    Kyle and Sean came out today to try to address an issue with a non-draining dishwasher. What they discovered is that we didnt need a plumber, we needed a dishwasher repair service tech!The best thing about this company is that they can be trusted. Trusted to do a good job for a reasonable price and also trusted to say when a job is beyond their skills.They are also, to a person, kind, friendly and honest.The dishwasher isnt working yet but that doesnt change the fact that the only plumbing company we use is Bob Larson Plumbing.

    I’ve never needed a plumber before. I called Bob Larson’s plumbing. Amber was very helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had. She helped me get my problem resolved, set up my appointment and everything is working great again. I will call them if I ever need a plumber again. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They were fast and efficient!!

    There’s no competition! Bob Larson Plumbing is superior. From that first call to the office for my emergent plumbing need to the guys who came out and fixed my broken pipe. Professional, courteous and thorough. They explained why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. Ask for Amber when you call, she not only got me scheduled quick but told me about their affordable Maintence plan, now plumbing is something I don’t worry about. I have an old home and with Bob Larson behind me I don’t worry about it at all.

    When my water heater started going out, I was recommended by my neighbor to call Bob Larson Plumbing for an estimate. From the start, their office staff was so nice!     I had a fence put in and one of the posts punctured a sewer pipe😬!In a semi panic, I called Bob Larson Plumbing, because the came on the Island last year and did a miraculous repair for me then.This time they sent Chris Finch out here. I was thinking hed have a look, then give me an estimate to be repaired at another time. Nope! Chris fixed it ON THE SPOT! Fantastic job. Clean as a whistle. And DONE!I couldnt be happier! Chris is a thoroughly nice and thoughtful man!I truly cant say enough about the wonderful folks that work at Bob Larson Plumbing. From the dear, caring people that take your call, to the extremely qualified and experienced plumbers that they send out! They are a blessing! And now they have one day a week for a VASHON DAY! No extra charge for coming over on the ferry! Thank you ALL so much!!

    Our sump has been broken for a few months, tried going through a different company and they replaced it with the wrong size pump...Called Bob Larson and they came right to our rescue. Didnt charge us an arm and a leg and got the job done! Amber was amazing, she was super helpful and made me feel confident that we were being well taken care of!

    The dispatcher Katelynn was so behind sweet and helpful. She made booking an appointment so easy when my house was flooding from a pipe leak. She was the absolute greatest!!!! The tech that came out did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend calling Bob Larson!!

    My experience from the very beginning was exceptional. Katelynn was helping me over the phone and her customer service is above and beyond as well. My leak was detected and fixed all in a timely manner. The plumber was efficient and friendly, did a great job explaining everything to me.I was extremely satisfied with their service and price and highly recommend them.

After the initial shock, when I called back to get on the schedule; their dispatcher Katelynn was able to move the schedule around to get the technician back out to my home the very next morning to do the fix.
