They were right on time for our appointment and worked diligently until all the work was completed. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Not only were the two electricians on time and friendly but also very efficient and expert in their craft. They removed and installed three ceiling fans, fixed the closing where one fan had been previously removed and installed new fire and carbon monoxide detectors. The owner, Joshua Grooms, was easy to contact before the project and during the project. He was also very helpful and easy to talk to. I will definitely reach out to Prodigy Electric for my next electrical project. Following is a picture of our old fans and the new one in our living room. Our living room and dinette area are so much brighter and bigger with the new higher and lighter fan in addition to one being removed. The old fan in the bedroom was practically in our face!Once again Joshua and his team did a quick and fantastic job regarding five fluorescent light fixtures in our house! They even changed a few lightbulbs for us to keep my husband off the ladder. Would highly recommend Prodigy Electric for any electrical issues. Nice to find a company you can trust! We were in the process of selling our house when the buyers requested that we replace the front porch lights, which were 25 feet high and not working. As procrastinators, we left this task until three days before closing and quickly realized we couldn’t rent a ladder tall enough to do it ourselves. Desperate for help, we sent out a quote request on Thumbtack. Joshua from Prodigy Electric was the first to respond. He was extremely courteous and provided a quote immediately. Despite our tight timeline, he was able to schedule the job within two days. Joshua arrived on time, was respectful, and completed the task effortlessly. I hired Joshua and Prodigy Electric to replace a bunch of switches and outlets throughout the house with timers, smart switches, USB outlets, etc. They were prompt, on-time, and did a great job. I found Joshua with Prodigy Electric LLC through Home Depot Pro Referral. He was the first to respond to my inquiry for a ceiling fan installation, and gave me a fair price compared to others I was matched with and got quotes for.He was very patient while I debated who to go with, and I know I made the right choice. He was the only one to warn me ahead of time that a house as old as mine might need a box which would be an additional cost, but luckily I did not need it. He was on time, professional, personable, and even helped me with a separate power outlet issue for free after he was done with the fan installation.

Prodigy Electric has been great for us. They came out on short notice to help us when we had our gas range installed. We did not realize we would need a different plug. They came out and installed the plug and I did not miss dinner that night! Additionally, Last week the entire electricity on the back of our house was not working at all. They sent someone out and fixed it. I am not an electrician so I dont know exactly everything that was done, however, from what I gather, it was faulty wiring from when we had our deck installed and they were able to wire it all correctly. Josh informed us that we had some fire hazards as well from they way it was wired. He fixed it correctly and we have not had any more issues. Thanks Prodigy Electric!
