My tankless hot water heater busted over the weekend. I called about a dozen plumbers in the area and not only was Mark the first one that came out and inspect the damage, he has a new system installed in less than 24 hours and to top it all off he was easily the most affordable option I found. He gave me multiple options, explained how to best take care of the system and didn’t try to up charge me and gave 0 pressure to pay more than I needed to. 100% will be recommending to everyone who needs someone who cares and will work with you. Water heater went out on a Sat morning. Billy came at 10 & got us hot water quickly. Unfortunately our water heater was outdated. They installed a new 1 on Thursday @ a good price. Technicians were excellent.

I meant to leave this review for awhile now. Over the years I have dealt with several businesses and by far this company is one to be trusted. I will never have anyone else fix , repair or replace anything in my home except for Mark.Everything is explained so you understand why and what they are doing, pricing upfront , professional, neat and clean work always . Wish you guys had a business in New Jersey as well .

Hello, Good people of Va and surrounding area,well let me start by saying.Me and my wife thank God for, Mr Mark Sr and his company ,we had a whole house renovation,all the plumbing, whole new havac system had to be installed ductwork and all , this is a old house we brought it had wall base boards, Mr Mark came and seen our project and gave us some very good advice and ,and recommended what would be best for what we were doing ,He did not put pressure us was just sharing his knowledge what would be best for the square footage of our home and would be more efficient for the square footage we have.You heard the old saying you get what you pay for , well let me tell you if you have The Fire & Water Company do any job from electrical,havac,plumbing ,water treatment for some clean drinking water,you will get a whole lot more because they go above and beyond the call of duty.And a very friendly staff and excellent workers and all very knowledgeable. A trustworthy company.If you want someone who cares and of course they have to make a living.But they are not going take your money and run they will be there for you and believe me you will not be disappointed. Came out to try and get us water comming from our well that had lost prime. The father and son team worked diligently for 2 hrs. Recieved bill today..no charge.

Fire and Water Company installed whole house generator, gas stove and gas fireplace insert for us. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent. Highly recommend!
