    Jordan is awesome! He just recently installed a new HVAC system for us but has done other work for us over the years and has always been great! He’s even come over on the weekends or after hours to complete a job to get things back up and running. Kelly who handles his billing is also awesome and has made our larger projects with Jordan seamless.     Jordan has come out two times to my house in the last week and a half for two different jobs. One was for my air conditioner & the other for a garbage disposal/kitchen faucet. Both jobs he had a quick response with excellent communication & both jobs done very professionally…he had respect for my house and cleaned up everything when the jobs were done & I can not say that about contractors I have had in the past. He was honest, straightforward and pricing was very fair. He is definitely my go to person going forward & I’m already making my list of things I need him to come back for.

    Extremely responsive, pricing is very reasonable, the work itself is top notch and always done properly. Best yet they are local to the area and for emergencies have come out for same day repairs. Get their annual service plan and they come out every season to make sure the heater/AC are working properly, they check all plumbing fittings for leaks, and will even measure your water pressure to make sure its within safe limit. If you need HVAC or Plumbing work done, they are the ones to call for sure.

    Great experience with new tankless hot water system install last week! Theyre always ontime, super clean and done right. We also use them for furnace and a/c tune ups the last few seasons. They are our now our go to heating, cooling and plumbing!

    My AC stopped working during a heat wave and I couldn’t find anyone to come out in a reasonable time frame to look at my system.     Jordan is great. Prompt service, answered every question and made replacing our mini-split simple. Job was complete in a single day, within a week of accepting his quote. We spoke upfront about challenges that could pop up and how the quote might be affected. Jordan expertly navigated the few issues that did come up with minimal issue during the install, but there were no real surprises. High marks for communication, professionalism and attention to detail.

    Great service, value and customer service! Jordan met with us and thoroughly explained all of our options for our broken AC unit. He took his time and patiently explained all the time and cost details for both a repair and a new AC unit. Our concerns about the cost of a new unit were fully respected and at no time did we feel we were being steered towards the more expensive replacement option. In the end we went with the full replacement as the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Jordan even followed up the following week immediately to address a concern we had with the evaporation hose. He came by within hours of calling and added some extra ties to the hose to ease our concern of a loose connection. Highly recommend if they service your area.

    I needed a new hot water heater. Jordan came out on a Saturday an hour after I called. He assessed the situation and gave me a price. He came back the very next morning at the time he said he would and installed the new hot water heater and took the old one away. He also fixed a running toilet for me. His service was fast and easy.     I highly recommend this company! I set up an appointment for getting my water heater done, the owner came out on time and on the date that was appointed.     My husband and I bought a new house that needed major renovations. That HVAC Guy was our lifesaver! He did an amazing job on installing the mini-splits for air conditioning and heating, replaced a toilet, installed our kitchen sink, and added drain and supply lines for our washing machine in the basement.     Jordan came on the same day that I contacted him to come take a look at our AC. He made the right diagnosis that it was a wet switch failure (rusted out after 10 years), explained and showed me what was wrong so that I could fix it myself if I wish, and also offer a better solution so it would be much more reliable. In the end, I asked him to do it for me as his price was fair.He wasnt the first HVAC company I asked to look into my AC; the first company was a much bigger company (with almost 2000 reviews of almost 5 stars). The tech from that company was on time and courteous, but made the wrong diagnosis (of zone control board failure) and the company wanted to charge me a thousand for replacing it!In the end, I am very happy with Jordans service; I would use Jordan again for his HVAC service and would recommend him to my friends.

Replaced the hot water tank and was charged a great price , especially for a Sunday! Mentioned we wanted a new HVAC system.     Outstanding service! Our very old AC unit died on Wednesday late in the evening. I called Jordan and he came over within 20 minutes. Unfortunately as expected we needed a whole new unit and also recognized we probably needed to replace our heater at the same time. Jordan explain the entire process to us, gave us options, and in 48 hours I am now sitting in a nice cool house with a new AC and heating unit.
