    I had a blockage of the main sewer line in a rental house I own. I called one company, which came out quickly. The serviceman quoted a ridiculously high price and said rootering may cause the pipe to break leading to a very expensive repair. I said no thanks and then called The Plumbing Pro. The technician diagnosed the problem and cleaned out the main line blockage quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and I was charged exactly what was quoted over the phone. I (and my tenant primarily) were very happy with the terrific service.

We recently had a water main break, and Steve, Mike, and the crew responded right away and completed the work promptly and expertly. We hit a snag with the final city inspection due to a data hack, but Kate and Rae in the front office of PP were literally on it every day until they got the city to inspect and sign-off. Nothing but the highest compliments for this locally owned and operated business. The best.

    I would highly recommend this company. Amazing customer service! I called in a panic with a flooded basement and within an hour, they were here and fixed the issue within 30 mins. They showed me the issue and didn’t try and push any “add on” services like many others do. If I have any issues, they will be my first call.

    Danny came and installed a new hot water tank for us! I so appreciate his knowledge and skill! I know that if he does a project for us that it will be done well AND any improvements needed will be done!We had Danny come this past week to do additional work. It included replacing sewer drain pipe and breaking out/replacing concrete. We were very happy with the quality of his work! He took the time to make sure that the job was done correctly. It all looks great!We had a backed-up sewer lateral. Danny responded and had the problem solved very quickly. We only call the Plumbing Pro for all of our plumbing issues.     We were looking for a plumber who could fix separate temperature and volume control valves in walk in shower. After a bad experience with another company, a neighbor recommended the Plumbing Pro.They were very responsive and Danny came out to look at the issue and provide an estimate for the work. When we accepted the estimate, he made the appointment to return in just a few days to do the repairs.The repair was completed without damaging any tile or having to remove drywall. Danny had the right tools for the job and had researched exactly what needed to be done. Although the project was trickier and took more time due to the valve design, The Plumbing Pro charged exactly what they quoted in the estimate.We were very impressed with the service and will use The Plumbing Pro for our plumbing needs in the future.

    We had an unexpected Drain line backup this morning. I called several plumbing companies and got no answer. I called The Pros and the young lady that answered the phone was polite and enthusiastic. She surprised me by saying that she could send Danny right away! WHAT!!     We have now used the plumbing pro for two huge projects. We bought a historic home that needed all new plumbing and a brand new septic system. A new septic system sounded like an overwhelming project. But they walked us through every step of the process from getting the blueprints/permits to understanding how septic systems work. Danny and Steve are amazing people to work with as well as the scheduling staff. They have some of the best customer service and it definitely feels like you are working with a family owned business. I would recommend to anyone who needs a plumbing company.

    We noticed a wet spot on the wall in the basement one day, had to leave for 3 days for a work trip, came back and the wall was still wet and mold was starting to spread.I called the Plumbing Pro and left a message that night.     Just had Danny come out and I must say, extremely professional, courteous, and hard worker. I thought he was only going to give me a FREE ESTIMATE when he showed up and schedule me for a later date.     I called plumbing pro Thursday afternoon and ask for an estimate to replace the outside faucet on the back of my home in Prairie Village, Ks. We set up a time between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The technician Scott arrived at 10:25 AM and was very professional and easy going. I explained the problem with the rear faucet and told Scott that I thought the pipe in question was located in my crawl space. Scott told me that the pipe was inside the house due to the height of the faucet on the back wall of my home. We went inside and Scott quickly located where the faucet was connected to our plumbing under the kitchen sink. He quoted me a very fair price to do the faucet replacement job which I accepted. He completed the work in about an hour and did a great job. Having plumbing pro do this job was like a breath of fresh air after having companies like Bob Hamiliton plumbing who way overcharge for what they do. If you want an honest company that is not out there to rip you off, then Plumbing Pro is your answer. Honest professional work done quickly without huge over charges. I will do business with company again as they have earned my business for being good and honest with out overcharging for the work. I highly reccomend Plumbing Pro.

    We were impressed with the Plumbing Pro! Danny was our primary plumber and he was friendly and reliable. We had kind of a big job that several other plumbers didnt want to mess with. We had a home addition including a new basement bathroom that required tapping into our sewer main line. The Plumbing Pro did that, did rough in fixtures for a full basement bath, added plumbing for a main level laundry, and added a gas line for a new gas fireplace. They were super friendly and easy to schedule. They passed inspection with our very picky city inspectors. Wed definitely use them again or recommend them.

    I had an amazing experience using The Plumbing Pro. My call was answered quickly and professionally. Due to it being late in the day and not an emergency, the appointment was scheduled for the next day. When the technician found he was running slightly behind schedule, he had the office contact me to advise me. I appreciated being notified. When Danny arrived I showed him the tub that would not drain and the piping. He had the blockage cleared in less than 15 minutes. I asked him about a couple of faucets with diverter problems and he explained what the problems were with each of them. Then I had him write up a bid to have a waterline installed. I was happy with the bid and he would have completed that project right then but he did not have the appropriate drill bit to drill through my tile floor. I scheduled for him to come out today and again the office staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Danny came out and had the waterline installed, cleaned up and was gone in about 30 minutes. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up. I was dreading this (no body ever wants to call a plumber) but Danny and The Plumbing Pro made the task pleasant. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

    Danny from The Plumbing Pro came to give us a free estimate on installing a new dishwasher and replacing the valve on our hot water line in the kitchen. Our dishwasher hadn’t been getting enough water and our hot water pressure on the sink had decreased by half. We ended up getting free installation of our dishwasher when we bought it through Best Buy. Danny did replace the hot water valve and it is prefect now! He was prompt (both times he came out), professional and got it replaced quickly. I definitely will add their number to my contacts and call again with future problems that arise.

    Danny was GREAT! He showed up about 20 minutes after we call and he took care of our issues. He replaced the shut off valve on our water heater and installed a 1/4 turn valve going to our humidifier. Weve gotten tired of having to replace the saddle valve almost every year, so solved the problem with the 1/4 turn valve. Now we wont have that issue anymore. Would highly recommend Danny and the Plumbing Pro!

Travis came out gave estimate he was very knowledgeable and professional,also came later to run the camera to determine the cause. Then Ray did the schedule for one day since rain was coming.     Had a natural gas line leak develop in the house, confirmed by the gas company. The Plumbing Pro gave a reasonable estimate, and did the work within 5 days of the leak discovery (time includes a weekend). The work was done in less than one full day of time they estimated, and they charged about 20% lower than they estimated. Very good response and communication, and this company clearly has integrity. I highly recommend them.

    Ive never had service like this! I was skeptical when I saw such amazing reviews because no company Ive ever used is THAT good. Ive been waiting for a guy from another company who was a no show no call AGAIN. I called this place and they were at my home in less than 20 minutes!     We just moved to the state a few months ago and bought a house. We needed a plumber and not knowing any I went by the reviews of this company I found on Google. I was not disappointed!     Travis came out and took a look at the stools in our Hollywood bath. I wanted to just have the guts replaced in the tank. After a thorough look at the aging fixtures, he suggested replacement of the two toilets. I was a bit surprised but when he showed me the rust and aging of the porcelain (and excessive water use) it made sense.He didnt try to sell me new fixtures but rather gave me a very reasonable bid on installing the new ones and removing the old.Again, I was a bit surprised.I ordered two new toilets on line and Travis again came out and did the install and hauled off the old units. His install was spot on perfect, even taking the time to carefully level the new stools on my old uneven tile floor.Great workmanship, attention to detail, quick response and VERY affordable. Ill be calling them back next year when I do the bath remodel!!

If they need parts they go get them, but you dont pay for their time to do that. One time, I thought I needed to replace my 20 yr old water heater. They came by and said keep it, just turn the water temp up a little. No replacement. Who does that??? Today, I had them check out a leaky faucet. They had the cartridge on their truck (luckily) and had the job done in 15 mins at a reasonable charge. I recommend them to everyone. Theyre honest, skilled, and fair. Cant ask for more.

    Scott came out on Tuesday 8/18/20 to check a possible leak we had last year we thoughtcthought was coming from our jacuuzi tub, which we seldom use. Water had leaked into the basement underneath the tub a few times and stained the dropped ceiling tiles. At about the same time we discovered the window right above the tub was leaking inside onto the sill and had it replaced. Since we are selling the house we wanted to be sure the tub was fixed before putting it on the market. Scott thoroughly checked out the tub; running water thru it and using the jets, and determined the tub was not leaking. Which meant the leak had came from the window that was later replaced. He also checked what we thought was a slow draining toilet, determined it was fine, but called my attention to the fill valve that was not shutting off properly. Let me say this.....Scott saved my bacon. Not only did he methodically eliminate the tub as the source of my leak last year, but had he not taken the time to check that fill valve my whole house could have been flooded. He deserves a 10+ for his outstanding service. Scott is friendly, courteous, and very experienced. He knows his stuff and he puts the customers interest first. I give a shout out to Scott and all the other highly experienced technicians. And I highly recommend The Plumbing Pro for all your plumbing needs.

I did pay the first company to do so but when I asked them for a copy of the video they couldn’t provide it due to computer issues and had already deleted the video. I had Travis scope the line again and got his assessment about what I should do at this point. The result was that I have decided not to replace the line at this time, and if it ever needs to be replaced l know which method to use, and which company I will use to do the replacement.I was very pleased with Travis and his professional approach in helping me decide what I needed to do..     Scott came out to tackle a leak and a broken outdoor faucet. He is easy to talk to and likes where he works. The owner is respectful of the Plumbers and looks after them.Scott also suggested other things I could do on my kitchen faucet and som other minor plumbing needs.And he didn’t make the jobs look harder then they were.Now we are set when we go out of town as we don’t have to worry about the drips.
