    Jeff Diem from Russell Brothers is awesome! He updated our 70-year-old plumbing by installing shut off valves at all faucets and replaced our old faucets with pressure balance valves. No more super-hot water in the shower when someone flushes a toilet. Yay!

    This was the first time we used Russell Bros (a referral from another of their customers) and they were great. Jeff installed a shower valve, tub spout, two kitchen faucets plus more minor toilet and loose valve plate issues. He was prompt, knowledgable, willing to spend time to check out the issues, straightforward on pricing (and trying to keep the costs down), coordinated with us easily without hassle, did a great job with each of the above and is high tech w great communications via texts and modern bill paying - no more mailing of checks or calling offices w credit card numbers. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

    Highly recommend Russell Bros!! Jeff has helped us out several times. He replaced our bathroom radiator, moved a gas line, and replaced our hot water heater. He always shows up on time, uses high quality materials, and does really great work. And he’s super responsive with returning calls and sending text updates. We called about our hot water heater after business hours and Jeff had it replaced by the next afternoon. It’s so nice to have an honest, reliable plumber that you can count on!

    Great service! My very old toilet kept running. Instead of telling me it needed to be replaced, Jeff took the time to fix it. Took two visits (the second one at no cost) but it’s fixed. I highly recommend Russell Brothers and will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

    10/10 recommendation. We had a kitchen garbage disposal that quit on us with some additional kitchen plumbing updates needed. I sent in a request for a quote and received a message back quickly. A week later Jeff came out to assess the project and ended up completing the project that day. He was quick and kept our kitchen space clean while he worked. It was also done at a fair price with all the materials included. The new one is much quieter too! We will definitely reach out to them again for future projects.

    I recently had a few small leaks dealing with my old main shut off valve, pressure regulator, and my pressure relief valve on my water heater. I called Russell Brothers and spoke with Jeff. He couldnt have been a nicer guy and scheduled me for only a few days out.Jeff called before coming over asking if the time still works and giving me a heads up he was on his way. He was great to work with and did an amazing job and was very thorough making sure there were no leaks. He cleaned everything up, even wiping up any foot prints tracked into our house from the previous days snow. Very professional!If you are looking for a plumber please definitely consider using Russell Brothers.
