Craig was a great find for us. I figured we would wait for weeks but he was here in a few days. We asked him to do more…so he came again without much wait. We are extremely satisfied with his work. Everything done perfectly and to my delight, neatly!You cannot go wrong calling him!

Cant say enough good things about Craig and his company. I have a pretty big portable generator, and wanted a generator interlock installed into my house so I can plug it in during power outages. I got a few electricians to come to my house and none of them said it could be done with the panel I had, and I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars on a panel upgrade. I almost got talked into considering a much more expensive whole home standby generator. Thankfully I was patient with my search and ended up getting Craig out to my house. He looked at my panel and immediately knew a way to install the interlock switch without installing a new panel, all while staying in code. Once it was installed I tested out his switch and was able to power a good majority of my house just off of my portable generator (including my AC unit). The installation cost was significantly less than the other bids I received for this project.From now on I will always use Vital Service for any of my electrical needs, and will recommend Craig and his company to anyone that needs any kind of electrical or networking help. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, which is everything I look for in an electrician.

Amazing work. Highly recommended.We had Vital Service out to our home to make a number of updates. They were able to replace our very old low voltage switches throughout the house, installing a new Lutron Caseta System and bringing us into modern times. They added new gorgeous in-ceiling lighting throughout the house, paired flawlessly with the Lutron system. Next, they added dedicated lines for many of our appliances, fixing some of the previous owner’s mistakes. They also helped plan our home audio system in our family room.The work they did was amazing and we will definitely hire them again for our future projects.

Craig and his Company did a project for me, home theatre, security, home audio and a ton of wiring changes in my home. They did an absolutely phenomenal job!We had some very complicated remodel issues that they were able to overcome, And make everything back to code. My familys Safety and doing everything right, that is what I will never forget about his team.oh and enjoying my louder than life theatre and whole home sound and security system at a push of a button from my phone!!
