OMG! Wonderful everything!I had a drippy garbage disposal.Gave Lister a call. Lady on the phone was professional and so nice! She said shed call dispatcher and then call back. Less than 2 minutes later, my project was on the books!Norman is amazing! Very nice and professional! He installed new and removed old in under 1 hour! He explained everything! He even put up with my barky dog!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LISTER PLUMBING!

David from Lister Plumbing was dispatched to our house to replace our garbage disposal, once he arrived he assessed the situation and asked if I had tried to unlock it. I said no, he spun the unit and found a pop top. We didnt have to replace the unit which saved me money. David was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Lister

Our tankless hot water heater had an issue, called Lister at 7AM on Monday, a Service Engineer (Christopher) arrived just after 8AM and spent over 3 hours diagnosing and repairing the issue. We were very pleased! Many thanks to Christopher and the entire Lister Plumbing team! They were Prompt, Profesional and Problem Solving!

Lerome really helped my family out by repairing our pipes after they broke off in the freeze. He gave great advice to help prevent the issue from happening again and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will certainly call Lister again when Im having plumbing issues.

Sorry for the long review. My extended family had been working with Lister since day one, but maybe not exclusively. So we moved back to Galveston a few years ago and it turns out that Lister stays busy and it can be tough to get on their schedule. With Februarys freeze, we knew it would be hopeless so we found a handyman to get fixed up. No problem. Then, the big thing happened...hot water heater started to leak. Lister gets it and sent a guy out that next day. They get it! The guy was Daniel and he set us up real well. Our set up is a complex, two tank system. Norman was the installer and he got it done. Ive been checking for leaks for two weeks now, NO LEAKS. Curry, who answers the phones and sets up schedules may think that I am crazy, but they made me into a life-long customer.

I am a manager at industrial facility here in Galveston, and i have been using these guys for years. if you need anything closely related to plumbing, water works, or want some new installation...they got you! Their crew that comes out is great. i think i have had all of them one time or another come to my facility, they are good! Call them!

I had a leaky hose bib on my house. I called Lister Plumbing this morning and they told me they would try to make it today, but that tomorrow would definitely work. Within 2 hours, the service person, Michael, was at my house to fix the job. Michael explained the options, called for parts, and took care of the job in less than 1 hour. Very prompt, professional, and well done. I have used Lister Plumbing several times over the years and will continue to use them. I recommend them.

I just want to thank you for giving me a break this time, but I know that if that happens again next time, that something has to be done with the problem and there will be charges. Your technician was awesome in explaining to me what could have been the problem (leaking water from aircon) and what he was going to do to fix it. Pointe west !!!Update 7-27-16 I had a slow draining shower that a guest reported called Lister Plumbing they conveniently arrived during the window of maintenance for our next guest which I really appreciate. Pulled out their hair in the Trap works like a charm.Its beautiful that I can trust someone on the island to show up and complete the work.Again satisfied and totally recommend this company to anyone on the islandI own a condo at Pointe West and have rented it for 8 years. I found out fast and early its nearly impossible to find good help or dependable companies, contractors ect.One of the guys i trust recommended Lister plumbing for a problematic comode that would not clear. I called them on a Monday night and they arrived the next morning as promised and resolved my issue. Apparently a toy lodged in the comode trap.Thanks youre my new plumber on the island.David Watkins
