    Highly recommend and Thermal Air Team to the rescue! I had a problem with my house furnace that is 13 years old and on Monday evening after midnight (of course the best time to stop working) and had to go to work in 6 hours. Daryl came out to see the problem, he advised that in addition to the flame sensor needing replacement there were other parts that were starting to fail, like the blower motor bearing noisy and induction fan motor starting to short out. He got the furnace working before he left since the outside temp was -3F degrees (heat wave for end of March). I also wanted the ignitor to be replaced also since other parts were going to be replaced. Within just two days later / Wednesday at noon, I received a text / call that the parts were in. They were able to have there technician Joey came out that day Wednesday evening and replace all 4 items and was completed by 5:30pm. I can not thank Thermal Air Team more than enough for Outstanding and Very Quick Service. Again, thank you so very much!

    Best kept secret in town. Thermal Air is the ONLY contractor I call when I need HVAC or plumbing work done at my house. Ive had Daryl and his team install a garage heater for me, install a new garbage disposal, a Radon mitigation system, as well as maintenance on my AC/furnace. His team is always on time, very polite, and dont leave a mess when they leave.

    Out of heat tonight, called Thermal Air! He walked me through what was wrong with our house. Had nothing to do with them and all the service they’ve done for us. We were out of propane! And when it was filled, he let me know how to reset everything I needed! Best company in town!

    After many years in our house my wife recently suggested we test for radon. We purchased a charcoal test and sent it in for analysis. The result was 29. EPA recommends remediation if above 4. I borrowed a digital tester from our local library and it confirmed high levels in the basement. I searched websites of local companies that do radon mediation and saw Thermal Air specifically dealt with it. I also found them listed on the ND State Health department site and had a good recommendation from a local City official. I called Thermal Air and Terra returned my call promptly. She scheduled an appointment for Darrel, the owner, to come out and review the situation. He came out after business hours because he was attending classes on a certification. He arrived with a technician and spent an hour reviewing and discussing options. We have 2 sump pits and I thought we may need to pipe them both. Darren said we should cap both pits but only pipe one. Plan B would be to add a 2nd fan if needed. He submitted a price within 2 days and we it was reasonable and fair. We worked with Terra on getting the proposal signed. They scheduled us for the following week. The technician, Nick, was on time, efficient and personable. He kept us posted as to his progress and had the work done in 5 or 6 hours. He said he had completed quite a few of these systems. Nick was easy to get along with and projected a trustworthy personality. Terra said they will return after two weeks to test the air using their high end tester which is currently underway. This test takes 48 hours. I kept the library tester for my own curiosity. The readings have been all under 0.50. The system is definitely working. We highly recommend Thermal Aire for radon systems.

    They were great. The office was fantastic at scheduling the repair. The tech was on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem the original installer could not. For several years I have asked, begged, and challenged the original installer to make the system they installed to work with no results. Thermal Air in one visit not only fixed the original installers failures they made improvements.
