He was quick and good at what he does. Our garbage disposal’s motor locked up and he was able to unlock it with a tool and left the tool for us to use in case it happens again. So nice! We also had a leak under the sink with old piping, mix of pvc & metal, he just replaced it all and charged a fair price for everything. I’m really impressed. The piping looks great! He was really nice and professional and just a good person like me and you.

Sarah was so nice and helpful. she scheduled the appointment, helped locate the correct hot water heater and did not charge for the up grade warranty since the one I asked for was unavailable. Like many others, I had a Thanksgiving mishap that resulted in some clogged pipes. I called Armstrong Plumbing and left a voicemail on Black Friday and was called back extremely quickly. Ive been using Armstrong Plumbing ever since they have been in business and before. David has been taking care of my plumbing issues for years and I have referred him to friends and neighbors. They are all happy with him as well. David arrives when he says he will. If he is going to be late because he was delayed at an earlier job, he communicates this to you. He is fast, efficient and professional and leaves his work area neat and clean upon completion of job. His prices are reasonable. If you want quality work done at a reasonable price, David Armstrong is your guy.

After a long July 4th weekend with lots of guests, our main sewer line was plugged. I called Sarah and she said they would do their best to fit me in. David showed up at 6:30pm and stayed until 10:00pm getting us back in service. I felt bad he was here so late but he wouldn’t stop until our sewer was flowing. What a wonderful team at Armstrong Plumbing. We will be customers for life.

Not only do he and his team do quality work, but they are straight shooters on what really needs to be done, and you never have to be concerned about them trying to upsell you on work that you dont need. Also, they are respectful of your time and the scheduled appointment, and if they are running behind when they said they would be at your house, they will at least call you and let you know...a small thing for sure, but a great one when you consider how much time we have all spent sitting around waiting for service providers to arrive!
