I just moved back to GF after being gone 23 years and my new house needed some work right away. They are super kind, professional, and responsive. Angie and Taylor were fantastic on the phone and with payment and scheduling. Each tech that visited took the time to explain things to me and the repairs were seamless and easy for me, as the homeowner. I really appreciate Vilandre and will always use them for my home.

I highly recommend Vilandre Heating, A/C, and Plumbing. Had a problem with my boiler. Called Vilandre, and very shortly after, Leo, a Vilandre Tech showed up, and fixed the problem immediately. He was very courteous, explained everything in lay man language, made no mess, and then asked if there was anything else we needed. I highly recommend Vilandres.

Every time I have called Vilandre they never disappoint! Service is always completed in the fastest time they are able to, and they do allow time for those that have matters that are urgent to try to get the repairs fixed ASAP. Ive never had any concerns with the work that they do, and Ive never had anything to complain about with the staff that is sent on service calls. The staff that answers the phones are incredibly nice too! I highly recommend for quality work and customer service!

We have had great experiences with Vilandre. They always call back and have gotten the job done within a couple of days of the phone call. So far, they have installed a refrigerator water line, pulled out an old radiator, and rough in piping for a boiler heater.

Amazing service for a fair price, recently my kitchen sink had a leak, I called Christmas eve not a huge leak but they were able to fix everything without me home. In the end j received the bill in the mail and the price was fair. I will continue to trust them for everything I need that they provide so far Ive had a new ac system and natural gas heater in my garage every installation was performed perfectly and on time even better they were spot on with their bids. Excellent service hopefully I dont need any emergency service but I know who I will call if I do.

We are doing a kitchen remodel and got lucky enough to get Nate from Vilandres to reset our garbage disposal and sink drain. Unexpectedly there was a problem with the height of our sink and ability to reset it. Nate worked with us, helped us get a contractor and came back to get the job done! We are so grateful to Nate and Vilandres for helping us rectify our problems. We are Team Vilandre’s from now on!!

My wife and I were expecting company for a weekend and on Friday morning our water heater stopped working. I called their phone number before their shop hours and was greeted pleasantly by their emergency line. I stated it was not an emergency but I would like someone that day if possible. Shortly after their shop opened I was called to arrange a time for the serviceman to come to our home. I was at work but left instructions for the serviceman on how to get into my home and how to find the water heater. While there they found the issue, called me with a couple options, and once I decided they quickly repaired the problem. I cannot say enough about the all around great service we received from Vilandres.

I have been working with Villandre for over 20 years now. They have done nearly every type of work for me. They have put in a new air conditioner, a new furnace with a humidifier and ultraviolet filter, repaired furnaces and AC units, worked on and replaced sump pumps, worked on plumbing and even an electric fireplace. While I have hired other companies, I would never again stray from Villandres availability, friendly timeliness, great service, fair prices, and excellent, expertise. They are the best in the business, no doubt!
