    I discovered one evening that my water heater had been leaking and formed a large puddle in my basement. I thought of Marion Plumbing immediately because I had heard of other peoples positive experiences, but their professionalism, speed, and patience far exceeded the expectations I had formed from written and word of mouth reviews.I spoke with Steve, the owner, who walked me through my options, relative costs, and answered all my questions. A day after speaking to him, he had two of his employees at my home and, from the time they arrived until the time they left, it couldnt have been much more than an hour, and I once again had hot water. To be frank, Im sure there are other fine plumbers in the area, but when a company treats its customers this well, why would you go elsewhere?

    I highly recommend them. I had my hot water heater replaced. Steve took care of all of the paperwork and dealt with the rental company. His crew arrived on time, and had the new hot water tank installed in less than an hour. Very professional. No mess. Excellent service.

    We had a 14 YO water heater needing replacement. They called me right back after my initial call and communicated extremely well regarding my options. They sent a very reasonable quote over and were at my house within a week. They showed up on time, and were done within an hour. Everything was so easy and they were extremely reliable. I would absolutely recommend this company!

    Marion Plumbing was extremely helpful for my needs. My purchased a new home and we identified that we needed a new Hot Water Heater. Steve was extremely understanding and clear in exactly what the cost breakdown was and was not pushing products on me at all.The install was on time and done correctly right away. I will definitely use them again and it was a great experience from start to finish!

    Marion Plumbing were fantastic to work with for our hybrid electric water heater installation. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and reasonably priced. They did everything in a timely manner and were very pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend them if youre thinking of getting a new water heater and trust theyd do an equally good job for any of their other services.

    Steve picked up my first call for a hot water heater repair. My old unit was 13 yes old and no longer in production and was honest that repairing wasn’t a wise choice. He reviewed my current setup via texted photos and recommended a new unit he could install the next day. He called back and said he had an opening the same day. He and his crew came an hour later to install a new unit and haul off the old one. All of this after a competitor said they couldn’t even come give me a quote for nine days. Very impressed and my whole family is happy again.

    Marion covered a warranty contract for my water heater after it blew Sunday night. I got a call Monday morning and they had a crew there that day. The crew was prompt, efficient and very professional. I will absolutely call them again when I need a plumber.

    Steve really helped out when I was in a bind. Water heater blew the previous night at a rental, water everywhere. He responded to my call, I sent him pictures and details and he was able to replace it that day. All it good and back in order.
