    Robert and his son, Dylan, were awesome today! They came within an hour of my call for an emergency hose faucet repair (when trying to remove a rusted old hose the pex water pipe snapped). Within no time they had the house water back on and a new hose faucet added with a shutoff. In addition to being able to finish up my yard work, my old Collingswood house will also be super easy to winterize. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for any other future plumbing needs :)

    I have used Bukowski Plumbing twice for plumbing issues in my home. Both times, my calls were taken personally by the owner, Robert, who listened to my concerns and asked follow-up questions to help assess the problem. He promptly scheduled an appointment, called before he came, and arrived on time. I had a whole-house sewer backup which was somewhat complicated to remedy since there was no clean-out. Robert did several procedures and worked until the problem was solved. He clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge.I was especially impressed by his personal response, and that he himself came out to do the work. I’m so glad to have finally found a reliable and professional plumber who is easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing services you might need!

    Needed estimate on a sump pump replacement.Robert responded right away and was at my home within 90 minutes for an estimate. They came out the next morning and completed the job , replacing the unit and running a new discharge line. Great crew , friendly, worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend service and will definitely be a return customer!

    We had an issue with out kitchen sink over a holiday weekend. We called and they answered right away. we explained the situation and they asked if we wanted to them to come right away or wait until after the holiday. We opted to wait as it wasnt an extreme emergency. We were told they would arrive Tuesday morning, and they messaged us that morning and were out within 5 minutes. They looked at the issue and were able to come up with a solution at a very reasonable cost. We were very happy with the service that was provided and will be calling them again for future projects or repairs.
