I contacted A&A septic to get an inspection done on my existing septic system and to do a locate on underground pipes. Emma was very responsive via email and was able to get my inspection scheduled on short notice and sent me a message when Kyle was on his way. Kyle was extremely knowledgable about septic systems in Grand County, didnt try to sell me on a pump/clean-out or repairs I didnt need, and spent the time to explain things to me (and politely told me to be quiet when he needed to focus). I highly recommend A&A and will definitely contact them for my future septic needs.

Having our system pumped after a long time was money well spent. Having A&A Septic take care of it was the best decision. The customer support was fantastic, my phone calls were either answered or my calls were returned promptly, with all my questions answered. I had the chance to speak with the tech, and he completely explained my system and how to best manage it for the longest system life.

Very responsive in scheduling a time to look at our system. They came out with all the right equipment, knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly. They were very professional and charged a reasonable price. We will continue to use this business for our maintenance and emergency needs - although hopefully not a lot of emergencies(!)

We had a mess with a sewer backup in our townhouse complex. It was a very difficult and complex sewer clog. Shelby came in late in the day and worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. We were so grateful he was able to come in quickly. Other companies would not do that type of work or were unavailable for several days. Thanks so much to A&A Septic.

Thank you A&A Septic!!!Our septic system outlet was frozen and we called on a Saturday just expecting to leave a message and the office answered and said they would try and service us on Sunday. Shelby arrived Sunday afternoon and thawed the outlet and discovered other problems leading to digging and removing the lid. He did all this and got us back into service! We appreciate the prompt service and reasonable charge. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all our septic needs in the future.
