Tara and MJ did an excellent job helping us design our dream basement. They did a great job making sure we stayed on schedule and within budget. Their design choices were perfect and always exactly what we were looking for. Bruce was extremely helpful and involved with our basement project throughout the whole process. He took the time to ensure that every aspect of the project, from the layout to the finishing touches, was carefully planned and executed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and the outcome of the project. Beth did a phenomenal job cleaning every square inch of our basement. I was so impressed with her attention to detail. The carpenter who worked on our basement was always respectful and diligent while working. He did a fantastic job with everything he worked on. From the painters, to floor insulation, plumbing, and drywall insulators who entered our home; everyone was always so respectful and impressive. We have nothing but great things to say about everyone who helped work on our dream basement!With Gabor’s dedication and commitment, our basement turned out exactly as we envisioned it. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional for their home projects.

I have nothing but good things to say about for Gabor Construction following the completion of our guest bedroom home project. We transformed an unused storage space above our garage into an incredible guest bedroom, and Gabor delivered a comprehensive solution that covered everything from the interior decorating to the procurement of interior hard assets; lighting, plumbing, electrical, etc. The project involved increasing the buildings roof height while the result was exceptional, thanks in no small part to their outstanding customer service. We had complete satisfaction with the finished job.My wife and I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ryan Seawall specifically for his exceptional dedication to customer service, even after the project was completed. We encountered a minor issue with the garage heater after the job was completed, and Ryan went above & beyond to ensure it was promptly and effectively resolved. His actions exemplify the kind of service that makes a difference. We had an excellent experience working with Gabor Design Build. They respected our budget and helped us to select quality materials that fit within it without compromising our vision. The work was high quality, from the design advice to the demolition and rebuilding. Its wonderful to look in our kitchen and love everything about it! We credit that to the design expertise, top quality installation and diligent oversight of the work. We did run over budget due to additional choices we made and due to issues with our old house. Even with these changes, the work was completed on schedule. Gabor provided excellent communication throughout the project and was very diligent about coming back for minor touch ups. Our thanks to Scott, Dana, Pete, Shane and all the installers for a job well done!

Absolutely a phenomenal experience remodeling our entire second floor. The process to pick out all the finishes and bathroom amenities was easy and relaxing. The representative did not push us to pick anything outside of our budget. The project manager was the best part of the entire 10 week process. Shane answered all of our questions regardless how minute they seemed and stopped by the site almost of daily basis to ensure the contractors were on track and doing everything the our specification and request. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the entire Gabor team and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodeling (from small to big projects).

Our entire experience with Gabor Design Build has been wonderful from the first day we stepped foot in the showroom until the final day of our kitchen remodel. The staff at GDB, and the contract workers, were all prompt, courteous, and professional. The designer we worked with was extremely helpful in guiding us as we picked out everything needed for the remodel, and helped us design a kitchen which met our style/color/design preferences and matched our lifestyle and our home. Our project manager provided us with a schedule and weekly updates, and stopped by frequently to check on things, answer questions, talk about concerns, etc. We were very grateful to have such a knowledgeable, helpful and personable project manager to help us through this remodel process. We are very happy with how our kitchen turned out! We love the look, the layout and the new lighting. We highly recommend Gabor Design Build to anyone wishing to remodel their home.

We asked Gabor to completely remodel our 1955 bathroom, including relocating a toilet and completely new interior. Throughout the project their staff was professional, friendly, on time, and great at communicating. There were a few surprises after opening up the walls of an old house, and they were able to give us options that fit our style and budget. Gabors designers and project managers understood our project goals and our new bathroom is now the nicest room in the house. Thanks Gabor!

Had the best experience with Gabor Design Build! We moved into a new house and had a few big projects: complete renovation in our master bathroom and guest bathroom and a wall of custom-built cabinets in an office. We had worked with Scott in the past for basement and kitchen remodels at our old house and had great success, so we went back to them for these big projects and had great success, again. Pricing is definitely competitive and their customer service is amazing. Shane, our Project Manager, was fantastic. He managed the schedule and did everything to ensure our happiness with the end product throughout the entire process. We couldnt be happier with Gabor and their work and the great people they have working for their company. Thank you for the beautiful updates to our new home!

Gabor remodeled our laundry room. EVERYONE we worked with on their team was outstanding!! Very professional, staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. Communication was outstanding. Our project manager Nic went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and communicated every step of the way. We got a bid from another company and Gabor provided a much better value without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend them.

My parents work full time and hardly have any time to research reputable remodeling companies to complete remodel our kitchen. So, they asked me to do it for them because I always nag them about checking reviews and they know that I wont disappoint with my results. A few of the top companies were no call no shows and others either made me feel like I had many questions left unanswered about their services and procedures... Not a good feeling!!! I decided to reach out to my friends and get recommendations. Luckily, my friends parents remodeled the bathrooms in their home with Prime Remodeling and loved everything about the company! Great! I looked them up on Yelp and they didnt have many reviews, however the reviews they did have were awesome!!! I scheduled an estimate and everything was downhill from there! The workers were polite, efficient, worked hard and it was perfect! My parents loved this company and the price was very competitive!!!

Highly recommend! Weve worked with Prime on a couple of projects and could not be happier. Our most recent master bath remodel is just beautiful. Tara and her team show up as scheduled, are clean and neat and the work is top notch. They offered ideas and solutions for our current space that we would have never thought of on our own. Besides being beautiful, the finished product was on time and on budget.

Gabor Design Build (GDB) have been phenomenal. We contacted Nathan Gabor about purchasing land and building a new house and the processes couldn’t be going better. Always professional, courteous, and kind, Nathan and his entire staff have helped us though every step of the build process making it as easy as possible.The advantages of working with GDB are endless. First off, Nathan is an architect that fully understand the trade-off between form and function. Furthermore, he is brilliant at striking the perfect balance to provide you with a beautiful home that is extremely functional. While this will be our second home, it is our first time building, and the number of decisions to be made are nearly infinite. Nathan and the entire GDB team are exceptional at making the process easy. We simply put together photographs of exteriors and interiors that we liked, shared it with the GDB team, and when we showed up at the showroom, they had everything laid out with suggestions for everything.Sarah, who helped us with interior selections, had so perfectly picked out everything that we essentially just had to say yes to her selections. But as we did that, she carefully watched our reactions, and inquired further if she didn’t believe we were 100% satisfied with what she had picked out. With a few quick questions, she would return with a couple other options, one of which was always perfect. The GDB team is truly great at what they do.All of this was done keeping our budget in mind. Nathan made sure he had the house within our preset budget, and whenever we would ask for upgrade options he was always extremely fast to respond with options, the benefits, and costs. There are no hidden expenses with GDB.Lastly, and most importantly to us, the GDB Team are good people. Just ask around the Germantown/Mequon area, and you will only find good news. Project was done professionally and on time. We really liked the hands on project management by Shane. We liked the localness of the company. That made it so easy to work more efficiently with them...plus it gave us a sense of pride that we were supporting a local company. There was only one minor hiccup during the course of the project. The wrong color flooring was delivered the first time. But that was remedied quickly and did not jeopordize the schedule. We will definitely keep this company in mind for future remodeling projects in our house...plus we wont hestitate to recommend them to others.

We recently did a whole house remodel and we selected Gabor. As stressful of an experience as this could have been, the Gabor team made it much easier than we expected (yes - I said easy!) from the design phase all the way through to project completion. Their professionalism, attention to detail and their timely communication made this much easier than we could have hoped for.It started off at the design meetings and carried through the final construction. The designers did an amazing job. They gave us options based on our vision for the project. Not only did they expertly plan out our must haves, they proposed more than a few things we did not discuss nor expect. In the the end, they optimized every square foot of our home and accounted for all of the finishes that make this our dream home.Their construction team and project manager paid attention to every last detail from demo through handing back our keys. Friends and family who have seen the before, during and after of the project commented on the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. We feel like they treated this project as if they were working on their own home.The best part of the project was that it was on time and on budget. They were so thorough in the design phase that even though there were several structural changes to the home, there were no surprises. The only overages that came about were from our decision to change materials. Even through those changes, Gabor was flexible and accommodating never once giving us the impression that we were asking for something outrageous. They simply said “yes” to all of the changes and then made them happen!We have recommended Gabor to several people. We will continue to do so as I am confident in their ability to exceed expectations. I know that because they did just that on our home.Thanks Scott, Jim, Tara, Adam, Dana and all the the crew! We worked with Gabor Design Build to renovate a small full bathroom in a 1920s era Shorewood bungelow. It was a complete tear out (except for keeping the cast iron tub). Nathan helped us find the unique touches that made us love our bathroom and helped sell our house back in the 2007 market! Easy to work with & came in exactly on budget. Great, solid company. I wish we had another project for them!
