    Last week I came home to find cool air coming through the vents. Last year, my pilot light went out twice so I thought this was the issue again. In the morning I called the last contractor who had serviced the furnace only to be told that it would be 4 days before someone could come out. This was unacceptable so I started looking for a local HVAC company. I called ODonnell and spoke with the owner John and he had Mike come out in less than an hour. The pilot light was lit and heat was restored. Since the furnace was old and this would probably be a recurring issue, I decided to have a new furnace installed. One day later, Mike and his associate returned and by the end of the day, I had a new working furnace. I am so satisfied with ODonnell that I would definitely rate this company as 5 star and would offer the highest recommendation.

    I called on a Friday morning with no heat. Chance was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the issue - turns out I needed a new system… but on Monday morning, Chance and John arrived and replaced the system! While they were doing their quality assurance checks after replacing the system, they noticed some potential issues. They stayed 2 hours later than needed to make sure all parts were operating to optimum efficiency to ensure I didn’t have any issues after they left. Truly a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

    Peco came by last night saying we had a hazardous level of carbon monoxide coming out of our heater so we had to immediately shut everything off! i called multiple places and everyone said they didnt have appointments until after Christmas! I called O’donnells & they sent technician chance out within 30 minutes of me calling! Chance was such a gentleman and he did super fast work at such a great price! it was my very first time using this company & i will absolutely use them again if we have any problems that need to be fixed in the future! Thank you so so so so much guys! Without you we wouldnt have heat in this 20 degree weather! fast, friendly, & great prices!

    Gary came to our home today and provided great service. We recently moved to a new house and the water heater stopped working unexpectedly. Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable, and on time, he also asked upfront if we had a home warranty to cover the work with their selected provider. He tried to upsell me on some service packages, but did it in a really respectful, no pressure way. This is the kind of honest service you want from a local company. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

    We have needed ODonnell services several times over the last few months - some major and minor problems with our older home. We have found everyone at ODonnells to be professional and have been very happy with the service. John Nicolella has handled several of our issues and we are very happy with his work.We will recommend this company without hesitationId also like to give high marks to Gary and Dan. Gary was the project manager for a big job that was done efficiently from start to finish.Dealing with Dan to coordinate calls is always a pleasure. The office always follows up after a job is completed to make sure all is well.

    I can’t say enough great things about O’Donnell! John N. and Chance did an amazing job this week at our home. It was a two day job and they were on time and pleasant both days. The entire team from the office, to the techs to John Odonnell himself were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me . To find out you need a complete new HVAC system a year after you buy your first home is not fun, and they were understanding of every question I had along the way. We had a complete install of an outdoor unit, furnace and new hot water heater and the finished product is to perfection! I highly recommend O’Donnell Plumbing Heating and Air and will be a customer for life!

    Robert is an excellent tech! He came out to solve an early morning leak---- found what was wrong and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He had previously serviced my property with a different owner and I really appreciated his knowledge and information and it really bestowed my trust in him and the company. I highly recommend this company.

    We needed a new heating and ac unit. They had a good selection and very affordable. They did a quality job, very through, responsable crew. They explained with details the job and finish on time. I strongly recommend them and also you are supporting a local business if you are from Glenside/Jenkintown/ Abington area.

    On our a/c inspection today, John was very friendly, well-groomed, clean and professional--very competent and willing to answer questions. We have relied on ODonnells for many years for our heat pump and plumbing and they have always done a good job and treated us with respect.

    John was awesome. The heat pump of our new home began making a frightful noise and the temperature in the house began to drop, just one week after we moved in. And in the middle of a blizzard, of course. I used the live chat feature on the website, and John was at our door at 8:30 a.m. the next day. He diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes. Another member of the team even drove out with one more part that was needed so John could finish the whole job in one visit. Truly exceptional service!

    Called O Donnell plumbing and heating got appt immediately, was seen same day in less than 2 hours. This company sent picture and profile of technician that was coming ( nice right) The technicians name was John . He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like a doctor was here seeing his patient. He wanted to know of any problems, had I started the system, if so what had I done and why, then gave me some very helpful education. He did a thorough evaluation of the system, explained his analysis and suggested things that could help to give longer life to system. JOHN came as the technician, became a teacher and left me feeling confident that I had indeed picked the right company O Donnell Heating. I thank them for having people like John working for them... great workmanship!! I really learned a lot today and now have a company I can trust.

    My initial call to the company went very well - the courteous staff handled my request, and gave me a time estimate that made sense. I got a MMS message with a picture and a short bio of my technician - Gary - when they were ready to head over to my townhome. Gary was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even when he and another technician had to move some junk out of the way, they handled it quickly, calmly, and kept things tidy. Gary went about handling my particular issue in a logical fashion and kept me up to date on what they were checking and working on at regular intervals. I could not ask for more.

    So this morning we found out the hard way (mid shower) that our heat wasnt working nor our hot water. We have a toddler son and his room gets cold easily at night so we really did not have much time to wait. The previous home owners had the unit installed by these guys so I figured I would give them a call as their info was on the unit. I called them at 10:30 this morning and the guys were here by noon! They were super chill and got our system back up and running in an hour. They also gave us an estimate for future work since our one valve will likely need replaced in the near future. Cant beat quick and efficient service, especially with a toddler on bath day lol

They serviced our high-efficiency AC unit, changed a water filter for our house line and offered experienced advice, and work in a very efficient timeframe. The job involved a minor faucet leak, but it required going into a crawl space to get access. Steve was professional and efficient.
