    I had Mac Wilson Plumbing come out to give me a quote to fix the gas pipe for my fire place. Tommy was right on time, said he could fix it right then an there. Within 15 minutes he had the pipe fixed for us. Tommy was very professional and personable. Fair pricing, on time, and fast work! Would certainly recommend and will call again for future plumbing needs.

    I had my hot water heater replace by Mac Wilson plumbing. I receive a real deal on a quality hot water heater.     I had a great experience with Mac Wilson plumbing to replace a leaking hot water heater. Donna was pleasant and quickly got me a reasonable quote. Tommy arrived right at the agreed upon time.     Tommy did a wonderful job for me. I would gladly recommend him for any plumbing job to my work associates and family. I had to run a gasoline into a brick fireplace where one had never existed. Most plumbers that I called were either not licensed or insured ..Or were unwilling to do this work. Tommy called the fireplace vendor , got the specs and requirements for the fireplace insert and did an excellent job.

    Tommy has come out to our house twice for various plumbing needs in the last three months and has done good work.     Tommy came out to work on multiple plumbing tasks; the most extensive was the replacement of a new shower valve behind a tile wall. He was creative in finding a way behind the wall without having to break into the tile. Appreciate Tommys taking the time to communicate the work to be done. This is the 2nd job completed by Mac Wilson, and happy with the work done this time. It was a bonus that Tommy was so good and friendly with our dog who was obviously barking and guarding; but loved up on him before he left and work was complete.     Zach and lane have gone the extra mile for us. When we’ve had issues they’ve taken the time to talk to us and make sure we’re happy. If you’re looking for a company you can trust I would highly recommend Mac Wilson.Update 4 Aug 2020: Zach and Lane came back out to install a single basin sink for us and did such a nice job that I felt I should show the work here. Ignore the old sealant (I asked them to leave it so I could do a little cleanup of our counters as a whole). Stunning install and took less than two hours.

    Tommy the resident plumber is a miracle-worker if ever there was one.Our pipes were frozen, he showed up sooner than we expected considering wed called multiple plumbing companies who would schedule us days out. He used crimp fittings that require an exspensive crimping machine; that he had in his van. No torch or messy flux and solder required.     This past year, I bought an old home (built in 1925). Unfortunately, upon moving in, I found that the plumbing was done almost entirely in corroded cast iron.     This company met every expectation I had. With the COVID-19 spreading so quickly, I was worried about having someone come in to our home to fix our plumbing problems.     Do not hesitate to use this company. I needed outdoor plumbing repair. The first thing I really liked about Mac Wilson was that they used an independent camera company to assess my issue so I felt like I got a fair and honest explanation of my problem by someone not trying to sell me anything. I got 3 other bids for my issue which were $4,250, $7,257, and $10,222. Mac Wilson fixed my issue for $2,200. Not to mention the obvious cost difference I truly felt like two of these other 3 companies were wanting me to have work done that was not necessary. It was only by the grace of God that I found Mac Wilson Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Donna in the office was so friendly and helpful. Zach who actually did my work was awesome and professional and kept me well informed. Chris who I worked with on financing my job was very helpful, professional, and courteous.     I had Zack out to install a new gas line in my kitchen and a new water line for my refrigerator. They arrived on time and did a great job.     Mac Wilson Plumbing replaced my sewer line. They had to delay their work by a couple of days because of weather, but kept me updated and rescheduled the job quickly. Our house didnt have a sump pump, and they came out on a Sunday to give us a free estimate.     Having just purchased a home, I was saddled with a few repair issues. The most chilling was a my hot water heater going out, on a Friday night. Saturday, I was on the hunt for a reputable business and received a call from Chris Wilson with Mac Wilson plumbing, LLC. Chris was very prompt, professional and assured me that the issue would be rectified in a timely fashion. Scheduled an appointment for Monday to install the new Gas Tankless Water Heater. Upon further discovery - it was determined that it was not really feasible/cost effective to replace bad tank with a tankless, because of the required venting and amperage needed. I appreciate the entire teams input, as they were the experts and made me feel comfortable in my final decision.I would highly recommend this team, and will enter them into my phone, as my continued ‘go-to’.

    We recently purchased a foreclosure which had an 18 YO electric water heater. I decided we should replace that sooner rather than later.There are several new options such as tankless and heat pump models. I have typically chosen gas water heaters in the past for efficiency and quick recovery. Since the house never had a gas water heater, I would have to go high efficiency in order to use PVC out the side of the house for supply and exhaust. Through all my research, I settled on a gas tankless.I put out bids on HomeAdvisor and Angies List and one of those that reached out was Zack at Mac Wilson Plumbing. Zack sounded knowledgeable, he answered my questions, and his prices seemed fair. Zack recommended a Navien tankless which seemed like a good product, so we went forward.I had to have the gas company upgrade the gas meter and run an electric outlet to where the tankless would reside prior to installation. Zack had our new water heater installed just prior to our move in. He had to order a stand for the new water heater and had to make a couple trips to work everything out, but he did not complain. He routed the supply and exhaust PVC piping smartly.They also brought the plumbing up to code by adding an expansion tank and pressure regulator. They also replaced the leaking globe valves with newer ball valve. Furthermore, they put in quick disconnects for the existing water softener with shut off valves so I can easily replace it down the road. He also installed new ball valve for our new whole house steam humidifier that the HVAC company would not do. They were quick and efficient and did excellent work. They also went the extra mile and ran a PVC drain for my water softener and tied it into the HVAC drain. My plumbing now looks modern and clean.Lastly, Zack added a gas line for a gas dryer and gas cooktop at a later time as he is a busy guy and Covid messed with his staffing during our project. I felt his reasonable prices for the great work he did worth the wait.On a personal note, Zack had a key to our home so he could let himself in and I managed to lock us out of our home one night early on. I called Zack in desperation and he promptly came over and let us in, not expecting anything in return. That speaks volumes about who this man is.The Navien tankless water heater is excellent, and I highly recommend them if you are building a new home or upgrading your existing hot water tank. I can run multiple showers simultaneously, back to back, and never run out of hot water.I would highly recommend Zack and Mac Wilson Plumbing due to their excellent work and fair prices. Zack is proficient in his trade, honest, and a man of integrity which is hard to find in the residential building trades these days. I have my plumber and plan to use him for future projects and/or plumbing problems.

    I needed to have my sump pump discharge point extended from the middle of my yard or closer to the street gutters. I was quoted a reasonable price from Mac Wilson, which was half the cost of another company.Zack and Kody showed up the day the work was schedule on time. They were polite, respectful and answered any question I had clearly and concisely. When they were finished I could barely tell they had just dug a large trough in my yard to lay the extending pipe. The seep box they installed is barely visible unless standing right over it. Donna, who works the phones was always attentive and made sure I was taken care of. I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing project you have.

    I called Mac Wilson Plumbing when our pipes started leaking water in the basement. I talked with Donna on a Sunday and she was so nice and helpful that I ended up calling them back during the week when they could get someone out to look. We ended up having to replace our old cast iron pipes. We needed it done as soon as possible around Christmas and Tommy came the day after Christmas to do the job. The next day there was a small leak in the bathroom and Tommy came out as soon as I called and went above and beyond to help me get that fixed.Great job and I am very pleased.     Can’t believe these guys! Installed my tankless water heater 4 years ago. Which was a great decision by the way. Love the tankless! Started having a small issue with my tankless water heater. The owner came out because he wanted to see what was going on with it because he’s got the same unit in his house. So diagnosed issue, went and picked up the part from the supply House, not waiting on the factory warranty part to arrive, DID NOT CHARGE me for parts, service call, labor!Thank you!
