Our water tank started leaking last night. We called Hophan at 9pm. They answered, scheduled for the next morning, arrived on time, swapped the old tank and got us running again by early afternoon. Service was fast and costs were reasonable.

These guys have saved me 5 times since Ive owned my 100 year old house in Glenside. So far, theyve repaired the controller to my outdoor AC air handling unit, replaced the water pressure valve on my main waterline, repaired the electronic control on my furnace, replaced my failing water heater, and today Dan and Ryan came to fix a blockage in my main waste line to the sewer that I tried to fix myself but failed. Theyre always prompt, always courteous, always reasonable, and the repairs have stayed repaired. I wont call anyone else.

I have absolutely nothing but confidence in the work that Ryan does. He’s also super flexible and will always help out with any extra things that he can get to.I originally called him over to check water in the basement because I thought I’d have to get a French drain which would cost like $20,000. He suggested to put new gutters up and it totally fix the problem. He could’ve made $20,000 off of me but instead he was just honest and told us how to fix the problem. I really respect that..On another call, we had them come over to install some drains Fossetts, a dishwasher and a sink and some garbage disposals. He said he could do everything when the parts come in at different times, but it would cost more money so instead he waited a few weeks and he did all the work in one day and probably saved us for five grand.again really respect and appreciate the company .Most recently we had him replace our entire boiler system. It was a massive job and he got it done in one day had to reschedule things tons of times because we had to go out of town and we had to wait for parts to come in and again did everything they cost and time effective manner.

I was very satisfied with their service. They came out to check a leak in the ceiling and were not hasty about tearing through the wall. They also did not charge me for an initial inspection. When they came out the following Monday, it ended up being a simple calk job in the shower, which they could have easily charged for, but again did not. They also replaced the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Hophan!

Had a kitchen sink leak. They were able to come out right away. Fixed the leak and replaced the kitchen sink faucet within an hour. Very professional and courteous. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my AC for 2 days, I called Hophan this morning and within an hour after I called they showed up and fixed the problem for now but the unit is 21 years old and I need a new one. Im going to go with them for the new one. They are fast, friendly , courteous & explained everything to a first time home owner. If you need plumbing, heating or AC work I would highly recommend them.
