    They came out early on a tuesday within a week of an initial quote to replace my furnace and A/C units. They came out at around 9am and were done by 2:30!     Have used United for many years. They provide honest, good work. Had a terrible AC experience with ABM who wanted to replace our entire system for $12K. In 5 min, United saw the start wire needed to be replaced. Simple fix, cost $60. We use United for plumbing too, trouble with sump pump, etc. Tony just came out for our annual furnace and AC maintenance. Very nice and professional person!

    My furnace unfortunately broke the Friday before Christmas so, I called United and they sent Ben to my house to assist with my problem. Ben was truly helpful. He was kind enough to explain my furnace problem to me while also giving his honest recommendation. On top of that, he really tried to get the furnace working, so we would have heat through the weekend. Later, when part was available. Chris came to replace and fix the furnace. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and I honestly cannot thank them both enough because they truly saved Christmas for us! Thank you both and United!

    I could not have asked for better service! My air conditioning went out and United Heating and Cooling came out immediately to assess the unit that would be needed and had a proposal within several hours. Whereas it is never inexpensive to purchase something like this, I felt that their prices were extremely reasonable and felt no need to do any shopping around. My unit was 20 years old, so it definitely was time and they were very honest in saying that I only needed to replace my air conditioner at this time and that my furnace was still very viable.They were extremely kind to get me on the schedule for the next afternoon. The service team that came out to install the new air conditioner arrived promptly and said it could take between 4 to 6 hours to do the installation but had it done much sooner than that and I had cool air before dinner!Everything was neat and tidy when they left.I am extremely grateful for their kindness in getting me scheduled so quickly.

    There is never a good time for your furnace to go out but mine went out with single digit temperatures expecting. I had another company come out to give me a price to fix it and decided it wasnt worth spending that much money on a 20 year old furnace. I had several companies come out to quote a new furnace. United was very competitive with all the other companies and the Lennox furnace has one of the best reputations out there which made it a no brainer. What really got me is they actually temporarily fixed my old furnace for no additional charge so that my family wouldnt be stuck in a freezing house until they could get the new one installed! None of the other companies offered this and some of them wouldnt be able to install the new one for several days. I have 3 kids in the house and cant thank United Heating and Cooling enough for going above and beyond for my family! I have been telling everyone I know to use United! They will always be my first call!

    The front office called to let me know when my techician would arrive, which helped me with my own schedule and to be ready when he came. Nick arrived on time, and went right to work to determine the location of the leak in my water line. He was able to cap it off in no time so I could turn back on the water to my house. He also preserved an outdoor faucet by cutting off the hose head. That saved me lots of money because I thought I would have to replace the line into the house. I was completely thrilled and grateful for the work from Nick and United Plumbing. I highly recommend!!!

    Had an issue with my furnace, the burner would not stay on to heat. Ben came out, figured out, it was the control board, was going to order me one. I guess before he left, he looked in the back of his Van, and had a Universal board, that he didnt know was there (or forgot was there).. He came back, knocked, said lets try this..It worked !     I had no idea what to do when our AC went out. I remembered United and called them. Tech came the next day and told me a new AC was need and the service department would help get everything setup. From my first time talking with Mark I knew I made the right decision to use United. No pressure just gave me options to choose from in my price range.The installation team Kyle and Isaac got to my house early and were done with my new furnace and AC unit in no time. Both were friendly and took time to show we how to use the new thermostat. Plus took time to explain the whole process and my paper work. I also like that I was able to log on to the company website and enter my invoice number and pay with my credit card. So no one had to take my information. Plus the company has a program if needed where you can finance for 18 months zero interest.Definitely will be using them for all my services in the future.

    3/10/21 - I had 2 new HVAC systems installed today Kyle and Isaac were fantastic. They new their trade and worked very efficiently. Both systems were installed in 1 day. I could not be happier. John who sold me the equipment did not push the most expensive system on me but recommended a less expensive one. All of my contact with United is very positive. Theyre always honest and dont try to sell something that you dont need. Highly recommended.

    I needed to have my furnace replaced. I decided to get a few different bids on the work that I wanted to have done. After my first visit with a company I realized just how much work needed to be done. The pitch of my hot water heater was off and it wasn’t up to code. The AC unit wasn’t up to code, and my furnace wasn’t up to code, and WAY past its prime... I knew that I couldn’t have just anyone replace my equipment.I had called around and got a couple different bids but I just couldn’t reconcile myself to the cost of them, and the amount of work. I just happened to see a United Heating & Cooling van on my lunch break and decided I needed to give them a call. I meet with John S. on a Monday, and I really liked everything that he was telling me. I scheduled appointments with an installer the next day, and on Thursday they pitched my hot water heater correctly and got that up to code, installed a new furnace up to code, and a new ac unit up to code.I paid a lot of money (well, to me anyway) and it was worth EVERY penny. Highly recommended!!

    I have used this company for furnace maintenance for years. When we felt we needed to replace our 19 year old furnace Rob came out and gave us a bid promptly. Two very nice young men came out to install it. They answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. They also helped us download the “Jetson’s “ like phone app! He didnt even give me options on brand & size, just quoted a price & the one I bought from them 5 years ago had a crack! He told me theyd be back the next morning as a 1st appt. I made afternoon plans. When they hadnt shown up by 11am, I called the office. Guess what - appointment is scheduled 8-12 & I want 1st on the list.     After 21 years of service, our heat pump/ac unit finally bit the dust during a very hot & humid period. We waited through several days in order to have reps from several major contractors provide us with new system proposals and costs. Tempting to jump on the first one and just get the darn AC back on, but were glad we waited.Only Jeff Davis with United discussed our needs and wants and provided us with FOUR separate options, with a wide range of SEER ratings, brands and costs. And he took a lot of time to explain the differences. He never pushed a system that would have most benefitted Uniteds revenue, rather he helped us decide which ones best met OUR needs, based out lifestyle and expected number of years we will live in our home.     Anthony, just happened to be in our basement doing our cooling maintenance when he heard water drips behind him coming from the ceiling. He immediately got my attention so we began looking for the source. He suggested a bucket. Check. He and my husband pulled the dryer out to look at the washer faucet connections on 1st floor. Anthony checked them. Looked good. In the meantime I called United to ask for a plumber. Stacey answered and was very concerned so transferred me to plumber scheduling who fit me into their afternoon schedule when they were full. By the time Jake showed at 2:15, we pretty much suspected a leak in the 2nd floor bathtub which he confirmed and repaired when he found the drain’s shoe was cracked. Fortunately the water had stopped because the morning shower by my family member was finished. Jake suggested Power Dry when he discovered the pantry ceiling below the tub 1st floor was wet.     I have used United almost exclusively over the past 20 years and what I appreciate about them is their honesty. There have been times I was convinced I was going to need a new furnace but the technician gave furnace a good cleaning and it worked fine until I sold last house. Additionally, any time they have to come back out for the same issue, they never charge me an additional fee except and unless they end up having to put new part on the furnace (or hot water heater as happened recently). As with all businesses, is it possible they may get a bad apple every once in awhile who has come from a company who isnt so scrupulous, yes - in fact I think I got one of those guys about 12 years ago, but as with others providing their comments, I got a second opinion and then notified United of my findings and I am pretty sure that person was either let go or schooled on Uniteds way of doing business guaranteeing it didnt happen again.

That unit went dead on us literally on July 4th, 2018! He informed me that he’d have someone out to our house late this evening, and would be willing to take care of us. He diagnosed our A/C, and discovered the stock capacitor was bad. He didn’t simply replace the capacitor with another stock capacitor from his truck.     We had a blower fan motor go out in a rental in the early morning hours before the family was moving out. The day of the move we called United and Mike R. came to help about 3:30 pm. He checked the furnace and discovered the problem. He did not have a Trane blower fan motor on his truck and had to drive to KC, MO to get one. He cleaned the squirrel cage fan completely and not without problems with a frozen hose, etc. Mike had such a great attitude through the whole process, finishing about 6:45 pm. We were extremely pleased with the service we received, and the house began warming up quickly.

She dispatched Chad to our house and was there within an hour. Again, Chad was totally professional, friendly - even humorous, which is what we needed right then!     I hate writing a bad review but dont understand why so many trips. United Heating and Cooling is the company that installed our HVAC in a new build house. We had them come out last year to look at the A/C unit as it was not cooling sufficiently. They checked it out and said we were low on refrigerant and so added the coolant to our unit. The same thing happened again this year. My husband asked the tech what the cause of this could be and he said they would need to send another person out to look at it. The first visit was $296.00 which included the refrigerant and the 2nd visit cost us $279.00 to diagnose the problem. This does not include what we paid last year. We will now have to have them come out to fix the problem which, in my opinion, should have been diagnosed in the first place. Our A/C unit is a little over 4 years old and has a leak in the coil. I understand this is a manufacturers problem but am disappointed that it has taken 3 trips to figure it out. We will now have to have someone come out for a 4th time to fix it, hopefully.Update:Just letting everyone know that United Heating and Cooling did come out and replace our coil a couple of weeks ago. I must say that they have been very professional throughout the whole process. Customer service is key and they went above and beyond!

When I made the initial phone call to inquire how the process works, their rep Chance called me back in under an hour.     Thermocouple went out on my dads furnace. I called United to schedule a technician to service it @ 9:30 am. Said they could be out between noon & 5 pm. Thirty minutes later they called and said a technician could be out within the hour. Chad was very professional, stuck with the job. It was a Coleman brand furnace from 1971 in a mobile home. It took a couple of hours, but with some wisdom from myself and holding the flashlight my father is warm again. My only suggestion is that they carry line wrenches. Thank you

    Excellent service! I called in the morning and had a plumber (Blain) here in the afternoon. Blain was professional and answered all my questions with a smile. This was my first time using United and we will call them from now on!!
