customer service, very fairly priced and did an excellent job. I cant say enough good things about this guy. If you have plumbing needs, do not hesitate to call him. Highly recommend.

    We used Eagle Plumbing several months ago to install a new garbage disposal. Chris was professional, friendly and honest. His pricing was very fair. He was able to come out the same week, and finished the job in a timely manner. We will definitely use him again.

    Wonderful experience with Eagle PlumbingSaturday morning we were experiencing a problem with water leaking in our basement. We called Chris at Eagle and he said he would come over to checkout the issue. He was on time and diagnosed the problem and replaced a sewage injector. He cleaned the work area completely and explained the work he had done. If I could give Chris and Eagle a 6 STARrating I would. If I have a need for a first class Plumbing company in the future Eagle Plumbing will be my choice........Bill

    I called Chris about an issue I was experiencing with my sump pump. Chris was very knowledgeable is his profession and was able to diagnose the issue based off of what I told him over the phone. Chris was able to arrive in a timely manner and was very professional. I will definitely turn to Chris for any future plumbing issues.

    I had a leak in my cast iron pipe that lead to the sewer a few days before Thanksgiving. Chris came out and gave me a quote that was several thousands cheaper than a prior quote and much less invasive. He showed up on time and did avery professional job. He also did a fabulous job cleaning up. If you are in need of a plumber I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing.

I inquired about installing a tankless water heater and he could have sold me one making alot more money for himself.However he was honest and made the recommendation that he thought would work best for me saving me money as well.     After discovering we had water in the basement due to a failed sump pump, I called Chris at 4:30 in the afternoon. He came over at 5:30 and in less than two hours he had it replaced and cleaned up the area.

    Chris is a one man show ! We just came home from the hospital and our newer water heater from the bankrupt Sears had failed us . He offered great advice and knowledge and helped us get one in our home ASAP because we just brought home our newborn baby . He treats you with respect and shows up on time and cleaned up extremely well like it was his own home .

    Chris does excellent work. He’s knowledgeable and friendly, and he takes pride in what he does. He’s done work in our home when others stated they couldn’t do it, or we’d have to do more extensive work than what was really required. He’s the only plumber we use!

    Called with what I thought was a sump pump problem and Chris heard my issues and educated me over the phone explaining that what I was experiencing was normal activity. He was very responsive in sending someone out today if needed which was great for me but luckily he said it did not sound like a problem. Taught me alot and saved me money. To me thats a honest business that I would recommend and plan to use in the future.

    Chris with Eagle Plumbing has been our plumber for several years. We could not ask for better! He solves problems efficiently and effectively, anticipates concerns, and explains things thoroughly—as well as being knowledgeable and current on the latest plumbing technology. We first called him when we had a flooded basement. Another contractor insisted we needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix the problem. Chris did it for a fraction of the cost—and it remains fixed. I cannot recommend highly enough Chris at Eagle Plumbing.
