My 40 year old water filters failed right before Thanksgiving - I was left with no cooking or drinking water while providing a large dinner for a family gathering. Not an easy prospect. Water Pro came right away, tested the water and made recommendations. I got the evaluations and recommendations within days and when I decided to go with both a whole house and an RO filtering system, they got right on it even though it was an extremely busy holiday season. The staff who came out were truly knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. I have a much better system and the layout of the plumbing is much improved. Also, I got other estimates for the systems and, even though not cheap, their estimates were reasonable and not the most expensive I received. I will gladly look forward to their yearly service and feel I am in good hands.

We were skeptical anything could improve our well water here in the Mathews Courthouse area. After years of hauling 5 gallon jugs of drinking water and driving to Gloucester for it, I decided to see if Water Pro could help. Wed had a good experience with them before, so I scheduled a consultation with Luke. Quickly and promptly, Luke tested our water and mapped out a new whole house filter for us. He said that reverse osmosis would improve our drinking water to bottled water quality. I agreed and the installation was scheduled soon after. The installation techs showed up promptly and had the whole shebang installed in a couple of hours. Once the system was flushed, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the water and agree that it is now as good or better than bottled. The final result was a really quickly scheduled and professional job and great water. We would heartily recommend Water Pro and their RO system for anyone, especially here in Mathews, who is tired of hauling or buying water.

Seriously cannot recommend this company enough. They sent a tech over who was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough analysis and helped me use my existing equipment more efficiently. He offered the best options but never pressured me to buy anything. I will call them first whenever I have a water or well problem or question.

New house. New water well. Horrible sulfur (rotten egg) smell. The water was not usable. Water Pro installed a whole-house system. Problem solved. Completely. The folks in the office are fantastic. The techs are very knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. It aint cheap! But it solves your water problem - for good. My highest recommendation to Water Pro.

I contacted water pro after having issues with a 1.5 year old water heater malfunction due to hard water. I asked around and ended up being referred to water pro from a coworker who took a water sample in for me. Brian with water pro tested the water for me at no charge and told me exactly what was in it. We have a 300’ well and had hard water with sediment issues which explained the build up on the 2 heating elements that were replaced in the water heater. He recommended a water softener but did say the water was perfectly safe to drink and use and did not pressure us into purchasing anything from them at all. I asked him what would help us get rid of the issues we were having and he told us about the water softening/filtering systems and explained it to me but never once pressured me to purchase. After talking it over with my wife we decided to purchase a system through them to prolong our newer appliances and get rid of our issues. Brian set us up with the install in less than a week and at a GREAT price considering the time and effort the technician took to install. The technician was super friendly and took the time to help us find a good spot in the house for the install that would be most beneficial. The finished job looked perfect and the system look great. It was evident from the start these people care about their customers and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their water quality!!!

We recently purchased a home that has a reverse osmosis system in it. That system was installed by WaterPro by the previous owner. We called to get a free water inspection and to learn how to take care of the system. Jacob was so kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He had a great demeanor. He made sure all our questions were answered and explained the system to my husband. He showed him the filters in the crawl space. We ended up deciding to have WaterPro do the filter changes in the future. WaterPro is definitely lucky to have Jacob as a “face” for their company.

There was no pressure to upgrade to a new system, even though our old system was in really bad condition. They upgraded my softener system and everyone was great to work with. Their customer service is top notch and I would highly recommend them.

They attend to all my water needs inc periodic maintenance on the softener they installed, my well and pump maintenance, RO filters etc. Couldnt be happier with the Office staff and the Service Technicians. Fast service, I had the pressure tank replaced on my well pump, There crew was friendly and knowledgeable of what they were doing. I had so many water leaks in my pump house, after they got done with the job , they even fixed the leaks, which was not part of problem , now I have a dry pump house. Thanks WaterPro !! Great Job!! I have been using water pro for years and they handle my water softener and reverse osmosis filtration. But yesterday, I needed their help in connecting an under the counter ice maker that replaced one that had died. I thought that I could do it, but I did not have the transition connector. I spoke with Claire at Water Pro and she checked their schedule and was able to get someone to come by that afternoon and connect the ice maker. Not only did they connect the ice maker, but they filled the water softener with salt too. Great customer service always and they go beyond what is expected.

I had Water Pro replace an old inoperative pressure tank and softener system. Julie in the office scheduled everything, Tommy and his crew came out and removed the old system then installed the new system and added an RO system under the kitchen sink. A few weeks later Steve came out to check the settings on the softeners and checked the operation. I couldnt be happier with the everyone I spoke to or showed up to perform the work.
