To Tom & Josh. Thank you so much for the wonderful service you provided for us in January, when our furnace was giving us problems at -35 that night. It was totally above and beyond great customer service. I feel bad that Josh had to come back again at midnight the same night to find out that it wasnt anything he had done or could do for us, but the gas meter needed to be replaced by Xcel energy the next day. We were able to get through the night with your help. You have very outstanding technicians. I would highly recommend your company.
