I had a major emergency with my hot water heater so called precision plumbing. They sent Matt right out and he calmed me down with his low key attitude and demeanor. He gave me a number to call to fix the water damage issue and installed a new water heater. He cleaned up afterwards and even scrubbed the muddy kitchen floor. When I was able to return home, there was an issue with the heater. Again, Matt was right out and diagnosed the problem. He made some adjustments and I am enjoying my hot water supply. Hopefully, I won’t need a plumber for awhile but it is gives me peace of mind knowing Matt and Precision Plumbers have my back.

They have done a lot of work for us on the outside of our house after we had freeze issues three years ago and two years ago. Their work has been great. They solved the problems we had by spending a lot of time investigating. They are very responsive. This year I needed someone to turn off the water on our house before this years freeze because we couldnt get down there and they did that properly. Also, they went back out and turned the water all back on and got everything fixed up after the freeze. We really appreciate their service and highly recommend them. We believe their fees are reasonable.We had them out again this week. They found that our hot water heater exhaust on the roof had been damaged by Beryl and that the heater was fouled. They got the roof fixed and the new heater installed in a few days. Great work, great people!

Philip and Rachel honestly saved the absolute day for me. I talked to 5 other plumbing companies and a handyman. Long story short everything kept falling through and becoming an even bigger mess each and every time. I called Precision to schedule a service call at 12:56 pm and Philip and Rachel called me at 1:17 pm saying they were on their way and would be there in 10 minutes. They were so reassuring, kind, and fast with their service I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Philip and Rachel for saving the day! I know who to call moving forward!

Precisions fast, friendly and responsive service got out problem fixed quickly and accurately. And when our warranty company whiffed on ordering the part we needed -- potentially delaying our AC repair by weeks -- Precision proactively stepped up and took care of the order on their own, so that our AC was fixed in hours and not weeks.

My outside pipe broke. I called several companies. No one could fit us in til the end of next week. My water was off. Called at 1:45 pm. Precision scheduled us 3-6 pm arrival. They came , fixed it and was finished by 3:10. I have a few more plumbing jobs and Precision is who I plan to use. Highly recommend if you need plumbing fixed and fixed right.

We had an issue overnight and called our warranty company first thing in the morning! They tried sending someone else who wasnt available until FIVE days later. The Warranty Company called Precision Plumbing, who was available and at our house within FOUR hours of calling! They were super nice, knowledgeable, and in/out in less than an hour. I will make sure to request them in the future and greatly appreciate their help. They also wore gloves and masks, since its the time of COVID, so I felt safe as well.

Matt and Kristi came out to fix a shower faucet, main sewer line, install water line for ice maker and new gas lines for out door lanterns. I received professional text messages notifications of their arrival time. They came through gave me a quote for all the items and I agreed to their fair pricing. We scheduled for them to come back since it was an all day job for all the items and again I received text notification of their arrival time. They cleaned up after their work was done and it’s like they were never here. They were defined a 10 out of 10And I will definitely use them again.

The office personnel and Mathew, the service Technician were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful and communication was excellent. Mathew cleared the drain and made suggestions about how to manage a troublesome drain with a smile and positive attitude. I am putting this company Number 1 in my contacts for home services for plumbing, AC & Heat and Electrical. I will use them again, 5 Stars all the way.

As a first-time home owner, I especially appreciate the service provided by Matt at Precision Plumbing Service. My hot water heater had stopped working for no apparent reason. To make a long story short, due to Matts conscientiousness and impressive attention to observation and detail, he solved my problem in a single visit lasting under an hour. Since the problem was unusual and possibly particular to my old historic house, I can see how this could have escalated into a multi-visit, expensive and time-consuming ordeal otherwise. But Matt took the time and interest to investigate the situation and solved the issue in a more than satisfactory manner. Again, I appreciate how efficiently and conscientiously Matt approached the problem, and would recommend Precision Plumbing Services to anyone.

The company scheduled a time between 8 am and 12 pm. Alfredo, the plumber, showed up at our house at 9:30. He wore a mask and gloves. He was polite and professional and completed the work within an hour. He was fixing the plumbing underneath a vanity in our half bath. We moved the vanity so that we could paint behind it, and we somehow messed up the plumbing. He fixed the problem, leveled the vanity on our uneven floor, and repositioned the sink to align with our oval-shaped mirror. Great service. I highly recommend this company and Alfredo. Thank you!

Called Precision Plumbing on a busy Friday and they had Matthew Hartz out within 2 hours. Matt was professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly without issue. The company texted me when he was coming and Matt called personally before and after his visit to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend both Precision Plumbing and Matt!

Absolutely the most honest and best plumbing and home services company in Galveston area... Perry the owner came out and fixed my busted pipes right away and didnt even charge me ... he walked around to two of my neighbors homes that had busted pipes to turn water off ... they were not home but just taking care of his neighbors. .. what a good samaritan! Highly recommend!

Excellent company to deal with, they showed up when they said, protected the floors, polite and did a great job installing a tankless water heater for me and removing two water heaters out of my attic. Pricing is very reasonable. Will use these guys again in the future.
