    I called Bears for my annual service. As usual, setting up an appointment was quick and easy. On my appointment day, Tanner contacted me that he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He was very kind, professional and thorough! He inquired if I had other questions, which I did, and he was extremely knowledgeable in answering them and offering suggestions. I would highly recommend Bears Solutions as one of the best companies to work with! Ask for Tanner- he did a wonderful job!

    Christopher Kowalski from Bears Home solution came out for a routine HVAC heating tune up. While at my home I showed him an air purification system that was installed back in 2021 purchase by another company. I told him the system work 3 months before it began to have issues. I reached out to the company it was bought from but they could not find the part that I needed. Christopher said we have new systems that do the same purification. I told Christopher I was interested and please send me a quote. The following morning I received 4 quotes and a page that explained the up keep cost of each system. The quotes included removal of old system. This made my decision on what air purification would work best for me. I decided on the IAQ 3000 which has an FM2 Germicidal UVC system/UVV oxidizing lamp and an Polarized filter. Christopher arrived the next day to install the system. Explained how each component worked/what requires servicing after 2 years and how to adjust oxidizing lamp levels. Christopher gave me insight into what capabilities my 9 year old HVAC system had to operate the new purification equipment. I am very happy Christopher was my HVAC specialist on this project and I will continue to use him going forward.30 December 2024Heat unit was Service by Cody Brush. A great gentlemen who talked me through what he was doing. I even learned about how some components work. I highly recommend Bears Home Solution and there team of skilled employees. Been using there services for over 4 years and have not had any issues.

    I recently had a technician named Colin come to perform a furnace tune-up, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. From the moment they arrived, they were professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needed to be done.The technician conducted a thorough inspection, cleaned the necessary components, and made a few adjustments to improve efficiency. They were respectful of my home and ensured everything was left tidy afterward. I appreciated their transparency about any potential issues without being pushy about additional services.Since the tune-up, the furnace is running smoothly, and Im confident it will perform well through the colder months. He is a true professional not only in his knowledge, but also in his thoroughness and ability to explain what was wrong as well as what we can do to minimize future issues.     I was very pleased with the service of Bears Home Solutions technician Alex when he came to my home yesterday.He is very knowledgeable, extremely likable, and did a thorough inspection of my heat pump, plenum, and gas furnace.He explained his findings, as well as his recommendations, so I was well informed as to what I wanted done. I did opt for two of those recommendations.Overall, I was very satisfied with Alex and Bears Home Solutions.

    We needed a new furnace/air conditioning system will all new duct work. We were referred to Bears. We started our process with Dave Hodgson who was extremely helpful, accommodating, and thorough. Nice man and very professional. He went above and beyond even making a second trip to the house with the installer and a new plan was devised. Everything was explained very thoroughly, and we proceeded accordingly.On the first day on installation, Blaine Lenoir, Matt and James showed up and began the process. Blaine was a great leader and everything went according to plan. He and his team did a great job. These guys were efficient, hard workers, pleasant and three of the nicest guys you will ever meet. As promised, we were never without heat, dust was kept to a minimal, they cleaned up every day and the project was completed on time. They went above and beyond working and cleaning in the super small crawl space. The new system is working great, and we are so happy we chose Bears Home Solution.Last Saturday, we had a water drainpipe break. With just having our furnace system put in, we learned Bears also did plumbing. My husband called Bears and within 1.5 hours Mike Boeddeker was at our house, fixing the pipe problem. Another nice and pleasant guy who knew his stuff. He had the pipe fixed in no time. He did a great job. Another very satisfied customer.

    I had my old furnace crap out on me over one of the coldest weekends of the winter and Bears Home Solutions came in and helped me out as soon as they could. They sent me a great on call guy named Scott who was great. Then they sent me Blaine and Brock to take out my old unit and get me a, much needed, new unit. These guys were extremely personable and just really good dudes. Thankfully I was able to get them on such short notice, as having two little boys sleeping in a cold house is no fun for anyone. Thanks again gentlemen, me and my family appreciates you all.

    Called Bears Home Solutions a furnace issue, and Scott was there in about 45 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed within the first 5 minutes and determined the possible avenues to take. He had a temporary fix in place quickly and helped us make an appointment for the next step. Scott was answered all questions and was very professional.

    They gave me a quote time of Noon- 2pm. The Technician text me and called , arriving at 11:45!!!! Christopher Kowalski jumped right to it , took the AC unit apart , diagnosed the issue, fixed it and had the AC running again at 12:25pm!!!! He explained everything he was doing, showed me the part he was replacing, pointing out the difference between the old one and the new one. Then , taking customer service over the top, asked me if I had a rack and cleaned out the leaves around the unit. I was shocked. And so grateful I ended up with him to fix my problem.Good customer service is so hit and miss these days. I guess I just expect the worst. Today was refreshing.What an absolute awesome experience. I cannot say enough good things about the service I got today. 1000% recommend Christopher Kowalski and Bears Home Solutions.Thank you.

    My sewage was backed up in my house and at that point I realized that I have very limited knowledge in the field of plumbing.That was until I called Bears Home Solutions and fortunately they sent out Steve Williams. Steve sent a text informing me that he was on his way and then called to gather basic information in order to gather the proper equipment for the job.When Steve arrived I informed him that I had another company attempt to fix the same problem a month before but failed. Steve explained everything he was doing and i really appreciated learning the different possibilities of the problem and the solutions.Unfortunately Steve was not able to fix the problem that night. I let him know that I would be calling the the previous company to check if they guaranteed their work and then paid him and he left.This was an after 5 call but early the next morning I received a text from Steve still contemplating the problems with my plumbing. This guy went out of his way to help me even when I had no expectations of help from him.As I told Steve he is a true professional and people do not forget that. The other company ended up coming back the next day and have claimed to solve the problem at no charge.Rest assured the next time I have plumbing problems I will be calling Bears Home Solutions and ask for Steve.

    Technician was great as always. I just didnt agree on the price he said the coupon really doesnt apply to me that it only applies to in town and I was more than patient willing to reschedule my time for this appointment I just feel the coupons should have been honored for the 109 and mileage shouldnt have been included because I was inconvenient for moving around my schedule so that way I can make today work for the technicians of service my furnace. It is not the technicians fault for the price I believe that something the front office should adjust when sending out coupons to trail county I have no problem having you guys come out to service my furnace but a little more upfront pricing would be nice I give the technician five star for everything he did

He always makes sure that everything is installedproperly and works right. Steve always explains what he is doing and I always have an estimate too. Steve has done quite a bit of work in my home this past year. He put in a beautiful walk in shower,new bathroom vanity, and a new ADA compliant toilet.     We purchased a Slayton 36 Kozy Heat Fireplace from Bears and couldnt be happier with their work and the fireplace! We appreciated the communication from the office as to when the technicians would arrive at our home. They did everything from framing the fireplace to venting it out our existing chimney. Blaine and Ryan did a beautiful job installing the interlocking stone panels around the fireplace and went above the call of duty to leave us as more than satisfied customers. The technicians were all very respectful and courteous, leaving their workspace spotless.     Our sump pump quit working properly this morning and Brad from Bears Home Solutions quickly dispatched Braden to our residence knowing this was an issue with the rain weve recently had.     We bought a house with a poorly working heater. We froze our first winter here. And paid K$ for fuel oil. After being unhappy with other furnace companies, we found Bears and cant tell you how happy we are with them! They replaced our heaters, added a heater, changed our water heater, and installed a fireplace - all jobs I had been dreaming about for years. They also supervised the installation of new gas service and found a leak in the system. And while they were installing the furnace they let us know that if it got cold before they finished, theyd bring out space heaters for us. They finished on time and on budget with impeccable craftsmanship. I cant recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Bears, this past winter was the most comfortable winter weve had in over 20 years while also spending the least on propane or fuel oil. We call them for any job they do. If we could give them more than 5 stars or rate them higher than Highly Recommended, we would. Taylor is THE BEST!!!

    Brent and Alex did an earnest job installing new HVAC system today. Clean, courteous and professional. Old system out and everything cleaned up. Unfortunately they couldnt get the a/c compressor to cycle and turned it over to a service technician. Nothing is perfect, I feel a little sorry for them leaving a new system installed but not working. Bears will get it done! When its working as it should theyll get the other star!

    Wow. Outstanding job. The whole process was terrific. At the very start, Brad Olson did a great job scheduling my out of town job to minimize the trips.Steve, the Master plumber who did my job, was first rate in all ways. First of all, my property is 45 miles out of town. Brad told me to expect Steve between 8 and 10 AM. That was great as I had appointments later in the morning. But, they arrived at 7:40 AM, and again, this is for an out of town job. I told Steve I was already impressed!They did fantastic work, very prompt, extremely clean, and the job was done in a very timely manner. I had two sump pits excavated, with all of the cement work, with a Wifi monitoring and battery backup system. All is working great, and the finish of the job in very professional.Did I mention how clean the job was? Even with breaking through the concrete floor and hauling out the excavated dirt and hauling in the drainage rock there was not a speck of dirt on the floors.Steve also noticed my expansion tank on my water heater had failed, and on the same trip out they were finishing the sump pit and sump pump work he replaced that. Also extremely professionally done.I have had other plumbing companies to my property and they have clearly cut corners. Not this team.If you want it done right, on time, and with the absolute highest quality work, use Bears. Ask for Steve.No on the other hand, please dont, as I dont want him to be too busy to do my future jobs!😉

    Blaine and Alex installed my Chaska 34 gas fireplace. Courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, doesnt begin to describe them. Blaine was up on my roof and had the new exhaust system up and the old one down in no time. Apollo sent Steve and Mitchell to prepare for today and they were also excellent in all ways, professional and great guys.I stopped into Bears to drop off stuff and Megan and Tina gave me full demonstration of my fireplace in the show room. Taylor gave me a great package deal and hand picked the features of my fireplace personally to match my taste and budget perfectly. He chose good! The best part is if a blizzard knocks out power, I can stay warm via the battery ignition on my fireplace and it has a thermostat, auto pilot mode, and awesome remote control and features.I dont normally do reviews, and its hard to impress me by just doing your job. But every name mentioned were awesome and went above and beyond. They even did all the paperwork I need for rebates, warranty, and tax incentives. Get your heating bought now and use Bears. New Federal mandates will be driving them up next year. Im so glad my friend referred me here. I got aeroseal free with my purchases.     Woke up to a non working furnace. Called Bears and they were able to dispatch somebody out a few hours later. Tim arrived and was able to identify the issue within minutes and replaced the part. While he was here I asked about a UV oxidizer for the furnace due to my horrible allergies. Tim was able to work it in his schedule and had it installed in no time. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining things. Ease of payment via email is also a huge bonus for someone like myself. Hands down one of the most professional, friendly and dependable businesses Ive worked with. Thank you Tim and Bears 🐻!

    The plumber Steve who came out was great! He was very professional and was happy to tackle the challenges a house built in 1900 had. He installed all new shower fixtures as well as a new drain line and a new shut off valve for the main. He was also able to give us good estimates on future projects we are planning on doing, as well as answer lots of plumbing questions we had for issues we had been dealing with.I like that the company software they use allow the plumber to give quick and accurate cost totals, so we could decide what we wanted done that day and what we would hold off on. I live in Thief River, and while there is a milage charge, I would still highly recommend this company and plan on using them for all future plumbing projects.

    We needed a sump pump replaced which was wearing out and not operating efficiently. A faucet in the kitchen needed to be replaced and an upstairs shower needed updating. Steve went through all the options available giving us an estimate on the different choices. He checked on the warranty for the kitchen faucet and it was still warranted . The bathroom shower he described a new style which was a perfect fit for our needs. The best part was that all the needed items were available the next day and installation completed the next day. Our yearly maintenance techs were here in the 2 day period and finished everything on time and all is working well. We are pleased with all of the service.

    Great experience!My husband and I recently bought our first home and had been told we should reach out to bear home solutions to explain and check up on our heat system (radiator heating). Never having owned a home (let alone on over a home 100 years old haha) we had no clue on how our boiler or heating system worked, Braeden did very well explaining all of it to me and answered all our questions In a way that was easy to understand. He also tuned up our radiators and they are working now so much better!

    Alex from Bears Home Solutions came out and cleaned my fireplace, did a tune-up and installed a uv system in our furnace, and cleaned up and fixed our garage heater. He did excellent work and explained everything in a manner I could understand. Would highly recommend!Alex just came back for our a/c maintenance and did an excellent job. Still highly recommend!

    Mitch was dispatched to our newly acquired manufactured home to disconnect the AC pump unit and capture the freon. We were not at the location at all during the process. Mitch found the pump had no service ports and called me as he was concerned if the extra costs to us after the home was moved. He very knowledgeably explained the processes that will be used in setting the unit up again. The entire operation was contactless but everything went smoothly as though we were there watching him.
