Adam came out to fix my gutter downspout that was clogged underground. He gave me a fair estimate and went to work immediately. He used the hydro jet line to go down at least 30 feet to clear out debris that was clogging the line from draining. He then used a camera to show me the inside of the pipe. Great service and kept me in the loop on what was happening. I will definitely be using him again for drain issues. Thank you!

We had a clog in our main drain line on Sunday night at 8pm. Scheduled for service with Roto Rooter for the next morning between 8 and 10pm. They texted me with 30 minutes notice and showed up exactly when they said. Our service tech Adam was great. He went over everything clearly and concisely. We knew the cost up front. He got us unclogged quickly and made recommendations for a riser in our older septic tank. I would definitely use them again for emergency type service if I need to.

I had a back up into my house and I called and they were here within an hour! Adam was great and quickly identified the problem and got right to work. He was very respectful and friendly and got the whole thing taken care of quickly. And Clayton came and used a camera to inspect the sewr line and even sent me a video of the pipes showing me some problem areas and came up with a plan to get that taken care of. Im very happy with their service and quick response even tho I called in the evening.

We had a sewage backup under our house on Memorial day. We called and Adam came out. It was about 10:00 pm. We live in a very rural area. Our septic system is quite a way from our home. Adam was able to fix our problem and set us up with a next day camera probe to make certain the problem is fixed. Also a water remediation Co. That works with insurance so I may be able to claim it on my insurance.My bill was way less than I anticipated and I could not be more happy with Adam and Roto Rooter.Thanks to Adam and a very good company!

I liked that they came out and fixed my sewage block late at night. I do not like that they broke the screws off of my tank cap and didnt tell me. Maybe they had to be broken... But they should have told me. Regulation requires the cap be screwed down but I cant maintain that if they dont tell me theyve broken it.

It turned into a pretty big job and it was the last job on his shift but he remained pleasant, good natured and courteous despite the lateness of the evening when he had already put in many hours of work. He didnt leave my house until he was sure everything was working properly. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

Two heros came to my door last night. Not in capes, but in caps and shoe covers. Dylan and Adam were here for hours last night removing toilets, plunging away at a drain nightmare that I was living in for almost 40 hours at that point. Roto-Rooter plumbers are amazing. I cant recommend them enough. We contacted them on very short notice and they were still able to arrive exactly when we were hoping to have their help. The plumbers themselves were also very professional and it was clear that their goal was to fix our toilet while still being affordable. After we agreed to the quote they gave us, the actual job was done quickly and effectively. Hopefully we dont have any more plumbing issues but if we do... Roto-Rooters are the ones who we will be calling.

I have been so impressed with the speed of service and the friendliness of your employees. I do think you need to work on communication. Both within your business and with your customers. There was a huge miscommunication with the crew about what furniture needed to be moved and no one ever communicates with me about what is happening, when will they be back, what they will be doing. I never know until they arrive and even then they say things like “working on containment”. What exactly does that mean, what does it entail? I would love to know when they will be back and what is happening. They were last at my home on Thursday. I have no idea what is happening and when they will be coming back.
