GTX Plumbing is our go to when we have any plumbing issue. They always give you an honest evaluation, and if they can help you without coming out and charging they do. Their prices are fair, and they are always available. Plus, everyone there is just really nice and helpful. As a recent example, today they walked me through how to deal with a small issue as opposed to sending someone out. Fantastic customer service.

Just had GTX plumbing replaced a complex AO Smith hot water heater.They did a terrific job. Turns out it was full of silt from a recent never-ending Austin water dept job on the street. The technicians did a phenomenal job disposing of the old one, navigating it down stairs and out.They clearly knew their business.Job required both experience / expertise and a lot of labor. They took care of the job efficiently. Honestly I think some plumbers would have taken a look and just left.Was a very competitive price as well.Highly recommend

GTX Plumbing helped me prove to the fiber optics company that put in lines in my neighborhood that they (fiber optics contractor ) was at fault for busting my line! They used their camera and was able to target exactly where the break was beneath my driveway. I’m forever grateful for their skilled plumbers. They did a fantastic job!

Overall, we had a great experience. The ladies that answer the phone were pleasant, helpful, and communicative when things changed. Otis and Roger changed out the water heater and Otis came back a few days later to fix a minor issue. Otis was very pleasant, explained everything to us, and was a delight to work with. Highly recommend Otis and GTX plumbing.

When I noticed brown liquid oozing out of my hot water heater on a Wednesday evening, I searched the Internet for a local plumbing service. Within minutes of contacting GTX, I was speaking with master plumber, Lloyd about the heater’s failure and pricing. Shortly thereafter, Sharon texted me with a service appointment for the following day. Otis and Roger arrived within the scheduled time frame, professionally removed and installed the new water heater and cleaned up. I had hot water within 2 hours! The service experience was speedy and far superior relative to local competitors. GTX is now my “go-to” plumbing company for future needs.

Great company & will be using them for any plumbing need moving forward. Was dealing with issues with my water heater and was able to talk to someone the same day to trouble shoot what was going on and get all the quotes I needed. I ended up holding off and got the issue fixed for a few days and then was having a different issue and called back to just move forward with a total replacement. They got me my final quote and were able to get me on the schedule for a couple days later which worked great. When they got here they realized that the water heater was actually short and not tall like they had thought based on the pictures I provided. I found out that it was an extra $200 for the right water heater, but they said they would cover the cost based on the quote they had provided and would honor that price. I have called so many times and talked to so many people that I felt bad, so I was able to add a little bit more to help, but all and all they were going to keep me from owing $200 more than I had budgeted for. The guys who came to do the install were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all the questions I had and to make sure they had everything that I needed to enjoy having hot water again. 5/5 stars! Great company & felt they were very honest. Call these guys first before calling anyone else.

I had a water water heater replacement in the attic of a two story home. The GTX Plumbing team were fast, professional and responsive in the late afternoon on a holiday weekend. If I had not called in time the heater would have sprung a leak and flooded my attic. A tip of the hat to this business. I would recommend them again in a heart beat.

My water heater went out last night - Less than 24 hours later I had 2 of the most professional and nicest plumbers ever show up first thing in the morning ready to replace my water heater. I cannot say how awesome and positive this entire process was, give the stressful situation with my water heater giving out. Thank you guys so much!! I was in an emergency situation with my hot water heater overflowing to the brim of the drip pan (with rusty water) and GTX was able to come out in just a few hours to save the day!! They were professional and reasonable. I will definitely use them again! I would highly recommend them!

Called this morning and spoke to Sharon---first of all, you can just hear her smile over the phone. Shes a joy to speak to. Love when you can call a company and hear the smile through the phone. I had a situation where I had a water leak and got a pretty hefty bill from the city of Jonah. I contacted them to make an appointment for someone to come out and check things out. However, Sharon wanted me to just run my story by a technician first and said one would call me today. A few hours later I receive a call [Im so sorry IDK why im blanking on your name now]. He was so kind and asked me questions and advised me on what possibly could be going on and gave me some tips and tricks to figure it out. Even though I didnt technically have them service my home yet. Just the callback is amazing. Its truly so hard to find companies when they say they will call you back, actually call you back.So on that alone and the amazing and such friendly service, Im giving them 10 stars, but it only allows me 5.Thank you so much!Nickole Sarles-Sharpe

Where to even begin! My husband and I were opening our own business and ended up having to GC the project ourselves. As you can imagine, it was an overwhelming, daunting experience that was filled with fear that we would be taken advantage of. What a complete opposite experience did we have once we found GTX plumbing! From the moment I reached out to them, Sharon and Llyod went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! Most companies will not work with owners who GC their projects themselves, but GTX Plumbing is clearly not most companies. It was obvious by their reviews that they were great people with good hearts and that is why I reached out to them. Throughout our construction project, there were many times when things came up and we needed something right away. Sharon would always make sure to adjust the schedule to squeeze us in that same day and make sure the guys came out to help us right away. Truly an unmatched level of customer service that is so rare to find today! All of there guys that came to the job site were courteous, professional, and kind. I cannot thank them enough for looking out for us, for taking care of us and truly just being wonderful people that we will have in our life forever! You cannot go wrong with GTX plumbing and they will be our plumbers for life!

Ive used them twice, and Ive been pleased both times. They are quick to respond when you call. They came out the next day for both of my problems. Once was to replace a faucet, and the other time was to replace a garbage disposal. They handled both issues quickly and professionally. I also thought what they charged was reasonable. I will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

We had two great experiences with Jeff and Lloyd. Both went above and beyond to get us out of a pretty good plumbing issue. They checked all of our boxes to be long time customers. They stuck to a quality game plan, charged us very fairly, and actually taught me a lot in the process. Don’t want to have to use a plumber again, but am very thankful they are around incase I do.

This company was amazing. I called and they came out the same day. Lloyd came out and explained everything that he was doing. He walked me through what he found and what he didnt find. We came up with a plan on what needed to be done next. He made sure I understood everything that he was doing, he answered all my questions and had me laughing by the time he left. I cant say enough about GTX! We had a major emergency - none of toilets worked..and overflow into shower. We couldnt find the sewer cleanout pipe either. Trent (and Dustin) was our plumber and he totally stuck with us until the problem was found and fixed - over the course of two days. Its a long winded story - but the upshot is that they were so responsive, professional, and kind. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

We had a water leak at our hot water heater. I contacted GTX and they immediately returned my call. Within 20 minutes or so, the plumber was at our house, and the leak was fixed within 10 minutes. I have never experience such fast and professional services. I highly recommend GTX Plumbing and will never call anyone else!

Our water heater failed on a Saturday. We contacted GTX and the owner responded immediately. On Monday morning, Jeff came to our house to look at the set-up and give us an estimate of when he could return to complete the job. He returned when he said he would, and installed the new heater. The price we were charged was less than the estimate we had been given. We will not hesitate to call GTX again for our plumbing needs.

I had an outdoor spigot that wasting a ton of water, and probably leading toward some rot on the siding of my garage. I found GTX Plumbing on Google, filled out a form with my information and problem and was contacted very quickly. After an exchange of basic information, and some supporting photos, I received an estimate, and a follow up call to set up an appointment with the master plumber.Master plumber arrived early, and made quick work of a problem I certainly wouldve made worse if I had attempted myself. The team was very nice, professional, quick, and came in under estimate. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.Thanks, yall!
