Morgan Miller Plumbing is INCREDIBLE. Not only are they remarkable at what they do, they are kind, helpful, and generous with their time. Every time they are here they are always willing to answer questions, provide helpful tips, and just generally do a wonderful job. They arent the cheapest so if thats what you are looking for this isnt the company for you but if you are looking for a company where you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... this is it! You can find a cheaper plumber but you CANNOT find a better one.

You cant go wrong using Morgan Miller for your plumbing needs. Called the office to schedule someone to come out because the main drain was blocked. Spoke with Tasha, she answered all my questions, let me know their process, and got me scheduled in promptly. Mark was our tech and couldnt have been more professional or nice. Again, answered all my husbands questions, resolved our issue, and left a clean workspace. Would definitely utilize their services again.

We needed to replace an ancient hot water heater so I got three estimates. Morgan Miller Plumbing was not only the least expensive estimate, but they kept communication open, letting us know that they wanted our business. On the day of the appointment to replace it, first Don showed up on time, and with a great, professional, and friendly attitude. He communicated well; he got the old one out and the new one installed within an hour and a half. And he left the area cleaner than it had been before. We couldnt be more pleased! I figure that we have ourselves a regular plumber now when we need one.

I had a plumbing/faucet issue that required us to shut the water to our house off. Morgan Miller Plumbing had come highly rated from a family member and I gave them a call. They were able to quickly come out - even during a hectic, busy season with lots of homes experiencing frozen pipes. I got a text before the plumber came with the name of the employee who would be coming which was nice. Don showed up on time and patiently explained what he discovered was the issue to my husband who was out of town and on speaker phone. Don was able to fix the issue , and ensured that our major faucet (kitchen) was working before he left , even though this wasnt the faucet that had been repaired.On top of a great job with fair prices , Don was polite, funny and helped ensured all baby gates were closed when going from upstairs/ downstairs several time to keep my toddler safe.It was our first time using Morgan Miller plumbing, but they will be my first choice for future plumbing needs !

Its pretty hard to part with the money it takes to replace your entire water main line, but the folks at Morgan Miller Plumbing make it hurt alot less. Super friendly, super professional and they did excellent work. Brandon and Zach explained every issue that came up ,to keep me in the loop and they left a really nicely graded, seeded yard when they were finished. Floor and carpet runners and booties helped keep the inside of my home clean as well. Its also impressive in todays society when someone says theyll be there at 8am and this is what you see at 8am. Highly recommend these guys.

I was very much not impressed with them...so when it came time to have an old gas line capped off I found Morgan Miller...from the appointment being made to the repairs being handled I am100% happy with these folks. Mike was professional, tidy, and did great work. I also appreciated that he didnt talk to me like I was a child. I just used Morgan Miller for the first time based off of a referral. Scott my technician was outstanding. He quickly identified where my leak was coming from. Explained to me what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it and then he went right to work. He was very professional, fast, and detailed. No one wants to call a plumber, but it’s nice to know when you do they take your problems serious and professionally like Morgan Miller did. Came out same day and gave a free estimate, the following Monday found the leak which was very difficult since we are on a slab, repairs completed and double checked their work against the water meter to make sure all repairs were complete. I cannot say enough about our technician Todd. The whole company was very easy to work with. If I need a plumber again, I will call them!

Not only did he explain our basement drain issue, he also took the time to explain a few other things we asked about. He gave recommendations about potential issues, but he did not try to pressure us. He fixed the basement drain problem and explained possible future issues. I can’t Even begin to tell you how wonderful this company is. We are first time customers and had a situation that needed to be dealt with as soon as possible. From the very beginning when we contacted the company and the woman was so nice and super efficient. 25 minutes later we got a phone call from the plumber he was 20 minutes out it was perfect. He walked in and he was friendly and kind. He fixed everything and continued to give us advice on how to prevent that specific thing from happening again in the future. I wish I could’ve gotten the woman’s name that I spoke to and made the initial appointment. The gentleman that serviced us his name is Joe Digusto. The company had a promotion going that was so impressive that involves canned food donations and a certain amount of money off of your service for the donation. What a smart and clever idea to help the community that they serve. Thank you for everything.

I used Morgan Miller plumbing about a year ago so and was very pleased with them. So when my garbage disposal died and water backed up in sink, they were the first company I thought of and called. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for them to come out Monday afternoon. Monday am I got a call that they had an opening. They were here at 8 and had everything replaced/fixed by 9 am! The next day! Every single interaction with them has been professional and friendly and they are timely and reliable. I wont use anyone else if I can help it. Cant recommend more highly!

Within 30 minutes of my landlord approving a new hot water heater, there was a new one here being installed. Our tech, Daniel, was awesome. He had to cut quite a few new pipes to install the new water heater and they look amazing with no leaks; much better than what was there. He cleaned up after himself COMPLETELY with only a new hot water heater and pipes to show he was here. Daniel was so patient with my 5 year old and our dog shadowing him everywhere, asking a million questions and trying to share slobbery dog toys. I definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Daniels performance and professionalism deserves 10 stars! Awesome job, guys!

Ive used Morgan Miller three times--I call them when no one is able to come out from the smaller plumbing company I usually use. I always kick myself for not asking what their current pricing is before having them come out, as each time seems more expensive than the time before. The current pricing I was given was $210 for an hour plus a $75 trip fee. So, what would cost me $110 through my usual plumber is $285 through Morgan Miller. Luckily, if youve used them in the past they will occasionally send out a coupon for $75 off, which at least takes care of the trip fee. They are always super professional, capable, and friendly--I have no complaints there. Because of their pricing, however, theyll never be the first company I call.

Morgan Miller Plumbing definitely took a horrible day and turned it around. Our main sewer line backed up out of our basement floor drain yesterday evening.I called Morgan Miller this morning based off of the positive reviews on Google. The scheduler was super nice and worked with me to find a time that was confident. They gave me a 2 hour window instead of the normal 3-4. Chuck, the plumber who got our case, called me and we made arrangements to meet early. Early!Chuck arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgable. I showed him the basement drain and where our main drain stacks were. He then walked around the exterior of my home looking for sewer access to get a better idea what was needed. He was able to snake the drain to the street getting a mass of roots and paper out. He ran our basement sink the whole time he was snaking and for a while after to make sure there were no more blockages.Chuck then cleaned up the mess made by the snake. He did a very thorough job and our laundry room smells fresh and clean. He even cleaned the walls where the snake and splashed.Pricing for snaking our main line was very reasonable and less than I thought it was going to be.10/10. Morgan Miller is definitely who I am calling first next time!

We had a pipe burst in our garage. I called and asked if they’d be able to come out. After a couple of questions the technician I spoke with told me that I could fix it myself and that I didn’t want to pay the after hours weekend rates for him to come out and fix it. He had me take photos of the problem and text them to him. He sent back a list of parts and tools that I would need and I was off to the hardware store. We texted back and forth several times while I made the repairs myself. I am extremely impressed with a company that would talk a customer out of a job. I was in an emergency situation and was willing to pay but this company didn’t want to take advantage of the situation and make what would’ve been easy money. I value integrity and this company has it. Extremely trustworthy and highly recommended.

After talking with several plumbing companies on the phone whos ads said they worked 24 hrs/day and responded to calls 7 days/week, Morgan Miller was the first one who said theyd be at our house within the next hour. Alex was at our house in 30 minutes. He repaired the pipe we knew was leaking and another spot that would have been a future problem. He did it quicker than he predicted, and then, not only cleaned up his mess, but helped to clean up the mess the water leak caused, also. Although Morgan Miller Plumbings shop is on the opposite side of Kansas City from where I live, I have used them on three separate occasions. They always have arrived when promised. On the three occasions I referenced, the Morgan Miller expert quickly diagnosed the problem, and moreover, fixed it pretty quickly and quite reasonably. I had a plumbing problem within the past two weeks, and called MMP.Said, from MMP, came out and quickly located and fixed the problem. I was extremely pleased with his work, as I anticipated. I will not even bother to call any other company about plumbing problems in the future, even if their shops are closer to where I live. Morgan Miller rates 10 stars if that was possible!Alan

Reading the Journal and saw an ad for Google Business that highlighted a small business. I liked the picture of the technician working, loading tools into the back of his van. I can tell its a van because of the shelving. Looked at the tools for a moment, nice organization. Liked the matching hat and jacket uniform. Jacket - this must have been taken late winter or early spring. Maybe 8 months ago. Then I saw the example Google Business ad in the top right corner and noticed the 4.3 stars. I instantly got nervous. As a small business owner myself, I guard google reviews with my life. Id die if we were under 4.5 stars. Even 4.7. So, I thought, might as well give these guys some Love because obviously theyre doing something right. They have a full page ad in the Journal.

I recently had the pleasure of using Morgan Miller Plumbing for a broken dishwasher water connector in my kitchen on Jan.3rd.We returned from a holiday vacation and luckily we turned off all the water. But once we turned everything back on it started raining in the basement and scared the heck out of us as we didnt understand where all the water was coming from. Due to the holiday we could not find anybody to come out on that Monday afternoon, but Morgan Miller was able to send us a person that following Tuesday morning. Our technician was on time, courteous, put on the shoe cover ups and went to search for our problem. He discovered that somehow our dishwasher connector was broke and that was what was causing all the water leakage. He called another technician and had them bring the part to our house and the problem was fixed within a few hours. He took great care to keep my kitchen clean throughout the repair process.The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable, especially since they give you a discount for being a first time user. The technician even took the time to show me where the part leaked and left me the part plus a email to show the insurance in case I need to make a claim.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Morgan Miller Plumbing Company. They were prompt, professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Today they came to handle some projects that had been on my honey-do list for too long, like unclogging a bathtub drain, fixing a toilet problem and repairing a leaky faucet. They also tackled some deferred bigger projects: adding cutoff valves under a sink, swapping out the water heater, installing a pressure regulator and replacing the main water valve. They were kind, professional and quick. They took time to explain what they were doing. They wanted to address root causes, not just symptoms, and I could tell they cared about the quality of their work. There was a bit of a hiccup with the first guy they sent out, and ended up accidentally breaking a pipe. I called Bob (service manager) the next day and he was quick to come out, assess the situation and get it handled. I appreciate the extra mile the company went, I would recommend them to anyone.
