Had trouble with my water this week and they had somebody here at 830am on a Saturday to get it fixed! Bill and his guys were wonderful, he explained everything and was determined to get it fixed today which he did!! Thank you so much for all the information and getting it done we really appreciate it!! Would highly recommend him and I for sure will be asking for him if there ever is another issue in the future.

We love Hodges & Bryant! Weve used them for years, and they are always responsive, kind and professional....but our recent experience puts them in the 6 stars category;). A lightning strike and resulting power surge reeked havoc on multiple systems in the house. As we had mostly used them for just straight plumbing jobs, they were not my first call...and it was only facing multiple road blocks over two weeks that I reached out to them for advice - and discovered they could fix all of our issues. Didnt even know they sold dishwashers on site and they fixed our mini-split as well. Danny is wonderful, as is all of the staff. Thank you, H&B!

I highly, highly recommend the business, Hodges & Bryant LLC! Our water wasnt working. I called them and a nice lady named Ann answered my call. She was extremely polite and told me someone would call me back soon. As she had said, Danny called me back promptly and notified me that someone would be to my home by 10:30am. At 10am (early), two employees, Robert and Byrun, were at my home to identify my water issue. They were very professional, identified the problems, and were on their way by 10:35am. I was, and still am, so relieved that my family and I didnt have to wait days to have our water fixed. From the moment I called this business , I was treated well, like a valued customer. I cant thank these guys enough! Went to bed with no water after a lot of troubleshooting, so we started calling everyone at 8am this morning. Most companies were not able to come out for days.The lady that answered the phone assured me they do not like customers to go without water and they would call back to schedule. Within 15 mins we got a call back stating someone would be there within the next 20 mins. The young gentleman showed up super fast, was professional and spoke to my husband and myself equally. He fixed the issue in no time and also gave us some pointers on what to maintain and watch for in the future.Our water was up in running in less than 2 hours from our first call with Hodges & Bryant. I couldnt be happier as a new customer, now customer for life!

Don and DJ from Hodges and Bryant did a very good job installing a new dishwasher. They arrived right on time. Removing the old dishwasher was a challenge, but they were efficient and cheerful about this task. Don and DJ were polite and knowledgeable. Don showed me how to use the new dishwasher. I believe that these two men are representative of the employees at Hodges and Bryant, so this must be an excellent business.

Our ac wouldn’t blow cold air the other day, we went there to buy a part which ultimately didn’t fix the issue.. called them this morning to get somebody to come out and didn’t expect to hear back til tomorrow. They came out checked the problem and within an hour had the whole thing fixed! Turns out the compacitor was ok and it was the circuit board. Thank you guys! Very professional, nice timely! Amazing!

We needed a well part on a Saturday. I called at 11:45. They close at 12. The gentleman told us he would wait even though we were 20+ mins away. He gave us a discount & helped with fittings as well. I was scheduled to meet them another day which was fine, (a 4 hour round trip for me), but I didnt complain. Well Danny called me back about 15 minutes later to say he found a crew that could come right away.they were in Deltaville in 20 minutes and ready to work.They did an excellent job and cleaned up. When we found water leaking into our home on a Sunday night, we werent sure who to call. After talking to some companies on the peninsula, we decided to call Hodges and Bryant. They were here within a couple of hours of calling them Monday morning. After an initial assessment and a need to go back for more tools, they got to work and had the leak repaired within a few hours. We were rather concerned because we were never given an estimate prior to them starting the work. In fact, we didnt get a bill for a couple of weeks afterward. I will say I was expecting $thousands and the bill was actually $hundreds. We referred this company to a friend who was having a similar problem but unfortunately, he was told that this company does not service the VA peninsula. I will call Hodges and Bryant again if I am in need of a good plumber and will refer to any of my friends.

All I can say is THANK YOU to everyone beginning with the lady I spoke to on the phone, she was polite, and showed that she cared about helping me. I have 3 year old twins and my ac had been out for almost a month because another company (m&holmes) told me nothing was wrong with my system. My babies were constantly on breathing treatments because of the ac not working correctly. Danny made sure to send me a window unit until my parts came in and were installed. The techs that came out were amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. The cost to repair my unit was fair. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you all once again!

Hodges & Bryant showed up when expected. Very professional, knew what they were doing, and were very professional. I am a Project Manager who manages construction/maintenance projects for NASA (they didnt know that). This contractor is an A1 contractor and who I will use again. They fixed the issue in short order and I appreciate their services. In detail they pulled my well equipment and associated piping to replace the foot valve. It didnt go easy for them but through professionalism and perseverance they accomplished the task. I recommend their services if you need anything plumbing.

Our packaged system was down during the winter and we had called another local big competitor in Hayes. They said we needed a new unit that was $10k and our system was no good. We used plug in heaters and our electric bill was through the roof. We called Hodges and Bryant, Gloucester and they came out the same day. They replaced the fan motor, fuse, and burnt wire. The two service men were very professional and clean. The owner of the business was soooo nice and respectful. Total was around $500 and the heat worked perfectly for the cold month. Now we have turned on the a/c and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for any heat/ac work that you may need. I cant thank you enough for fixing our seasoned unit.
